The Irish were brave with no fear
'Let's take over the world! ' was their cheer
but that was prevented
when someone invented
a thing that we now know as 'beer'!

Indian Gin And Whisky Dry
All day, all night you feel as if the earth could fly.
Three more all for fine Indian Gin and whiskey dry,
Fine Indian Gin and whiskey dry.
Small town , closed down; There's nowhere else around to try.
Disturbingly a voice would cry,
"Go home, no loan, You'll have you gin and whiskey dry,
You'll have your gin and whiskey dry".
Four ten, four men lining up for their handy brandy.
All's gone, you're none, came the bartender's reply.
But I've tried and I'm tied to Indian Gin and whiskey dry.
To Indian Gin and whiskey dry (repeat 4 times

The progress
Cooking invented, I have lost my teeth.
Tools invented, I have lost my hands
Carts invented, I have lost my legs
Electricity invented, I have lost my sight.
Calculator invented, I have lost counting.
Computer invented, I have lost faculty
Internet come, I lost neigbours.
Is mankind on march to stability?

There are three creatures beyond ruling - a mule, a pig and a woman.
Whiskey Girls
Long hair, flashing eyes
The kind of hips that make you fantasize
A slow smile, just meant to tease
One look and youll be weak at the knees
They got my head in a whirl
cos I cant get enough of those whiskey girls
They got the world at their fingertips
With just a look and lick of the lips
They understand the rhythm of the night
Im in a daze, I dont know wrong from right
They got my head in a whirl
cos I cant get enough of those whiskey girls
Chorus
Hypnotised - by the whiskey girls
Compromised - out of this world
Lord above, could this be love
Aint no doubt about it
Im crazy about the whiskey girls
Whiskey girls are out on the town
Theyll break your heart, theyll bring you down
Whiskey girls are out of control
For just one touch youd sell your soul
The moon is high Im getting out of the line
Whishful thinking with a one track mind
Im having flashes, oh cant you see
Theyre walking through my private fantasy
Wearing only a necklace of pearls
Those slow walking, long-legged whiskey girls
Chorus twice

What butter or whiskey will not cure is incurable.
Words
Ruling Nations is Power
Ruling Minds is Wisdom
Ruling Hearts is Divine.
Being good to oneself is just the beginning
Being good to your loved ones is midway
Being good to all is the final destination.
Knowing about world is Knowledge
Knowing oneself is Enlightment
Knowing God is Mystical.

Whiskey when you're sick makes you well; whiskey makes you sick when you're well.
There is more friendship in a half pint of whiskey than in a churn of buttermilk.

The ideas of the ruling class are in every epoch the ruling ideas, i.e., the class which is the ruling material force of society, is at the same time its ruling intellectual force.
The Luck Of The Irish
Ok, one, two, three, one two, three
If you had the luck of the irish,
You'd be sorry and wish you were dead.
You should have the luck of the irish,
And you'd wish you was english instead.
A thousand years of torture and hunger,
Drove the people away from their land.
A land full of beauty and wonder
Was raped by the british brigands!
Goddamned!
Goddamned!
If you could keep voices like flowers,
There's be shamrock all over the world.
If you could drink dreams like irish streams,
Then the world would be as high as the mountain of morn.
In the 'pool they told us the story
How the english divided the land.
Of the pain and the death and the glory
And the poets of auld eireland.
If we could make chains with the morning dew,
The world would be like galway bay.
Let's walk over rainbows like leprechauns,
The world would be one big blarney stone.
Why the hell are the english there anyway?
As they kill with god on their side!
Blame it all on the kids and the i.r.a.
As the bastards commit genocide!
Aye! aye!
Genocide!
Okay!
You should have the luck of the irish,
You'd be sorry and wish you were dead.
You should have the luck of the irish,
And you'd wish you was english instead.
One more time!
You should have the luck of the irish,
You'd be sorry and wish you were dead.
You should have the luck of the irish,
And you'd wish you was english instead,
Hey, yes, you'd wish you were english instead.
- "thank you!

