Love Is In The Heart
Don't listen to what the neighbors say
Love is in the heart
Don't listen to what your friend's all say
Love is in the heart
Poeple try to give you their advice
But all I know is I feel her heartbeat
Even though we're apart
our hearts feel what others don't realize
Love is in the Heart
Don't listen to what the books say
Love is in the heart
Don't listen to that love advice
Love is in the heart
When my darling text's Goodnight
I feel safe and loved thought the night
If this love was a meal it would be supersize
our hearts feel what others don't realize
Love is in the Heart
This love is a personal thing
It has an emotional ring
that makes my heart feel alive
and make me want to sing
Don't listen to what others bring
Love is in the heart
Don't listen to what the neighbors say
Love is in the heart
Don't listen to what your friend's all say
Love is in the heart

Believe In Yourself
this is not intended to be a poem.
this is an advice,
believe in yourself.
do not listen to me.
listen to yourself.
do not follow me.
neither can you follow you.
take your steps
very cautiously, this is a hill, a steep one,
there are no grasses here to serve as hold.
no trees.
there are no directions where to go.
all eyes aim at the top of this hill.
what you see are all backs of people
they are ahead of you.
be blind now.
look at your hands.
see the map there.
close your eyes.
you see better now.
this is not intended to be a poem.
but an advice.
it is in times of darkness that we see too well.
it is in times when we close our eyes
that we see better
with our hearts. Speak not through your mouth.
Understand not through your thoughts.
Be still for a while. Stop.
Then go again.

Follow the Wind
Follow the air.
Follow the wind.
Release what you have sinned.
The wind is your savior.
Tell him what happened with
your every behavior.
Follow the air.
Follow the wind.
It will get you out of your every
sin.
Follow the angel.
Follow your God.
It is not very odd.
Follow his words.
Follow his advice.
Eventually, you will be very nice.

When making personal decisions, listen to what your head says then listen to what your heart says. If they differ, follow your heart Whenever you listen to your heart, you listen to that part of you that is most interested in your well-being.
Follow My Heart
I saw you at midnight, in a dream that I had.
From nowhere, you stood there, and you seemed so sad.
And a vicious decision is drivin me mad.
Should I follow my head, or follow my heart?
You were different, indifferent, unbelievably cool.
I approached you, to show you, that Im nobodys fool.
And an error, caused terror, as I sensed your dare.
Should I follow my head, or follow my heart?
Should I follow my head, or follow my heart?
Youve got the lead, baby Ive got a start.
Should I follow my head?
Should I follow my heart?
Should I follow my head, or my heart?
Follow my heart.

Conscience
I am the inner voice you hear,
when quietly you meditate,
Inaudible to any ear
but yours.
All I can offer is advice,
which you can follow or discard
You have free will which should suffice.
Of course
sometimes you find it hard to choose.
between the options offered you.
What to accept and what refuse.
No force
on earth can make you listen to
advice you do not want to hear.
It is your choice it’s up to you.
But pause
consider well which path to take,
before you make you finally decide.
The burden of any mistake
is yours.
Do as you will but lose or win.
There has to be a settling day
a price you will have to pay: In
due course.

I Believe / All I Need To Know (medley)
The taxman's in the pocketbook
The pressmen are by the bar
And all the world is at your door
It's strange that you should lock it up
And preach an open heart
But you know what they're waiting for
You can turn your face away now
And don't think twice
I'm just the ordinary guy you used to know
I'm not after your money
Or even your advice
I believe you'll follow me
It's all I need to know
(to walk away)
I was tempted by the devil in this deep blue swimming pool
Until the devils makeup ran..
And my future's in the strangle hold of ever changing rules
I don't intend to understand
You can stop pretending now that I had you fooled
I'm still the ordinary guy you used to know
I'm not after your money
To paralise my soul
I believe you'll follow me
It's all I need to know
Promise me you'll try to understand before I go
(and walk away)
You can turn your face away now
And don't think twice
I'm just the ordinary guy you used to know
I'm not after your money
Or even your advice
I believe you'll follow me
It's all I need to know
Promise me you'll try to understand before I go
All I need to, all I need to, all I need to know
All I need to, all I need to, all I need to know
All I need to, all I need to, all I need to know
All I need to, all I need to, all I need to know
All I need to, all I need to, all I need to know
All I need to, all I need to, all I need to know
All I need to, all I need to, all I need to know

