I kind of embarked on a fruitless search to find information about my character, Frederick Aiken. And it was fruitless, unfortunately, because there's so little about him.

First Step
I can only know true peace, once I have had no peace.
I can only know God, after I have had no God.
I can only know true love, once I have had no love.
To know the truth, the untruth must be realized.
What is unreal, can only then become real.
What is unseen, can only then become seen.
What is unknown, will then become known.
The journey is only a thought, until it has been embarked upon.
The destination cannot be reached, until the first step has been made.
The journey is all of the steps.
I keep looking outside, to find what was always truly within.
My search is fruitless.
For where we are destined to go, is where we have already been.
The past unlocks the door, to the destiny of future, which can only be obtained in the present.
For what was, determines what will be, in the what is.
But just the thought of this only leaves the what if.
We are not here to discover the world,
We are here to discover ourselves.
For it is only here,
That the true treasure lies buried deep within.
The unknown, is already known.
But the giant must be faced.
It is once the first step has been taken,
He has already fallen.
You just don't know it yet.
We are our own worst enemies.
It is the death of us,
That becomes the victory of all.

These Zombies Are Free
Once I realized seeking understanding...
Was fruitless.
From those who abused common sense.
I did not look for it from them anymore!
I knew early in that search...
I was trying to find an oasis in Death Valley!
One might exist.
But why risk my life trying to find it?
It's better to go to New York City...
If one expects to witness bright lights!
And if anyone desires to be frightened by zombies...
They do not have to pay to see them!
I know exactly where they can go.
These zombies are free!

Early Works - Our Love (The Dreams) Part 2
Throughout all creation
lovers have dabbled in the past
never really knowing
what they are looking for
or are likely to find,
I like all the rest
have never found peace,
which should come with sleep.
Even in a dream world
I search and search
for an empty promise
that was never kept
and never will be.
For I am a dreamer
and dreamers never find
the true love that awaits them
at the end of a dream.
My life is wasted
dreaming of improbable causes
that never bud and blooms
like the flowers in spring and summer.
I’m hurt every time I fall
only because a fool like me
never really deserves love
that could make me free of endless dreams.
After my fruitless searches,
I find a true love,
yet cannot fall
in case she hurts me.
For one more scar
cut into my heart
would surely end my life.
So near the womb of love
I must linger
but never enter
for upon entering and falling
I would surely lose all
and losing all is the dread I fear.

On The 29th
what shall i recall on the
29th?
shall i recall the squander
of time
and remember how fruitless
is the tree of time
how lushful are the leaves
how strong are the trunks
and yet so fruitless
like someone might have said
that this tree deserves to be cut
and burned?
on the 29th
what shall i tell you about myself?
i shall tell you that i have lived so fully
that i have not wasted all the days of my life
that i have done my duty
that i have kept all my responsibilities
that i have kept my word
to love you with all my soul, my mind, my heart
that i have not betrayed my promise
that i have won my wars
that i have fought loneliness
that i have chosen happiness
on the 29th
i shall throw nothing away
except perhaps this little party
for a few friends
i blow some pains
on those little candles
48 in all, and i will keep the 49th
still for the next
happy birthday to myself.

Truth is eternal
Truth is eternal
Echoes all over but not from internal
Pulse is there but not to be heard
Lies within but not to be searched
Fruitless travel but no answer
Knowledge within but known to fewer
Soul and mind to alien and merge
To seek an answer thoughts to purge
Not to run but find a refuge
Open at heart but not to refuse
This is how world comes near
Nothing worry and not to fear
Pain may be there as good company
Anguish too may be there to accompany
Lot more sufferings but not realized by many
Solution is there but not found by any
Aimless venture and no ultimate result
To face the shame and come across insult
Wound to aggravate if put little salt
Still enough of joy if you forget and exalt
Not to cry and not to make hunt
Approach straight and prepare to be blunt
What can not be achieved if applied with mind?
Solution within but need only blessings kind
Oasis water only represents illusion
Why at all there should be any confusion?
We all know it but still ignorant
Why fruitless search often and constant?
Go to jungle or remotely place
Every where you may find anxiety and race
What is it to us if serves no purpose?
Nothing may appeal even if it is rose
I have asked each and everyone
The answer lies with no one
I am directed to go in one direction
“Do not wait for result” and go for action
I understand the contents and fall in line
I expect it to work with result to be fine
Still it stops me from doing so well
The luck may have it with different story to tell
No one has succeeded in imaginary contest
One has to contend and feel to be at rest
It does not lie with your ability or power
You may not find any suitable answer
Try to seek an answer which has some alternative
Should have some reality and not purely imaginative
It may not take you far but land in trouble
Life may be over in quest as it is like bubble
It has to end somewhere with full contentment
It must also resonate with nice movement
The clarity and vision lies within control
The gain may be had even if very small
It is always nice to ask
What am I for any task?
Is what I seek and ask for?
Why not gain it now without waging war?

