This is a fault common to all singers, that among their friends they will never sing when they are asked; unasked, they will never desist.

A Song Of Singing

Sing! gangling lad, along the brink
Of wild brook-ways of shoal and deep,
Where killdees dip, and cattle drink,
And glinting little minnows leap!
Sing! slimpsy lass who trips above
And sets the foot-log quivering!
Sing! bittern, bumble-bee, and dove--
Sing! Sing! Sing!

Sing as you will, O singers all
Who sing because you _want_ to sing!
Sing! peacock on the orchard wall,
Or tree-toad by the trickling spring!
Sing! every bird on every bough--
Sing! every living, loving thing--
Sing any song, and anyhow,
But Sing! Sing! Sing!

Now You're Here (Rock Ballad) :

Now you're here, we're ready to play.
Ready to play for you..
And now you're here, we're ready to sing.
Ready to sing for you..

We are the players, the singers.
We play for your town.
We keep you rockin', a rollin', a movin' around.
We get you movin', a groovin'..Yaahh! feelin' real fine.
We get you screamin', a shoutin'..
We get your hands in the air..

We are the players, the singers.
We play for your town.
We keep you rockin', a rollin', a movin' around.
We are the players, the singers.
And we bring on the sound..

So now you're here, we're ready to play.
Ready to play for you.
And now you're here, we're ready to sing.
Ready to sing for you..

We are the players, the singers.
We play for your town.
We keep you rockin', a rollin', a movin' around.
We get you swingin', a swayin', so join in the crowd.
We get you spinnin', a grinnin', a turnin' around.
We are the players, the singers.
And we play for your town.

So now you've stayed, you've listened to us.
We're so glad we played for you.
And now you've stayed, you've listened to us.
We're so glad we sang this tune..

We're so glad we sang this tune..

Sing For The Common Man

You may not know me now
But I have been around
Youll never see my name on any pages
Im just the common man
The fool who understands
The pain you go through
When life takes you under
So, sing for the common man
A song for the common man
He paid for the song with the sweat of his brow
He will survive, he will survive
You may not know my mother
My sisters or my brothers
Yet everyone has given for the other
You know the working man
He builds what others plan
So, everyone of us should sing his story
So, sing for the common man
A song for the common man
He paid for the song with the sweat of his brow
He will survive, he will survive
Dat after day
He keeps working away
In offices, factories, and farms
Year after year
He sheds tear after tear
He will provide, he will survive
So, sing for the common man
A song for the common man
He paid for the song with the sweat of his brow
He will survive, he will survive

With A Little Help From My Friends

What would you think if I sang out of tune
Would you stand up and walk out on me
Lend me your ears and Ill sing you a song
And Ill try not to sing out of key
Oh, Ill get by with a little help from my friends
Oh, Ill get high with a little help from my friends
Oh, Ill get by with a little help from my friends, my friends
What do you do when our love is away
Does it worry you to be alone
And how does it feel by the end of the day
Are you sad because youre on your own
Oh, Ill get by with a little help from my friends
Oh, Ill get high with a little help from my friends
Oh Ill get by with a little help from my friends
Do you need any body
I need somebody to love
Could it be anybody
I need somebody to love, to love, to love
Would you believe in this love at first sight
Yes Im certain that it happens al the time
What do you see when you turn out the light
I cant tell you but I know that its mine
Oh, Ill get by with a little help from my friends
Oh, Ill get high with a little help from my friends
Oh Ill get by with a little help from my friends
Do you need any body
I need somebody to love
Could it be anybody
I need somebody to love
Oh, Ill get by with a little help from my friends
Oh, Ill get high with a little help from my friends
Oh, Ill get high with a little help from my friends
Oh, Ill get by with a little help from my friends
With a little help from my friends, my friends, my friends
Repeat to fade...

Be Kind

we are always asked
to understand the other person's
viewpoint
no matter how
out-dated
foolish or
obnoxious.

one is asked
to view
their total error
their life-waste
with
kindliness,
especially if they are
aged.

but age is the total of
our doing.
they have aged
badly
because they have
lived
out of focus,
they have refused to
see.

not their fault?

whose fault?
mine?

I am asked to hide
my viewpoint
from them
for fear of their
fear.

age is no crime

but the shame
of a deliberately
wasted
life

among so many
deliberately
wasted
lives

is.