Sound Advice
(words & music by baum - giant)
Some folks tell you what to do
They think they know more than you
They insist that theyre givin sound advice
But as sure as youre livin
It aint sound, it aint nice
It just doesnt sound like sound advice
Some folks like to be the boss
They get up on their high horse
Oh they say that youre gettin, sound advice
There one thing Im bettin
It aint wise, it aint nice
You wont like the sound of their advice
Sound advice were given
Just as sure as your as youre livin
If your smart youll think twice
When they start to sound off with advice
Sound advice were given
Just as sure as your as youre livin
If your smart youll think twice
When they start to sound off with advice
Dont listen to their sound advice

Take A Fools Advice
(charles singleton)
If you love her
And she makes one mistake,
Please dont leave her
It would make your heart ache.
Take a fools advice,
Dont pay the price I had to pay.
If you need her
But youre letting her go,
Please dont do it
Youll be sorry, I know.
Take a fools advice,
Dont pay the price I had to pay.
Truly,
Shes caused you to doubt her,
Truly,
Shes broken the rules.
But lifes not worth living without her,
So listen to the wisdom of a fool.
Think it over
And forgive her this time,
I was foolish
I lost the love that was mine.
Take a fools advice,
Dont pay the price I had to pay.
Take a fools advice,
Dont pay the price I had to pay.

Its Not The Way
We used to south of paradise
That was ok until you put your heart on ice
Walked out the door but you couldnt say goodbye
Hide away and left me lonely
When I asked you why
You wouldnt be precise
Now its my turn, start taking my advice
Its not the way that you love me
Its not the way that you care
Running down long back alleys
Pouting like a spoiled child
Youve been acting so crazy, driving me wild
Your heart is like an elevator
You tell me thats just human nature
Ive done all I can, I cant seem to change you
Its not the way that you love me
Its not the way that you care
Oh no, its not the way
Oh no, its not the way
Listen mister to what I say
Oh no, its not the way
Your love is like a nasty habit
I finally got control but I just cant take it
I tried to be cool but I just cant make it
Your heart is like an elevator
You tell me that its just human nature
Ive done all I can, but just cant change you
Oh no, its not the way
Oh no, its not the way
Listen mister to what I say
Oh no, its not the way
Oh no, its not the way
Listen mister to what I say
Oh no, its not the way
Love is tough, love is tender
Love will make your heart surrender
Love is sweet, love is kind
Love will always blow your mind
Its not the way that you love me
Its not the way that you care
Oh no, its not the way
Oh no, its not the way
Listen mister to what I say
Oh no, its not the way
Oh no, its not the way
Listen mister to what I say
Oh no, its not the way
Oh no, its not the way
Listen mister to what I say
Oh no, its not the way
Oh no, its not the way
Listen mister to what I say...

Listen listen
Listen listen
Listen listen
Listen listen
Listen (listen) listen (listen)
Listen (listen) listen (listen)
Listen (listen) listen (listen)
Listen listen
Listen to each drop of rain (listen listen)
Aaah
Whispering secrets in rain (listen listen)
Aaah
Frantically searching for someone to hear
That story be more than it hides
Please don't let go
Can't we stay for a while?
It's just to hard to say goodbye
Listen to the rain
Aa...ah
Listen listen listen listen listen listen to the rain
Weeping
Oo...ooh oooh ooh oo...ooh
Oo...ooh oooh oh oh
Listen (listen) listen (listen)
Listen (listen) listen
I stand alone in the storm (listen listen)
Suddenly sweet words take hold
(Listen listen)
Hurry they stay for you haven't much time
Open your eyes to the love around you
You can feel youre alone
But I'm here still with you
You can do what you dream
Just remember to listen to the rain
oo...ooh oh oh oh oh
ooh ooh oh oh oooh

