I think a major act of leadership right now, call it a radical act, is to create the places and processes so people can actually learn together, using our experiences.

Become aware of internal, subjective subverbal experiences, so that these experiences can be brought into the world of abstraction, of conversation, of naming, etc., with the consequence that it immediately becomes possible for a certain amount of control to be exerted over these hither unconscious and uncontrollable processes

In our system leadership is by consent, not command. To lead a President must persuade. Personal contacts and experiences help shape his thinking. They can be critical to his persuasiveness and thus to his leadership.

You learn far more from negative leadership than from positive leadership. Because you learn how not to do it. And, therefore, you learn how to do it.

The Radical Light
He was a poor boy having a hard time
A shoulder chipped and a head for crime
He was destined to be broken
She found a diamond in a coal mine
What she saw in him was a crooked line
She just wanted him to straighten
She said truth lies underneath the radical light
Show you qhat you need what youre looking for
One night underneath the radical light
She said once you see the truth youll be wanting more
She doesnt know why shes got the desire
To lead this boy out of the burning fire
Call it love or call it mercy
See one night she was dreamin
She saw a man who looked just like him br] he said when you find me baby set me free
We can shine standin in the radical light
Take a chance and find your vision
We can feel fine walkin in the radical light
It all comes down to radical decisions
I feel your sorrow
I know youre afraid to let it go
Theres always tomorrow
Come into the light you dont have to be alone anymore
Show me real truth real love
Wake me hold me tonight
Under the radical light
Show me the real truth real life
Underneath the radical light
Someday we will be one
Under the radical light

Actually, I think my view is compatible with much of the work going on now in neuroscience and psychology, where people are studying the relationship of consciousness to neural and cognitive processes without really trying to reduce it to those processes.

All of the great leaders have had one characteristic in common: it was the willingness to confront unequivocally the major anxiety of their people in their time. This, and not much else, is the essence of leadership.

Why Me People
When ever you look at me
you feel like am too talkative
while its the way i am
i learn things through talking
why people why?
whenever i give a comment
you think am rude
while it not being rude but thats how i am
why people why?
when i talk to a girl
you accuse me that am asking her out
while i try to create friendship
but thats how i live
why people why?
you call me google
then you start to giggle
i try to learn new things on google
but you laugh at me then i start to wriggle
why people why?
i talk reality
as i live while it hurts me alot
but thats how i am

Heeding the Call to Their Expectations
Initiators, instigators, implementators...
Whatever you want to call people,
Who create their own dilemmas...
With an inviting of rage,
To then put the blame on someone else...
For actions they will not admit,
Are of their own making.
Although accuse those they say and do...
That they want out of their lives,
For not doing enough to help them...
When faced with a crisis,
Are those they despise publicly...
For not doing what they want done,
BECAUSE...
They are entitled.
And they wonder why their lives,
With whatever natural disasters they face...
Have come to affect them,
In places...
Where they have gone,
To isolate themselves...
Yelling for calls for 'help'!
Do the best the can to prioritize,
Their madness.
From 'who' or 'whom' or 'what'...
Do they believe,
Will come rushing to their aid?
Heeding the call to their expectations?
The very same people,
They have attempted to eliminate...
From being too controlling,
In being instrumental in their lives.
To dry their weeping eyes.
There is no doubt why people who shout,
Are being today...
More ignored.
With a focus that shows them to be,
The reasons why any progress is stalled.
Not only are these people 'nutts'.
They are clearly the ones needing to be locked up.
To allow humanity to rid its fences.

Certified father
A child rates their parents,
Especially their father.
He like the star in their life,
A destroyer of all fears,
The one who wipes your tears when you fall
And disobeys mommy when she says no.
You mould us to become successful young people
And you correct us when we go wrong.
You share your experiences so we can learn from them.
And you make us realize that you were once like us.
We have rated you,
Our father,
And saw that you passed our test,
Other people might look for different things in a father,
But we are proud to call you our father,
A certified father in our eyes.
