One lesson you better learn if you want to be in politics is that you never go out on a golf course and beat the President.

I Beat You Because I Love...
Every day after school
Mom! Let's race home...
The lil boy would say to his mom
Mom would say ok...
Mom would run as fast as she could
To beat the lil boy home…
He'd cry …mom! ! ! !
You left me…you didn't let me win
You never let me win!
You're a mean mommy
She'd only respond with
If I let you win, you would never learn the lesson
What lesson mom?
She'd smile and walk away
Come on baby, its lunch time…
Few years down the road
The lil boy is now a teenager…
Mom! Let's play chess…
Mom would say OK
She beat him so bad
That he got mad and knocked the board over
MOM! You could have at least let me get close to winning
You're a mean Mother!
Nope! Then you would never learn
Learn what MOM?
Come on son, it's time for dinner
The teenager is now college graduate
Comes home to visit Mom
Mom, I got news…
I was offered a job
At one of the most prestigious law firms in America
They took the top five students
I was #1
Are you surprised Mom?
Mom: Not at all Son.
Mom, I got the lesson. Nothing in life will be given to me
I have to work hard and fight for everything I want and have. And you letting me
Win would have weakened me. So you always competed with me like you were the world
And you were teaching me how to survive in it...

Hetuaght me a lesson
He said he was going to
teach me a lesson.
I needed to no some things.
The lesson was rape.
But he said it was a game.
He said I had to learn sometime.
When he'd finished.
He smiled and said.
This happens to
Stupid little girls
All the time.
I was only teaching you a lesson.
If it was a lesson to learn
It was one well tuaght.
Be weary of who you trust.
For you never can
Read people like a book.
If you could
The world would be safe.
It was a lesson hard learned.
One that still remains today.
Its a lesson that effects me still.
I only wish I could
Of turned and run.
Only when your young
Like that you dont
Really understand.
If I did
I would of ran.
A thousand miles a way.
Out of reach.
And out of harms way.

Golf Tees Lament
Golf tees on my dresser
Golf tees in my bed
Golf tees on my pillows
Where they poke me in my head
Golf tees in my closet
Falling from my shirts and pants
Golf tees along the baseboards
Just like army ants
Golf tees in the carpet
And underneath my feet
Golf tees lined up on the mantle
Oh, they look so neat
Golf tees in my couch
And in my back and thighs
When I sit and watch TV
I feel those little guys
Golf tees in the kitchen
In Jurassic coffee mugs
Sometimes when I pass them
They look like prehistoric bugs.
Golf tees in the bathtub
Like sailors on plastic ships
Golf tee in her make-up
Like little bald q-tips.
Golf tees in the attic
Golf tees in the shed
Golf tees, golf tees everywhere
I wonder where they bred?
Golf tees out the backdoor
Like Hansel-and-Gretel’s trails
Golf tees in the flowerbeds
Among the mulch and snails
Golf tees in my car
And underneath the mats
Golf tees in the backseat
Like little baseball bats
But when I am at the golf course
I ask my partner, like a louse…
“May I borrow some of your tees? ”
I left mine at the house!

The lesson of the last year is this: foreign policy can't be managed through the politics of personality, and our President would do well to take note of an observation John F. Kennedy made once he was in office - that all of the world's problems aren't his predecessor's fault.

