Look at the Quakers - they were excellent business people that never lied, never stole; they cared for their employees and the community which gave them the wealth. They never took more money out than they put back in.

Rabiteen
He said that he would stay forever
forever wasn't very long
He said that he would take the high road
He thought that I was always wrong
Cause when he lied it meant he loved me
And when he lied it meant he cared
And when he lied it meant he loved me
Cause when he lied it meant that he was there
He said that he would go his own way
wrapped up my leg and down my spine
He said that he would be the fairest
Drenched in blood and turpentine
Cause when he lied it meant he loved me
And when he lied it meant he cared
And when he lied it meant he loved me
Cause when he lied it meant that he was there
I am never going back I don't care what he said
I wish he could see the hate in my head
I am never going back I don't care what he said
I wish he could see the hate in my head
I am never going back I don't care what he said
I wish he could see the hate in my head
I am never going back I don't care what he said
I wish he could see the hate
He said that he would tell no secrets
He said that he would never lie
He said that he would spring eternal
He said that we would never die
Cause when he lied it meant he loved me
And when he lied it meant he cared
And when he lied it meant he loved me
Cause when he cried it meant he cared
Cause when he lied it meant he loved me
And when he lied it meant he cared
And when he lied it meant he loved me
Cause when he lied it meant that
he was
he was
he was
He was there

The Falsified Claim of the Roofie and the Women
So sorry hear from you again.
Back from another on of your excursions I see.
So how did your sick perversion go.
Oh oh you put on quite a good show.
A hell of a dating scam.
It took ten years from this man.
He went to prison for rape.
A unjustified claim.
He just wanted the money you stole.
He lied to get it back.
It pissed you off when you found out.
With venom you went straight to the hospital.
Pull out the kit.
Check me out.
He fed me a roofie.
The next thing I woke with no clothes.(40 minutes later)
He was pulling up his pants.
I made no scene and didn't even realize I was raped.
Strange don't you think.
I went home.
Then I thought about what must have happen (3 hrs later) .
Oh he rapped me.
Yeah I stole his money.
And I gave it back so that has nothing to do with it.
It is the truth because I am a women.

Justice, My
a poor woman lied
on her application for
food stamps about prior
drug convictions,
which was wrong...
but she did it to
feed her two children...
and she has paid the money back!
she got federal jail time.
big banks lied, cheated,
and basically stole on
applications for loans,
made a big profit,
showed a big loss,
and got bailout money...
justice, my ass!

I am still looking for the modern equivalent of those Quakers who ran successful businesses, made money because they offered honest products and treated their people decently... This business creed, sadly, seems long forgotten.

Comprehending Is the Key
I had the funding.
I had the opportunity.
And I wanted with them to share.
'What happened? '
I gave back the funding.
I returned the opportunity.
And I told those who supported me,
I could find no one who cared.
'So what is it that you do now? '
Stay focused.
Move forward.
And make huge investments,
In the minding of my own business.
'Aren't those the same people who say,
What is needed is commitment and unity...
In this community? '
I stay focused.
I've moved forward.
And I make huge investments,
In the minding of my own business.
'I know you heard me.'
I stay focused.
I've moved forward.
And...
'I make huge investments,
In the minding of my own business.'
I hear you.
Comprehending is the key,
To keeping one's peace of mind.

Ego
Written by ricky & marty wilde
All the time I try to reason with you
But I just cant seem to make you understand
Nothing seems to ever really get through
Cant you feel emotions like any other man
You never cared for anyone (anyone)
You never cared for anyone (at all)
Any love that youve ever given me
You only gave me for your ego
Look at how you wanted all of my tears
Any time you felt you needed security
All the nights you let me out on my own
Thats the thing that you just cant give back to me
You never cared for anyone (anyone)
You never cared for anyone (at all)
Any love that youve ever given me
You only gave me for your ego
Youre only plan it seems is look after number one
You just cant comprehend what it means to love someone
Stay away, get lost, get out of my life
Cant you see the changes now and at last Im free
Any plans I have just dont include you
And thats the one thing you wont take from me
You never cared for anyone (anyone)
You never cared for anyone (at all)
Any love that youve ever given me
You only gave me for your ego
Every time I tried to reason with you
But it seemed that I never made you understand
Nothing ever seemed to ever really get through
Cant you feel emotions like any other man
You never cared for anyone (anyone)
You never cared for anyone (at all)
Any love that youve ever given me
You only gave me for your ego

Speak the truth and you'll be heard.
She told me she cared,
I knew she lied,
She told them she cared,
They knew she lied,
She said she wanted me to be the best,
I knew she lied,
She said to them she wanted me to be the best,
They knew she lied,
She whispered she loved me,
I knew she lied,
She whispered to them she loved me,
They knew she lied,
She pretended everything when I was there,
She pretended to love me,
She pretended to care,
She said she wanted me to be happy,
We all knew the truth was not what she speak,
We all knew the truth was just about to leak,
We all knew the truth would come out,
We all knew the truth, with no doubt,
She was just like the people surrounding,
Pretending, acting, lying,
So the truth is what I spoke when I spoke to her,
I told her the truth is true, the truth is fair,
I told her...
If it's a lie, don't say another word,
However, speak the truth, and you'll be heard,
To lie to someone who truly loves you for you,
Is one of the most cruel things you can ever do,
To let them believe what you say to them is true,
When really all your thinking about is you, you and you.

