Idealistic reformers are dangerous because their idealism has no roots in love, but is simply a hysterical and unbalanced rage for order amidst their own chaos.

Sonnet: A Prayer to God
Amidst all chaos Lord, bring order God;
Amidst the darkness Lord, show me Thine light;
Amidst the atheism, give me Thine word;
Amidst my weakness show, Thine divine might.
Amidst life’s sultriness Lord, give me breeze;
Amidst the mire Lord, could Thou me pull?
Amidst life’s stresses Lord, give me mind’s peace;
Amidst the storms of life, give me a lull.
Amidst my despair Lord, give me new hope;
Amidst my temptations, God, let me win;
Amidst life’s hilly tracts, show me a slope;
Amidst my struggles Lord, let me not sin.
Amidst my foes and woes, show me haven;
Amidst my worldliness, give me Heaven.

Sonnet – Amidst
Amidst pitch -black darkness, God shows a light;
Amidst a Forest thick, He shows a way;
Amidst black clouds, He brings a moonlit night;
Amidst sorrows, God gives a happy day.
Amidst the desert, Oasis God shows;
Amidst the stormy Sea, He brings calm;
Amidst much strife, He opens newer doors;
Amidst much hopelessness, a helping palm.
Amidst tempest, God shows a bright light-house;
Amidst the glaciers, much sought-after peak;
Amidst our solitude, He gives a spouse;
Amidst the ravines deep, the lost lamb meek.
Amidst the chaos, God ushers new hope,
Amidst the gloom, He gives the church a Pope.

My Idea Of A Good Day
There will be no sleep
The pains of hunger
The searing burn of thirst
Discomfort
But not discontentment
A feeling of loneliness amongst the overwhelming presence
A feeling of depression amidst the joy
A feeling of chaos amidst the peace
A feeling of confusion amidst the wisdom
A feeling of dejection amidst the love
There will be success
The delights of a feast
The coolness of an iced drink
Contentment
Complacency
A feeling of completion amidst inner brokenness
A feeling of happiness amidst inner death
A feeling of peacefulness amidst inner turmoil
A feeling of wisdom amidst inner misunderstanding
A feeling of camaraderie amidst an inner and overwhelming loneliness
Here's a hint, my idea of a good day isn't based on feelings.

No period of history has ever been great or ever can be that does not act on some sort of high, idealistic motives, and idealism in our time has been shoved aside, and we are paying the penalty for it.

Learning To Love All The Mess
three plates remain unwashed
last night the cockroaches feast on the remains
of pork oil and morsels of rice
and bread
the dining chairs are not in place
looking like twigs in the park
after a storm
the table is littered with spilled sauce
the table cloth is stained
alcoholic
and the spoons and forks are still
having catchup on their tongues
and tails
the floor is foul with your dog's urine
and socks and shoes are roaming on the
living room
you guess it right
the universe is a big chaos
and so is this house
which is out of order
like a sink with leaking faucets
you want all your life to be in order
you wish a smooth and tidy place
vested with its own system
name-tagged and cabinetized
pieces
but it simply is not just
the way things work out
your dreams are silly
chaos and pandemonium are the orders of the
days of our lives
and so here i am with this firm resolve
to the flexibility of adaptability
for my survival
since disorder is the law
so must i obey it
to perfect my life and to put order
to my dreams and
properly accept this world's disposition
so must i
love chaos as well
go with the random flow of pandemonium
enjoy the errors
love the mistakes
and i swear to myself
beginning this ruinous day
that i,
wholeheartedly
must love all these mess

Chaos
-ordo ob kao, order out of chaos, and the idea is that, uh, with the
Influence of powerful forces behind the scene, you can bring order out of the
Chaos that we see. we know, for instance, that much of the....

And disorder, is always there....

Atlantique :
Gotta learn the way to turn
Hat over eye
Feeling dead more than alive
Give her something to rely on
One more time.
No one hears the sound
Fear is all around
Turn the music loud
No more lullaby.
No way in, no way out
Empty talk and tv shouts
Got to find the way around
No, you aint no lifer
In this town.
No one hears the sound
Fear is all around
Turn the music loud
No more lullaby.
Stop the beat, hear the sound
Time has come for you to speak
Your mind
Cant you hear the sound?
Chaos all around
Turn the music loud
No more lullaby
Dee-dee-dee x2
Learn to fly.

It turns out that an eerie type of chaos can lurk just behind a facade of order -- and yet, deep inside the chaos lurks an even eerier type of order.

