In coming to the Congress as a new Member and becoming a fellow Blue Dog, we have had an opportunity to share and really spend a great deal of time in examining the challenges that our Nation finds itself in in getting its fiscal house in order.

Truly, the challenges we face are not Democratic challenges or Republican challenges. In fact, they are not political challenges at all; they are fiscal challenges, and educational challenges, and the challenges of figuring out how to take care of each other.

I know there's a great deal that Arnold Schwarzenegger could teach me about making movies. There's a great deal I could teach him about the fiscal reforms that are needed - desperately needed - to set California back in good order.

The budget does not adequately fund important domestic programs, promotes tax cuts to the detriment of other priorities and does little to put our nation's fiscal house in order.

Change has come indeed, but it is becoming increasingly difficult
The changes we were looking for
Have indeed come
But with a bigger bang
And bitter challenges like
Economy
Education
Healthcare
Hou sing and what not
Any amount of helping
The industries and others
Seems to be not capable of
Fetching the results
We would like to see
There is no point
Looking for changes outside
Now we need to change within
Oh, fellow countrymen
We need to come together
Share the resources
And that is only way
To combat the challenges
Already existing and
In the making
If you love your country
And if you want that back
On the original track of
Growth, Development and Opportunities
Try to understand this
And put the same into practice
If you visualise your nation
As a mansion
Its strength depends on the
Quality of the bricks
You used in building the same
The bricks of a nation
Are nothing but the families
It is holding
Family is a small organisational system
Comprising blood related individuals
And the quality of the family
Is the bonding between members of the family
And their quality and value systems
If you want to do any good to the country
You need to improve the bonding
Within your family and
The quality of family members
Any attempt in this direction
Will bring all members
Of your family together
And this will make
You understand the strengths
And weaknesses of
Every one of you
Your determination to be
Together will make you
Share the resources
Which will make you
Understand your
New strengths and hidden potentials
Your being together bonded
Is of a great help to the nation
As your resouces' consumption
Will drastically come down
You will not be needing
That many houses
As your house-occupancy
Will be far far better
Your energy bills
Will be only a portion
Of your present bills
You may not be needing
That many cars
I know, it will be difficult
To get into this mode of thinking
As all these years
You have been free
And enjoying privacy
This suggestion will
Definitely rob you off some of the
Freedom and privacy
But when your very
Survival and existence
Is under threat
I am sure you will not mind
Compromising
And again you will understand
That freedom does not mean carefree
Real freedom means 'carefully free'
Privacy is more like give and take
If you do not damage other's privacy
Your privacy is assured
Give a chance to your family bond
Face the challenges effectively
And help your nation succeed

Appreciated Effort
Examining him from head to toe,
I've my own worries to share with you;
She saw love in him and couldn't stop looking.
Examining him from head to toe,
I can't shoulder your problems as well;
His skin was as young as a boy.
Appreciated effort,
With love, scope and imaginations;
Appreciated effort,
With sharply defined muscles over his torso;
That's the love that she finds in him.
Very handsome, very lovely;
An appreciated effort to the one she loves.
Very pretty, very lovely;
An appreciated effort to the one she loves.
What we do and how we do it is all in the name of love,
'Ah, mademoiselle'!
The voice of the man to the curious woman;
She saw love by examining him from head to toe.
He is really a poet and the inevitable occurred,
Dressed in a flowing lavender gown to approach the man;
Ah! Their love met with a kiss,
'Oh my dear'! She finally managed to say words like these;
But the human brain of his man is very far ahead of mankind.
I'm not certain but only hopeful,
'You are mine and mine only' were the very words;
She had finally found love by examining him from head to toe.

As the President reviewed the state of the union and unveiled his second-term agenda, he fell short of adequately explaining how he intends to set America back on the course of fiscal responsibility and secure the fiscal health of the nation.
Now Heres You
Ive paid my money and Im taking my chances
Ive done my share of city dances
If I fall Ill just play on through
I deal with love the best as Im able
I keep my cards on top of the table
I dont spend much of my time blue
(chorus)
And now heres you
And now heres you.
Here is you
Theres never been anything that any girl could say
Theres never been one got to me anyway
And I sure thought I knew my heart too
I got eyes but I didnt see you coming
You could have been just any woman
And if you are why am I so blue
It must be you
(chorus)
When youre not looking is when youre found
Love comes looking to spin you around,
Round and round
Ive been in love too much too deep
If you dont need loving
Whats it gonna be
Its gotta be, yeah yeah
(chorus to fade)

Congress and the White House are working out their scheme for pushing through a healthcare 'reform' bill that has more pages than the U.S. Constitution has words. I guarantee you that not a single member of the House or Senate has a complete understanding of that legislation any more than they understood all the implications of the USA PATRIOT Act back in 2001.

If there is light in the soul, There will be beauty in the person. If there is beauty in the person, There will be harmony in the house. If there is harmony in the house, There will be order in the nation. If there is order in the nation, There will be peace in the world.

It is crucial that members of Congress cast votes that are supportive of the values upon which our nation was founded: equality, freedom, and opportunity for all people.
The president has undermined trust. No longer will the members of Congress be entitled to accept his veracity. Caveat emptor has become the word. Every member of Congress is on his or her own to determine the truth.
