Life and human society are the chief concern of Confucianism and, through it, the chief concern of the Chinese people.
And I think that what is of concern is that they seem to be bringing skills from the scientific world into the interrogation room in a way that begs a lot of questions about whether it's ethical.

The chief is not the best
It is not that the best in the skills
Becomes a captain of a team.
It requires some other skills for that.
The chief is not the best of all.

The Occupy Process...
just thinking, perhaps we should start
the whole occupy process by re-occupying
our own dignity... by rediscovering respect,
for ourselves, and for others!
and yes, let us re-occupy the truth, for we
have lived under the lie, and by the lie, for
far too long.
occupy, our bodies and souls, our dreams and hopes,
our convictions and actions... occupy our lives!

A Dialogue to Immanuel Kants
We prefer,
Beauty to the duty,
Cruelty to mercy,
Luxury to morality,
We are brought up
On the swings of ambitions,
And have remained astray
In the forest of lust.
We have trampled,
Gems of inner-self with the steeds
Of our own passions.
Our appetite has devoured us all,
And high castles of thoughts,
Buried beneath the debris
Of worthless infertile words.
O! Strange philosopher,
Out of reach lie our own skills,
Concealed from ourselves,
Yes the same all skills which make
Us gods but remain possessed
By the brute of our own inner-self.

Concern for man himself and his fate must always form the chief interest of all technical endeavors, concern for the great unsolved problems of the organization of labor and the distribution of goods--in order that the creations of our mind shall be a blessing and not a curse to mankind. Never forget this in the midst of your diagrams and equations.

The skills that we have are the actual magic skills - not the performing skills. We have to separate those. But the actual skills that make the tricks work, we don't get to use again.

For my future I have no concern, and as a true philosopher, I never would have any, for I know not what it may be: as a Christian, on the other hand, faith must believe without discussion, and the stronger it is, the more it keeps silent.

Always Asking Questions
We all want peace we dont want misery
So many of us wont let us be these things
But we only are confused
We feel stronger as we grow older
But still we feel bemused
Always asking questions
Were always asking questions
And the temptation is to just step back
Well we give what we lack
We will always be asking questions
Why rich?
Why poor?
Always asking questions
Were always asking questions
Why this?
Why that?
Were always asking questions
Why this?
Why that?
Always asking
Dont stop asking
Dont stop asking questions
Always asking questions
In answer to this question is just shut up
You dont know
I dont know
Nobody knows
This is an answer to every question
This is a place to begin
Always asking questions
Always asking questions
Why this?
Why that?
Why this?
Why that?
Always asking questions
(why this why that? )
Always asking questions
(why this why that? )
Always asking questions
(why this why that? )

Occupy MDP!
Occupy MDP!
that’s
mom’s and dad’s place -
you imbeciles!
Occupy
Mom’s and Dad’s place -
they’ve made too much money!
They’ve worked since
they were twenty
Looking after kids
and saving money –
being selfish
no charity!
just being plain greedy!
Occupy MDP!
Don’t you see?
Mom and Dad got too much money!
Look at me –
I’m twenty-eight
going on twenty-nine –
ain’t got a penny
ain’t got a honey
and Dad and Mom
got too much in the kitty
They put money in the bank!
Damn! Don’t you see?
Mom and Dad are capitalists!
Occupy MDP!
So Dad and Mom
thirty years
they worked
and raised kids
and they’ve paid every cent on the house!
Damn! Mom and Dad are capitalists!
Damn! – they’re bourgeoisie!
Occupy MDP!
Open their fridge– eat for free!
Watch TV, use their internet
and surf with glee –
Mom and Dad can pay every fee!
Cos they’re capitalists
and money pigs –
that’s what they are,
Mom and Dad
So Occupy MDP!
Lie in the couch
and get your friends
in the garden
and trample on the beds of flowers -
Damn! Can’t you see?
She goes to the hairdresser’s;
She goes to the pedicurist -
Mom’s a bourgeoisie!
Drive Dad’s car
while he snores
who cares if you burn the tiers
just drive at speed
for a good adrenalin police chase -
Old Dad will pay the fines anyway!
Damn – the police are capitalists!
Dad’s a capitalist!
Mum’s a bourgeoisie!
Come on - O youth of the World
It does not matter if you are past
twenty or thirty -
All youth unite at this cry:
Occupy MDP!
Occupy Mom’s and Dad’s!
O brave Youth of the World -
Occupy MDP!

Why Is The House Burning Down?
Why is the house burning down?
Do you care to repeat that?
'Sure.
No problem.
When the fire chief arrived,
The occupants assumed he was not qualified.
Based upon his
Well,
The obvious.
So,
They said they would wait
Until a new chief is appointed.'
Wait for what?
The house is ruined
Totally destroyed
What 'new' chief?
He 'is' the chief
'Sir?
If you wish to
'Approach' them with that explanation
Perhaps you can convince them of that
The told me, the others 'and' the chief
They were entitled to have their expectations met.
And
If they have to stand there for the rest of their lives
They will do it.'