Hard Lesson To Learn
I drifted into the notion
That you were looking for me
I told myself that devotion
Would flow from your heart to me
When I looked into your eyes
Still no reflection did I see
Of love light glowing within there
That I hoped there would be
And its a hard lesson to learn my friend
A hard lesson to learn
Sometimes you gonna get what you want
times you gonna get burned
I took a chance on emotion
Washing my heart out to see
A single wave on the ocean
You feel so distant from me
And theres a shadow dark upon your smile
A sadness living in your eyes
Storm clouds rolling in an outofdaught
Guess I been living alive
And its a hard lesson to learn my friend
Hard lesson to learn
Sometimes you gonna get what you want
Sometimes you gonna get burned
Sometimes you gonna get what you want
Sometimes you gonna get burned
And its a hard lesson to learn my friends
Hard lesson to learn
Sometimes you gonna get what you want
Sometimes you gonna get burned
I drifted into the notion
That you were looking for me
I told myself that devotion
Would flow from your heart to me
But when I looked into your beautiful eyes
Still no reflection did I see
Of love light glowing within there
That I kind o hoped there would be
And its a hard lesson to learn my friends
Hard lesson to learn
Sometimes you gonna get what you want
Sometimes you gonna get burned
Sometimes you gonna get what you want
Sometimes you gonna get burned
Sometimes you gonna get what you want
Sometimes you gonna get burned
Sometimes you gonna get what you want
Sometimes you gonna get burned
Yeah, yeah,yeah
Yeah, yeah oh
Sometimes you gonna get what you want
Sometimes you gonna get burned

Failure's Not Flattering
Dont leave this rock unturned
Cause you could like what you find
A sure shot it
With your name attactched to it
Will you keep me in mine
I wont cast the first stone
Or leave the first mark
But I will leave a lasting impression
You believe what you want
And you say whats been said
And I do hope you learn a lesson
Whats your problem
Cant you see it
And you go and blow it
Like everyone knows you will
Dont look too hard
For what you want
Cause it could be on
The tip of your tongue
Your holding back
Like theres nothing left to it
Could this be a false alarm
I wont cast the first stone
Or leave the first mark
But I will leave a lasting impression
You believe what you want
And you say whats been said
And i do hope you learn a lesson
And i do hope you learn a lesson
Whats your problem
Cant you see it
And you go and blow it
Like everyone knows you will
Why dont you get it together now
Failure's not flattering
When will you show yourself
(when will you show yourself)
And I do hope you learn a lesson
You'll never learn your lesson...
Whats yout problem
Cant you see it
And you go and blow it
Like everyone knows you will x 2

How To Survive Without Riches
First,
We must relax.
And begin to breathe...
Slowly.
In with the new.
And out with the old.
In with the new.
And out with the old.
Remember...
There is only one cycle of breath.
Now...
We are all ready,
To learn a lesson about trust.
Let us all close our eyes...
Gently.
Deep breathe...and,
In with the new.
And out with the old.
In we go...
With the new,
AND...
Removed from us,
Is the old!
In with the...
'Hey?
My watch is gone.'
~Where are my shoes?
My wallet is missing.~
'You said,
We are all going to learn a lesson about trust.
Everything has been taken from us.'
Trust!
Has been a lesson...
A major lesson,
All of you have learned today.
~TRUST?
Everything.
Our valuables have been stolen from us.
That's not trust.
That's THEFT! ~
I disagree.
IN with the NEW.
And OUT with the OLD.
There is nothing crooked about that.
And TRUST?
I think you all have learned that lesson.
DO NOT EVER DO IT!
EVER...
AGAIN!
'What about our valuables?
Our things? '
You have all signed contracts,
Stating you come to me...
For lifestyle changes!
And...
You can admit with assessment,
Everyone here has experienced...
Immediate and rapid change.
Have you not?
I will expect all of you back,
For the next session...
BASIC LIVING!
HOW TO SURVIVE WITHOUT RICHES.
And...
STILL FEEL THE GLOW Of LOVE!

