You can never stop and as older people, we have to learn how to take leadership from the youth and I guess I would say that this is what I'm attempting to do right now.

You learn far more from negative leadership than from positive leadership. Because you learn how not to do it. And, therefore, you learn how to do it.

Guess Who Will Be Still Writing?
You say to me,
You can not read 'all' of my poems.
As if your comments will stop my productivity!
And this process I am blessed to have and given to me.
There are writings of mine no one has yet to read.
But they will seem just as fresh...
As if you can feel the heat of my breath,
Whatever poem of mine you decide to read.
And even if you decide not to bother...
Guess who will be still writing?
Attempting to find different ways to express!
Guess.

Where Has The Time Gone? !
When you're born it's a miracle your there and everyone's happy
'She's beautiful, I'm so happy, Congrats! 'is what they say.
You're innocent and an Angel to all eyes.
As you grow and get older and
learn your first words it's always an 'aww, She's growing so fast and now there's no going back.
Years 2 and 3 go by so fast then guess what your 4 and going to school, elementary.
Pre-K, Kinder,1st and 2nd then from 3rd to 4th to 5th, WOW! , that went quick now it's time for new people, new things: 6th grade the starting of your middle school years, you have more responsibilities and more stress and guess what, it stinks!
Graduate 6th go to 7th then...
Don't got your mom, barely got your dad can't deal with these changes, please take me out of this forbidden place!
Mom's side of family can't see them no more but weren't they just here what the hell happened!
8th grades here last time you'll see these people, time for another change, someone please come and save me!
Now in 9th with more new faces than familiar, but I guess it's all good, I'll do ok.
Until the next 3 years this is all I've got to say: Where Has The Time Gone? !

Youth Dream Purchase Price Paid
youth dreams full of testosterone
impatience desires action completion
now now now youth is life trying
youth is working for other people
youth is working with other people
youth is learning about other people
in changing challenging life context
enjoy it or frustrated with it a lot
but at the same time youth screaming
to break out and be able to do own thing
the majority of the work force
probably feels this ghost echo
definitely crisis mix sometimes
few people get to do exactly
what they want to do
all or even most of the time
employment is necessity
unless rich financially
care free freedom independent
the less capital qualifications
the more compromise
due to lack of opportunities
working for others
is a good chance
to learn from their expertise
mistakes management
staff interaction
all necessary important
skills learn everything
you can while waiting
for your own dreams
an important
knowledge skills
career with many
interactive fields
of acquired knowledge
waits over horizons

I speak directly to the people, and I know that the people of California want to have better leadership. They want to have great leadership. They want to have somebody that will represent them. And it doesn't matter if you're a Democrat or a Republican, young or old.

Oh Well, Ill Never Learn
Looking up at the sign
It said: please keep away
And so in I ran
You see ...
Ill never learn
Oh, Ill never learn
Ill never learn
Chapter one again
Here I go again
I found a fountain of youth
And I fell in
How could I ever win ?
Ill never learn
Ill never learn
Ill never learn
Why should I mind ?
Why should I care ?
Ill never learn
Ill never learn

Expired
As I grow older my taste buds change,
What used to be good now tastes strange.
I guess you could say I'm expired!
Basket bal, soccer; you name the game
I used to be great but I lost all my fame.
I guess you could say I'm expired!
Reading books and writing words,
Used to be great; I was considered a nerd
but as I grow older less and less is heard.
I guess you could say I've expired!

Leadership is solving problems. The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help or concluded you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership.

When You Gonna Learn
Didgeridoo version written by jay kay
Have you heard the news today?
People right across the world are pledging they will play the game
Victims of a modern world, circumstance has brought us here,
Armaggedons come too near, too too near yeah
Now foresight is the key to save our childrens destiny
The consequences are so grave the hipocrites we are their slaves
So my friend to stop the end on each other we depend,
Mountain high and river deep, stop it going on,
We gotta wake this world up from its sleep,
People, stop it going on
Have you heard the news today?
Moneys on the menu in my favorite restaurant,
Now dont talk about quantity, cos theres no fish left in the sea.
Greedy men been killing all the life there ever was,
So you better play it natures way or she will take it all away,
And dont try tell me you know more than her about right or wrong,
Now youve upset the balance man, done the only thing you can,
Now my life is in your hands
Mountain high and river deep, stop it going on,
We gotta wake this world up from its sleep,
Oh people, stop it going on
Ahahahaha, hehehehehe...
Mountain high and river deep, stop it going on,
We gotta wake this world up from its sleep,
People, stop it going on
Greedy men will fade away, oh they will fade away when we stop it going on,
I know its got to be that way, oh people stop it going on!
Im asking, when you gonna learn to stop it going on?
When you gonna learn to stop it going on?

True Leadership Offends
A true leadership offends.
Especially those who have grown,
To believe...
Their lack of comprehending it,
Depends upon how often...
They can prevent true leadership,
From becoming one that succeeds.
People scream for representation.
And delay those factors...
By an increased agitation.
But it is they who betray themselves this way!
With a determination stuck,
In a vapid decay.
A true leadership offends.
Especially those who have grown,
To believe...
Their lack of comprehending it,
Depends upon how often...
They can prevent true leadership,
From becoming one that succeeds.
With wishes of an independence,
That fractures and does not mend.
Raises false hopes of a failed democracy.
That eventaully introduces oppressive tyranny!
Giving a people spoiled by greed...
Exactly the kind of government,
No longer providing individual needs.
A tyranny comes to control as done.

Age considers, youth ventures
Age considers, youth ventures
Age visualizes, youth dreams
Age makes theories, youth experiments
Age loves, youth longs
Age sees people, youth sees places
Age knows belongings, youth discovers them
Age pains to gain, youth gains to others' pain
Age has heart, youth has mind
Age is thoughtful, youth is tactful
Age ponders, youth wonders
Age recounts, youth counts
Age is experienced, youth is in experience
Age is cautious, youth dashes
Age floats, youth swims
Age lives, youth still making a living
Age is in touch with termination, youth with determination
Age is confident, youth is competent
Age adds years to living, youth adds life to living
Age is lost in past, youth is drowned in future
Age is grown, youth is crown
Ageless is youth, youthless is age

Not Enough Time
And I was lost for words in your arms
Attempting to make sense of my aching heart
If I could just be everything and everyone to you
This life would just be so easy
Not enough time
For all that I want for you
Not enough time for every kiss
And every touch and all the nights
I wanna be inside you
We will make time stop
For the two of us
Make time stop
And listen for our sighs
In our fight against the end
Making love we are immortal
We are the last two left on earth
And I was lost for words in your arms
Attempting to make sense of my aching heart
If I could just be everything and everyone to you