Whiskey And Jesus
He said, it's whiskey and Jesus
it's grandkids at the door
it's the woman lying speechless
she cant take it anymore
it's the roar of desperation
that sickens and devours
it's the stillness of alone
that turns minutes into hours
it's whiskey and Jesus
He said, it's whiskey and Jesus
it's the hoe in the field
the hawk circling overhead
dust on the windowsill
it's empty shelves in the pantry
callouses on his hands
it's nowhere to turn
the pride of a man...
it's whiskey and Jesus
He said, it's whiskey and Jesus
it's the lines 'neath his eyes
it's the tight lipped anger
that never questions why
it's the memories and ashes
of a thousand highway miles
the hard face of dignity
painted by the trials...
it's whiskey and Jesus...

Whiskey Man
Whiskey mans my friend, hes with me nearly all the time
He always joins me when I drink, and we get on just fine
Nobody has ever seen him, Im the only one
Seemingly I must be mad, insanity is fun
If thats the way its done
Doctors say he just a figment of my twisted mind
If they cant see my whiskey man they must be going blind
Two men dressed in white collected me two days ago
They said theres only room for one and whiskey man cant go
Whiskey man will waste away if hes left on his own
I cant even ring him cause he isnt on the phone
Hasnt got a home
Life is very gloomy in my little padded cell
Its a shame there wasnt room for whiskey man as well
Whiskey mans my friend, hes with me nearly all the time
He always joins me when I drink, and we get on just fine
Just fine

Streams Of Whiskey
Last night as I slept
I dreamt I met with behan
I shook him by the hand and we passed the time of day
When questioned on his views
On the crux of lifes philosophies
He had but these few clear and simple words to say
I am going, I am going
Any which way the wind may be blowing
I am going, I am going
Where streams of whiskey are flowing
I have cursed, bled and sworn
Jumped bail and landed up in jail
Life has often tried to stretch me
But the rope always was slack
And now that Ive a pile
Ill go down to the chelsea
Ill walk in on my feet
But Ill leave there on my back
Because I am going, I am going
Any which way the wind may be blowing
I am going, I am going
Where streams of whiskey are flowing
Oh the words that he spoke
Seemed the wisest of philosophies
Theres nothing ever gained
By a wet thing called a tear
When the world is too dark
And I need the light inside of me
Ill walk into a bar
And drink fifteen pints of beer
Iam going, I am going
Any which way the wind may be blowing
I am going, I am going
Where streams of whiskey are flowing
I am going, I am going
Any which way the wind may be blowing
I am going, I am going
Where streams of whiskey are flowing
Where streams of whiskey are flowing
Where streams of whiskey are flowing

St. Pat's Day
Today is St. Patrick's Day
When little people are seen
It may be a load of blarney
The forty shades of green.
St. Patrick was a gentleman
He was a saint so clever
Drove all the snakes from Ireland
And banished them forever.
I'll wear a four leafed shamrock
And Irish songs I'll sing
I'll toast with Irish whiskey
A Leprechaun to bring.
If I can catch this Leprechaun
And on to him keep hold
I'll go to the end of the rainbow
And claim his pot of gold.

A Conceited Mistake
Once upon a time there was a mistake
So silly so small
That no one would even have noticed it
It couldn't bear
To see itself to hear of itself
It invented all manner of things
Just to prove
that it didn't really exist
It invented space
To put its proofs in
And time to keep its proofs
And the world to see its proofs
All it invented
Was not so silly
Nor so small
But was of course mistaken
Could it have been otherwise

If You're Lucky Enough To Be Irish
If you're lucky enough to be Irish
Then you're lucky enough they say.
I count my Irish blessings,
As I breathe the air each day.
When I'm somewhere o'er the water
Not walking Erin's shore,
I know my resting place will be
In Ireland for evermore.
I have Irish songs on my lips,
And Irish blood in my veins,
So I tell you I'm lucky to be Irish,
And I'll keep telling you over again.
I'm lucky enough to be Irish.
My children who walk by my side,
Will I hope, too feel the calling,
And someday walk Erin's fields wide.