Forms of Wealth
To money is attributed wealth
But the open truth of wealth
Is, It is not the only kind of wealth—
There are also other forms of wealth!
Good health is the best form of wealth
Forging rich links in relationships is wealth
Spontaneous love for all life forms is wealth
To have enthusiasm in life is wealth.
Acquiring life-long learning is wealth
Experience and wisdom in life is wealth
Meeting new people is also wealth
Visiting new places too is authentic wealth.
The quest to explore something is wealth
To have a positive mind-set is wealth
Existence of deep internal peace is wealth
Early morning waking up with joy is wealth.
Possessing high self-respect is wealth
Having strong spiritual connection is wealth
There exist so many types of wealth
Constitute all these and you're with full wealth!

Let us create wealth for me..(the investors)
Creating wealth is very simple:
If you have three pay slips,
You can buy that expensive car,
Drive through the street on par.
You can buy an apartment in down town,
Where you can find people of your kind,
Electronic gadgets are inexpensive,
And you can change them as you wish,
Fancy restaurants are too many,
Where you can spend your hard earned money,
Creating wealth is not a problem to me,
As long as people like you around me,
I am an investor with huge oil money,
He is an accomplice to steal the honey,
We are the people behind the curtain,
Creating the wealth for certain,
Keeping you as indebted as you are,
We create the wealth,
Above the ground,
Creating wealth is very simple,
If you have three pay slips.

I Wish I Cared
(magne furuholmen)
To hold me closer or set me free
To trust completely or let it be
You dont know my destiny
You cant see what I can see
Hey - I wish I cared
Hey - I wish I cared
To love me truely or let me go
Inbetween I dont want to know
This is how it has to be
No more us and no more we
Hey - I wish I cared
Hey - I wish I cared
Once again, on the station
See your face in a crowd
Comes again the sensation
You cant hear yourself think
With their voices inside your head
Hey - I wish I cared
Hey - I wish I cared
I wish I cared
Yes I really do
I wish I cared
(hey) I wish I cared
Yes I really do
I wish I cared
(hey) I wish I cared
I wish I cared
(hey)

Tell Me Why
Tell me why you cried, and why you lied to me
Tell me why you cried, and why you lied to me
Well I gave you everything I had
But you left me sittin on my own
Did you have to treat me oh so bad?
All I do is hang my head and moan
Tell me why you cried, and why you lied to me
Tell me why you cried, and why you lied to me
If theres something I have said or done
Tell me what and Ill apologize
If you dont, I really cant go on
Holding back these tears in my eyes
Tell me why you cried, and why you lied to me
Tell me why you cried, and why you lied to me
(hey!)
Well Im begging on my bended knees
If youll only listen to my pleas
If theres anything I can do
cos I really cant stand it, Im so in love with you
Ohhhhhh!

Money is Sacred
Money is so sacred, my mind is reactive
To the special things in life.
Too heavy in my mind is this life,
When money is donated to another life,
To give blood is easier.
Money is too sacred. Its business is supreme
And laudable. Most adorable. Why do you laugh?
Business makes you perfect. So what about the family?
Is it given its just help, or are you poor for yourself?
Money is sacred and wealth we be. We are not poor.

Sue me if you can
Sometimes I wonder
what kind of criminals
is doing business today
in the new South Africa
and steal time, labour
and life
from their employees
and claim money
for undelivered services?
The rubbish collectors strike,
as they are not paid
and there is nobody
to collect the rubbish
and still the municipality
charges its fees
while you have to dispose of it
or have to pay other people
to remove it.
Mine workers are in revolt
since from November
they got no salaries
and it’s already the end of march
and some more promises
are made by the mine
that maybe later
fire them all.
A salesman’s sales
goes through the books
and money is received for it
and the boss
transfers all her property
to her children
and says that he
will get no commission
as she is bankrupt:
“sue me if you can.”

World Poetry Day Poem on ‘Appreciation
Appreciate your employees,
And recognize their achievements;
Reward them for their good work done;
Award them too if they deserve.
Employee-friendliness works well;
Kind words of enquiry are good;
Make them feel happy in work-place;
Be courteous, acknowledge their feats.
Give incentives for special jobs;
Don't punish them unduly oft;
Point out their fallacies with care;
Let them not feel guilty and bad.
Employees need a humane touch;
Their welfare must be addressed too;
Rules need not be used like a whip;
Be logical when finding faults.
Employees are wealth in disguise;
Experience can't come overnight;
Avoid unruly talks that hurt;
Appreciate, appreciate!
Employees mustn't feel unwanted;
Each one has given his/her mite;
Each one's potential must be tapped;
Each one needs appreciation most;
Appreciate, appreciate!