Roots Bloody Roots
Roots Bloody Roots
Roots Bloody Roots
Roots Bloody Roots
Roots Bloody Roooaaaaaahh
I believe
In Our Fate
We Don't Need To Fake
It's All We Wanna Be
Watch Me Freeeaaak !!
I Say
We're Growing Every Day
Getting Stronger In Every Way
I'll Take You To A Place
Where We Shall Find Our
Roots Bloody Roots
Roots Bloody Roots
Roots Bloody Roots
Roots Bloody Roots
Rain
Bring Me The Strength
Is Breeding Me This Way
To Get To Another Day
And All I Want To See
Set Us Free
Why
Can't You See
Can't You Feel
This Is Real
Ahhh
I Pray
We Don't Need To Change
Our Ways To Be Saved
That All We Wanna Be
Watch Us Freak

Pie In The Sky
It takes photon power
And eight minutes of an hour
To make it to our sun
And I know it sounds weird
But itll take you four years
To make the next one
Expanding border
Thats the sauce
Of chaos
And thats an order
Thats an order
So stomp your feet
And clap your hands
Get out of your seat
And do a little dance
Lift up your voice
And sing with glee
Now listen carefully to me
Desert your quarters
Behold the pie in the sky
And thats an order
Thats an order
Thats an order [7x]

Love Is Dangerous
Written by rick vito and stevie nicks.
Oh theres a stranger
Standing in the shadows of love
Oh the danger
Demands what youre needing of
Be careful what you love
Be careful what you need
Be careful what you say
Be careful who you please, careful who you please
Love love love
Love is dangerous
Lo-o-o-o-ove
Love is dangerous
Oh theres no warning
That takes you to the promised land
Hearts made of crystal
Crumble like castles of sand
Echoes of emothion
And the visions of a fool
Echoes of forbidden ground
And its too good to be true, too good to be true
Love love love
Love is dangerous
Lo-o-o-o-ove
Love is dangerous
Standing at the crossroads
Ooh yeah this is wild
Maybe its my crossraods
Maybe this is mine
Maybe this is mine, oooh
Love love love
Love is dangerous
Lo-o-o-o-ove
Love is dangerous
Dont be a fool
Love love love
Love is dangerous
Lo-o-o-o-ove
Love is dangerous

The Order Of Chaos
==============
Everyone doing something but no one ever does anything
Someone always shouting the silence is deafening
Nobody loves you, nobody hates you
Fact or fiction or just contradiction
There is no truth in lies
There is no life that doesn't die
There is no fate but the fate that is due
The order of chaos welcomes you
Knowing is just a feeling & feelings worth nothing
Just keep on searching blind and unseeing
Looking for something seeking nothing
No direction or just contradiction
There is no truth in lies
There is no life that doesn't die
There is no fate but the fate that is due
The order of chaos welcomes you
(RPT)
Discipline oustanding, nothing like working
Hoping and trying, keep on adjusting
Sometimes hopeless, never painless
Simple addiction or just contradiction
There is no truth in lies
There is no life that doesn't die
There is no fate but the fate that is due
The order of chaos welcomes you

All art is exorcism. I paint dreams and visions too; the dreams and visions of my time. Painting is the effort to produce order; order in yourself. There is much chaos in me, much chaos in our time.
Life Need Not Be In Its Order As You All Perceive It
jostle
and juggle
why should it be
1 to zero?
or january to
december?
or a to z?
we love order
but order really does not
amaze me
this world is in chaos
and in its wantonness
wild has become so beautiful
untamed

An Absolute That's Never The Same
Someone has to believe.
As someone needs not to believe.
A equal balance.
Let order bring chaos.
And let chaos bring order.
Whether in what we believe in or believe not be true or rot.
It should not be measured by men of either of equal or unequal standards.
For a measurement now will change in 100 years.
How we go about it will change.
An absolute is nothing ever stays the same.
This is of course a oxymoron.
A contradiction in it's own terms.
But it does make it any less true.
Just the word I used isn't of the proper glue.

The Room
Through that window—all else being extinct
Except itself and me—I saw the struggle
Of darkness against darkness. Within the room
It turned and turned, dived downward. Then I saw
How order might—if chaos wished—become:
And saw the darkness crush upon itself,
Contracting powerfully; it was as if
It killed itself, slowly: and with much pain.
Pain. The scene was pain, and nothing but pain.
What else, when chaos draws all forces inward
To shape a single leaf? . . .
For the leaf came
Alone and shining in the empty room;
After a while the twig shot downward from it;
And from the twig a bough; and then the trunk,
Massive and coarse; and last the one black root.
The black root cracked the walls. Boughs burst
the window:
The great tree took possession.
Tree of trees!
Remember (when time comes) how chaos died
To shape the shining leaf. Then turn, have courage,
Wrap arms and roots together, be convulsed
With grief, and bring back chaos out of shape.
I will be watching then as I watch now.
I will praise darkness now, but then the leaf.