Lest It Is Taken Away
Why was the universe made so vast?
Is it true we are really alone?
When it was formed the rules were cast,
We must stay in our God given zone.
If there's life out there it's plain to see,
Why the planets are so far apart,
All life has the God given right to be free,
He won't allow us to tear out its heart.
We need to search for the answers here,
Looking to space is a waste of our time,
The answer to our problems is crystal clear,
Our neglect should be classed as a crime.
When we send out probes in the search for life,
We attach really scant information,
Never a mention of the wars and the strife,
Man's greed while others die of starvation.
We portray ourselves as peaceful and kind,
But in reality the opposite is true,
If they ever come here it's a fact they will find,
Other life forms we aim to subdue.
We can't look after the planet we're on,
That's the reason we're looking elsewhere,
At the rate we're going very soon we'll be gone,
To those others it just isn't fair.
Let's surmise we make contact with an alien race,
Will they be they hostile or totally insane?
They may well use Earth as a stopover base,
While they look upon humans as inane.
Theories abound from the experts and boffins,
While in reality they do not have a clue,
What's true is we'll all end up in coffins,
No I'm not a scientific guru.
Future happenings cannot be foretold,
If we could we'd be millionaires,
What we have now we need to behold,
Out there, there is nothing compares.
The past is littered with theories that died,
Yet the truth can be stranger than fiction,
Who's told the truth and who has lied,
Theories are but a hopeful prediction.
Those worlds we look for are out of our reach,
To say otherwise is total delusion,
Cherish what we have is what we must teach,
Or Armageddon is a foregone conclusion.
We are courting disaster with these stupid notions
While there are hectares of Earth we don't know,
From rainforests through to our planets oceans,
If we explore them our knowledge will grow.
We waste billions on a fruitless search,
While our planet is slowly eroding,
It won't be long till we fall off our perch,
That's said with a sense of foreboding.
So let's waken up now before it's too late,
Our scientists are leading us astray,
It's our future on Earth to which we must relate,
‘'Lest It Is Taken Away''

A journey is a person in itself; no two are alike. And all plans, safeguards, policing, and coercion are fruitless. We find that after years of struggle that we do not take a trip; a trip takes us.

Tomorrows
Ah, tomorrow and tomorrows!
A procrastinators' catchall
future days that he will borrow
freely to do nothing at all;
but presently those days will dawn
calling due his declarations;
promises he'll not keep thereon:
deliberate fabrications.
His wishy-washy character
lacks effectiveness and purpose;
his favorite word is "later"
which can be defined as fruitless.
Is there any hope for him? No!
as long as there are tomorrows.

The Holy Prophet (Chapter 11, Verses 15-16, Holy Koran)
I ask for refuge to Allah from Satan the exiled evildoer.
In the name of Allah the Kind and the Merciful Giver.
Those who desire the worldly life and its prettiness
We fully give them reward herein and no less
There will be nothing for them hereafter but the Fire
Fruitless will be the designs they frame here
And their good deeds will be then of no effect whatsoever.

Evolution of Truths
Experiencing now we are,
The evolution of truths.
Our consciousness can not resist it.
Preventing it is a fruitless pursuit.
All that was done prior to this change,
Has to be forgotten.
Times that are gone can not be relived.
Nor can they be rearranged...
To live a tomorrow expecting the same.
Experiencing now we are,
The evolution of truths.
Realities are not what they were.
Nor are caged animals at the zoo.
Every living thing on Earth is going through this.
If you believed reality was what you perceived it to be...
You are not alone.
You have much company.
The evolution of truths has arrived.
It has come uninvited.
And for anyone unaccustomed to quick changes,
As most are not when gate crashers pop in.
This process we are going through...
Is the difference between keeping a secret limited,
Within the neighborhood of gossips.
With that same secret already announced at Fort Knox.
Many are familiar.
Many wish to stop it.
Or have it blocked from our consciousness.
Experiencing now we are,
The evolution of truths.
Our mentalities can not resist it.
Preventing it is a fruitless pursuit.

Prime Search Locations
'I went in search of a word from God.' Kevin Carney
“A modern trend, the vain search,
age of information, wisdom of the world,
looking in all the wrong places; ”
God is everywhere and within us,
God promised if we look we will find God,
some places are prime search locations,
others seductive trap a denial of God.

Frangipani! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Leaves like half burnt toast,
Hang from the shrivelled branches
Of Frangipani.
Come monsoon showers;
It comes to life and flowers,
Savours in delight…
Seduced by sweet scent
Moths drawn by the fragrance, flock
At night for nectar.
Do they have a clue?
It’s fruitless search for nectar;
Trick up nature's sleeve,
To help pollinate
As moths flit over flowers;
Play designated role…

The Thunder - Chapter 13, Verses 14, Holy Koran
I ask for refuge to Allah from Satan the exiled evildoer.
In the name of Allah the Kind and the Merciful Giver.
Allah deserves their prayer
And whom they pray to besides Allah
Give them no answer.
They are like the one who stretches forth
Two hands towards water
Thinking it may reach the mouth
But it's a mere madness
And prayer of the unbelievers is fruitless.

When you have to play a character that seems to be a relatively decent person and seems to be like yourself, I think the trick in that kind of character, so that you don't become a cliche, is to find where their weaknesses are.

On Mrs. Ar: F: Leaving London
From Town fair Arabella flies,
The Beaux unpowder'd grieve,
The Rivers play before her eyes,
The Breezes softly breathing rise
The Spring begins to live.
Her Lovers swore they must expire
Yet quickly find their Ease,
For as she goes, their Flames retire
Love thrives before a nearer fire
Esteem by distant Rays.
Yet soon the Fair one will return
When Summer quits the Plain
Ye Rivers pour the weeping Urn,
Ye Breezes sadly sighing mourn,
Ye Lovers burn again.
'Tis constancy enough in Love
That Nature's fairly shewn
To search for more will fruitless prove
Romances and the Turtle Dove
The Virtue boast alone.

Nothing Of Value
I hang up antiquated quill,
to fill taskmaster till.
All I know dearly bought,
comes to nullified nought.
No negotiable reward remains,
to sustain, ordained writings wrought.
So fruitless frustrated search,
belies, an inspired image sought.
Is nothing lasting learned,
is nothing timely taught?
Diligent inspired dutiful labour,
but wasted, wash-out thought.
Life stagnates
stupefied on,
nothing of virtuous,
virtuoso, value bought?