With A Little Help From My Friends

a little help from my friends
What would you think if i sang out of tune,
Would you stand up and walk out on me.
Lend me your ears and i'll sing you a song,
And i'll try not to sing out of key.
I get by with a little help from my friends,
I get high with a little help from my friends,
Going to try with a little help from my friends.
What do i do when my love is away.
(does it worry you to be alone)
How do i feel by the end of the day
(are you sad because you're on your own)
No i get by with a little help from my friends,
Do you need anybody,
I need somebody to love.
Could it be anybody
I want somebody to love.
Would you believe in a love at first sight,
Yes i'm certain that it happens all the time.
What do you see when you turn out the light,
I can't tell you, but i know it's mine.
Oh i get by with a little help from my friends,
Do you need anybody,
I just need someone to love,
Could it be anybody,
I want somebody to love.
I get by with a little help from my friends,
Yes i get by with a little help from my friends,
With a little help from my friends.

No, it is Not your Fault.

Poem Title: No, It is not your Fault. Acrostic Poem 153

No, it is not your fault!
Oh how many times must I say this, it is not your fault.

It is not your fault, from now on I want you to believe it, it is not your fault.
Try always and forever from this time on to master the fact that it is not your fault.

It is not your fault, Nobody is to blame, no thing, no way, no how, it is not your fault.
Since childhood have you not continually taken the blame upon yourself, It was not your fault.

Never wishing to cast doubt upon what a wonderful person you are, It is not your fault.
Out side of the love of friends and family are you seen as just a number, No, it's not your fault.
They may never get close enough to see the light you radiate, No, it is not your fault

Yesterday, troubles, debt, sorrow, disappointment, failure dogged your step, It was not your fault.
Over years, with hindsight your advantage, do you now see the illuminated sign on every corner?
Understanding dawns at last, Understanding all and everything gone before, was not your fault.
Redemption now at hand, you are at the gateway all your skills intact, you are loved with all faults.

Faults have given you a tool bag filled with wisdom, mistakes having been made rectified always.
All ways, All roads, All pathways trod, All modes explored, All embarrassments suffered, never at fault
Unless you count on all you meet as being with all faults, help them then aboard faults and all.
Light their hearts with your love and forgiveness despite the faults, will erase the faults you own.
That fault you thought you had was just my way of Guiding Angels through the maze Alone.

Written in the Now gifted to The 1000th Man with grateful thanks 8th September 2009

Beginning of destruction

Pride it’s all your fault we in this mess
Pride it’s all your fault we are suffering
Pride it’s all your fault people are shedding blood
Pride it’s all your fault families are destroyed
Pride it’s all your fault people are so greedy and selfish
Pride it’s all your fault people have no love
Pride it’s all your fault are so jealous of each other
Pride it’s all your fault people are so lost
Pride it’s all your fault dying from this horrible diseases
Pride it’s all your fault we have so many orphans
Pride it’s all your fault people are betraying each other
Pride it’s all your fault are dying of hunger
Pride it’s all your fault fathers are sleeping with their children
Pride it’s all your fault people are so heartless
Pride it’s all your fault there is no peace, unity and harmony in this world
Pride it’s all your fault we have all this sorrow
Pride it’s all your fault God has rejected us
Pride it’s all your fault people are so evil
And they have decided to be in love with evil rather than good
You have ruined this world
You are to blame for all this misery
If lucifer did not have pride in his heart we wouldn’t be in this mess
Pride it all your fault! ! !

Don’t incist on pardon

.

If someone hurts you and intends to mend,
Accept him with grace, his pardon unasked,
For his initiative to come to you
Itself is equal to the pardon asked.

Child-Raising Advice

First, bear them, otherwise you won't have them.
To raise them, pick them up.
To unraise them, put them down again. Sounds obvious but........
Bear them, they'll grow on you.

Insert food.
Stick your elbow in their bathwater (I forget why) .
Do not dryclean.

Check for rattles. These are meant for external use only.
Although waterproof,
excessive exposure to the elements may damage their exteriors.
Tell your parents you forgive them and that they can baby-sit.

Tell everyone you forgive them and that they can baby-sit.
Be diplomatic about your friends' children (optional) .
Take offense when fools offer unasked for advice.

To improve reception, de-wax their ear canals.
To adjust brightness, vary the dose of red food colouring.
Remove wildlife.

Send them to school as soon as you're allowed.
That way it's the teacher's fault.
Choose their careers in this order- I.T. expert, plumber, dentist.
Lay down your life for them (Ha-ha! just joking) .

Repeat first line of second stanza and keep an account.
Skip and sing nursery rhymes in public.
You'll never have a better excuse.
Lastly, make sure you always get your turn on the swing.