Kid Gloves
A world of difference
A world so out of touch
Overwhelmed by everything
But wanting more so much
Call it blind frustration
Call it blind mans bluff
Call each other names
Your voices rude,
Your voices rough
Then you learn the lesson
That its cool to be so tough
Handle with kid gloves
Handle with kid gloves
Then you learn the lessons
Taught in school wont be enough
Put on your kid gloves
Put on your kid gloves
Then you learn the lesson
That its cool to be so tough
A world of indifference
Heads and hearts too full
Careless of the consequence
Of constant push and pull
Anger got bare knuckles
Anger play the fool
Anger wear a crown of thorns
Reverse the golden rule
Then you learn the lesson
That its tough to be so cool
Handle with kid gloves
Handle with kid gloves
Then you learn the weapons
And the ways of hard-knock school
Put on your kid gloves
Put on your kid gloves
Then you learn the lesson
That its tough to be so cool

Life Is a Lesson
Life is a lesson.
Don't be afraid to live it!
Take what it gives...
And return to it a thankfulness.
Life is a lesson.
We all have tests to pass.
Some attempt to refuse their tasks.
And fall to to become indignant and crass.
Life is a lesson.
Learn your lessons well.
Some will choose a path to heaven!
Others will curse themselves...
Preferring to address their stressing hell!
Life is a lesson!
Do what is received as given...
And perceive with that,
You are doing you're best!
At least...
You are doing what you can and well!

My Lessons Of Man.
my lesson are here for me to learn, discern, observe,
my lesson one, man never to trust,
lesson we need to learn all the time,
Im I lonely because nobody can true pity me?
Im I lonely because the world out there is indifferent, ?
Im I lonely because nobody helped me?
Im I lonely because I cannot see inside your face, ?
Im I lonely because I've been set up many at times in my lifetime, ?
Im I lonely cause I give and never receive?
Im I lonely cause they tried to ruin me?
Im I lonely cause I loved my life?
Im I lonely cause only the rest could Kill, ? I'm Ionely cause Christ said follow me alone?
or I'm I lonely cause I really dont know?
no man or teacher is there to teach me truth at home and in the streets,
tell me why?

I' ll Always Stand Strong
here we are again
here it goes again
the night become a nightmare
when you are insulted me
it's like a lesson
a lesson to learn
it hurt but i'll take it
to make the best of it
tears won't make it better
fear won't make it stronger
i'll always stand strong
strong as god wanted me to be
i will not give up
when the world tries to bring me down
i got to keep going
i got to be strong
strong as a fighter
strong enough to learn the lesson
i'll always stand strong

Love Song
The words I have to say
May well be simple but theyre true
Until you give your love
Theres nothing more that we can do
Love is the opening door
Love is what we came here for
No-one can offer you more
You know what I mean
Have your eyes really seen?
You say you find it hard
To lead the life that we once knew
But theres no other way
So now its really up to you
Love is the key we must turn
Truth is the flame we must learn
Freedom the lesson we must learn
Do you know what I mean?
Have your eyes really seen?
Love is the key we must turn
Truth is the flame we must burn
Freedom the lesson we must learn
Do you know what I mean?
Have your eyes really seen?
You say you find it hard
To lead the life that we once knew
But theres no other way
So now its really up to you
Love is the key we must turn
Truth is the flame we must learn
Freedom the lesson we must learn
Do you know what I mean?
Have your eyes really seen?
Love is the key we must turn
Truth is the flame we must burn
Freedom the lesson we must learn
Do you know what I mean?
Have your eyes really seen?

Raising Hell
Boom
Semi automatic pulse
Psyched up for the next level
I plug you in
Make life flash before your eyes
Oh God so fixated
It's love labeled X-rated
Oh God so fixated
It's love labeled X-rated
Nonstop mentality
You better learn your lesson well
Nonstop mentality
You better know your heaven well
Before
Raising Hell x4
Boom
Anti Depressive eyes
Try to hidein an alibi
Smashed up
But feel no pain
Doesn't mean your in the game
Oh God so fixated
It's love labeled X-rated
Oh God so fixated
It's love labeled X-rated
Nonstop mentality
You better learn your lesson well
Nonstop mentality
You better know your heaven well
Before
Raising Hell x4
Nonstop mentality
You better learn your lesson well
Nonstop mentality
You better know your heaven well
Nonstop mentality
You better learn your lesson well
Nonstop mentality
You better know