Sheep
'Sheep! why don't you follow me? '
Shouted the Shepherd to his flock of three
Where I lead you, you are supposed to follow
In the desert, through the forest, or in a hollow,
I will never, ever deliberately steered you wrong
If only you will listen to me and follow me along
Your safety and happiness is my main concern
So the path we take is from the one I did learn,
With my staff in hand I will lead the way
And I hope from me that you will never stray
As there is so much danger in this world of ours
So for your safety and from my leadership, I am in charge,
'I am your shepherd and you are my flock! '
Screamed the Shepherd as he then got lost
I have taken a different road than what I've taken before
Even though against this road I had cursed and swore,
But I thought the road was safer and easier to take
You must believe my thinking, I made no mistake
This time though I had listen to the advice of others
But now I see the mistake, if only I had my druthers,
Trust in me again, and we will find the correct path
And please forgive my directions and my earlier wrath
Lets just finish our journey and do not lose faith in me
Spoke the Shepherd, to his sheep of three.

Big River
Life is like a big river
sinkin' or swim, depends on you
you can take or you can be a giver
if you got love
you're gonna get through
once, a good woman loved me
kinda cruel, and she left me one day
now I'm cyin', she loves another
gotta go alone
the rest of the way
take, the advice of a loser
who's been livin' too long alone
follow your heart
follow your rainbow
and one day you'll find
you are not alone

An Example's Better Than A Precept
'My son takes sugar candy
Quite often, almost every day.
He doesn't listen to my advice.
Please tell him to stop this practice.'
A mother told a Holy man,
Revered by everyone.
He smiled and replied,
'Next month bring the child.'
A month passed and she came back
'Candy, my child, don't take.'
To her surprise, he advised the Child,
In his usual tone, soft and mild.
To her query why this wasn't told
In the last meeting they held,
He said, 'I stopped eating candy.
I'm now fit to advise him really.'
'An example's better than precept.'
This everyone should accept
And in his lifetime follow
Before giving advice hollow

Change The World?
do you know what
will really change the world?
when we learn how to listen...
not just with our ears,
but with our minds,
with our hearts,
with eyes that have seen,
and known...
and so can see
our selves in others!
listen...
with compassion...
without condemnation,
or judgement.
with silence,
no need to correct,
or give advice.
with our hands,
open and willing to help.
with our feet,
ready to walk beside!
to listen...
as if to the sound
of our own hearts beating...
to listen,
and to understand!

The Cry Of My Heart
The Cry Of My Heart
Your hands are not too short
To embrace me
Nor your ears too deaf to listen
To the cry of my heart
I am here for you
Longing to be with you
Listen to the longing of my heart
Listen to the cry of my heart
You lift me up when I was down
You made me strong, when I was weak
You made me whole, when I was broken
You listen to the cry of my heart
This, I promise you
From this day on,
I will serve you Lord
I will listen to the cry of my heart...

Dont Listen To Linda
By tommy boyce & bobby hart
Dont listen to linda
She said all those things before
Shes just a pretender,
And though you couldnt love her more
Shell lead you on, and then one day
Shell say youll have to part
Dont listen to linda
Shell only break your heart.
Dont listen to linda
If you want some good advice,
Just try to remember,
She did it once, shell do it twice
Theres more to her little games,
Than your eyes can see,
Dont listen to linda,
Or youll end up like me.
Youll never understand her
All the presents you could hand her,
Could never be enough, oh no,
So, dont underestimate her,
cause sooner or later,
The goings gonna start to get rough.
Dont listen to linda,
Dont believe the things you hear.
Youll end up, contender,
For the loser of the year.
Ive said everything I can
To try and make you see
Dont listen to linda,
Or youll end up like me.

Healing Part I
Listen, listen
Listen to the voice,
The voice is an illusion
Listen to the voice,
Dont let the words confuse you
cause you need something to concentrate on,
Concentrate on me
You need something to meditate on,
Meditate on me
Listen, listen
Listen to your heart
Tune into the rhythm
Listen to your heart
Beating with precision
Like the waves upon the seaside,
It goes on and on
Like the spinning of the world,
It goes on and on
Listen, listen
Listen for the sound
That is not in the music
Only you can hear it,
Only you can use it
Its the sound of someone breathing,
Its the breath of life
Its the sound that you are weaving
With the thread of life
Listen, listen
Listen to the sound,
Let nothing disturb you
You are in a place
Where nothing can hurt you
If you feel a strange sensation,
It can do no harm
Like the spiral of creation,
It will soon move on