Ill Say Its My Fault

Roy orbison/fred foster
Too many quarrels so now we break up.
No theres no chance to ever make-up,
But when they ask me.
Ill say its my fault.
Ill taje all the blame.
Ill say I was wild,
When I should have been tame.
Ill say its my fault.
Ill give a good show.
Ill say Im a needle
That just wouldnt sew.
Evry one will be wondering,
All our friends will inquire.
Which one did the blundering,
Who put out the fire?
So, Ill say its my fault.
Ill say theres no doubt,
Then cry as I wonder,
Why it didnt work out.

Everything is connected

Asked to describe life
I said: ' the peaceful moments
with the friends you meet.'

Asked to describe friends
I said: ' the people you love
and care for daily.'

Asked to describe love
I said: ' feelings of goodwill
you have until death.'

Asked to describe death
I said: ' The equaliser
joy becomes nothing.'

Asked to describe joy
I said: ' opposite of sad
the happy feelings.'

Asked to describe sad
I said: ' opposite of joy
feelings of great loss.'

Asked to describe loss
I said: ' it occurs in life
regardless of us.'

Asked to describe life
I said: ' the peaceful moments
with the friends you meet.'

Everything is connected.

Where Did They Go?

Shocking I do not have
a single one of my original
friends left.

And I want
some of them
back now.

First we left school
and went off to work.
Then we went off to
other jobs or other places.

I do not even know
where most of them are now?

I guess that's why people
have so many old school reunions.
I guess that's why more people
former pupils go to later reunions.

Childhood friends...

It gets really
common
for old friends
to lose touch
even for years!

It gets really
common
to lose touch
forever!

It gets really
common
for old friends
to start dying
one by one!

True Love

I love my wife
She loves me
I love my children
They love me
I love my friends
They love me too
I love my colleagues
They love me
In all these love 'affairs'
There is an under current
As in all these
There is or are some common points
Where we meet
If the common point ceases to exist
Probably we fall apart
Closer the association
The common point has a very large base
And is sustained
So that the affairs continue
Very likely we work together
For achieving some goals
True love is
A kind of emotion
Which keeps you enthused
And helps you perform
With the best of your potential
There is no in-return relationship
In case of true love
It flows down in all directions
Submerging the beneficiary
With nothing but love
The oft-used word love
Can be demonstrated
By sharing, shouldering,
By accommodating, accepting,
By expressions, gifts
True love is just felt
True love does not cry
When the other is pain
But goes unasked for relieving the same
True love does not just offer
A shoulder for you to lean upon
It works out the means to ease you
Love is emotional
True love is promotional
Love is blind
True love is a visionary
Helping the other to build a future
Love is god
True love is spirit
That keeps you driving far
And beyond your expectations
Love needs someone to be present
True love can be felt even in absence
Love hurts
True love heals
Love hates
True love does only love
And for the loving sake
Let us love
But let us truly love

Here's To The Man

Here's to the man
Here's to the king
He taught the singers how to sing
When he sang of love
He seem to know and any place he'd sing aobut
I wanna go
Here's to the man
He stands alone
Here's to the songs I never have known
Here's to you who wrote the book from your biggest fan
Here's to old blue eyes, no need for goodbye's
This one's for you
Here's to the man

Ch 02 The Morals Of Dervishes Story 29

A man had a friend, who held the office of devan to the padshah, but whom he had not seen for a long time; and, a man having asked him for the reason, he replied: "I do not want to see him." A dependent however of the devan, who also happened to be present, queried: "What fault has he committed that thou art unwilling to meet him?" He replied: "There is no fault in the matter but a friend who is a devan may be seen when he is removed from office."

Whilst in greatness and in the turmoil of busines
They do not like to be troubled by neighbours
But when they are depressed and removed from office
They will lay open their heart’s grief to friends.

I Am A Man!

i never understood...
the need to be popular,
to be the 'in' thing,
to be cool, to be hip,
never understood the need
for fame...
never waited to be patted
on the back,
never wanted to be followed...

i am what i am!
nothing more, nothing less.
a common man,
with a common heart,
a common soul,
and common hard working hands.
i can honestly say
that i have lived,
i have loved,
i have given past
the point of giving,
i have tried my wings
on countless occasions...
many times i fell,
but a few times i have flown!
i have forgiven,
and asked for forgiveness.
i believe what i believe,
and have stood up in spite of.
i am a man!
