I heard the various terms of abuse at school and probably indulged them in the way you do as a kid.

That Pity B-Gone!
Let that pity b-gone!
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
And also going are those benefits.
If you carry on...
Like you can't handle it!
Let that pity b-gone!
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
And also going are those benefits.
If you carry on...
Like you can't handle it!
We knew that pity had to split!
B-gone.
We knew that our hearts would split, and soon...
B-gone.
If we let that pity sit,
Between us....
Both of us would have a fit.
If we let that pity sit,
Both of us would have a fit.
If we let that pity sit...
Between us!
And...
You'd believe,
That I could never love you.
To leave me feeling sorry,
And blue.
But...
I would know,
How deep inside my love goes.
And protecting what I love,
Before it overflows.
Let that pity b-gone!
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
And also going are those benefits.
If you carry on...
Like you can't handle it!
So...
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
And maybe not so much the benefits.
Since I would miss too much your many moods.
That pity b-gone.
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone.
No more from me you get pity.
That pity b-gone!
You indulged and had to rid of it.
That pity b-gone!

Abuse
Almost everyone has suffered abuse
in one form or another,
from bullying at school
to the worst kind from within their family.
It makes you retreat from being
the outgoing person you should be
to hide away in shadows
hoping no one else can see.
It makes you feel inferior and guilty
that you may have done something wrong
when in fact you haven’t,
it was never your fault.
You become afraid to talk about it,
ashamed,
feeling no one would understand
and sneaking away
to live in a world of your own.
The cruelty of abuse
is that it never goes away,
but lives within you
until your dying day.
19 September 2009
Author’s Note:
I know the last few lines are true. I suffered the abuse of bullying when I was young at school and the abuse from my parents of being inferior to my sister. Neither has ever left me and still lives within. The hurt it has caused still surfaces in quiet moments.

Basking In the Glow
When one's life has been spent self indulged...
Do you think they have discussions,
About someone who has sacrificed their needs?
They would not understand what that meant.
Or might find it amusing that people actually suffer,
For the cause of uplifting others.
People self indulged have no clue that's what they do!
They've become too familiar with the concept of leeching.
But then again...
This is interpreted,
As an agreement others make within themselves,
To splurge those self indulged with attention.
A need that keeps them surviving.
At the cost of someone 'basking' in the glow of their aura.
Something they 'too' find unresistable!
And one that is quickly given as if to gift.

Be True To Your School
When some loud braggart tries to put me down
And says his school is great
I tell him right away
Now whats the matter buddy
Aint you heard of my school
Its number one in the state
So be true to your school now
Just like you would to your girl or guy
Be true to your school now
And let your colors fly
Be true to your school
I got a lettermans sweater
With a letter in front
I got for footbal and track
Im proud to where it now
When I cruise around
The other parts of the town
I got a decal in back
So be true to your school now
Just like you would to your girl or guy
Be true to your school now
And let your colors fly
Be true to your school
On friday well be jacked up on the football game
And Ill be ready to fight
Were gonna smash em now
My girl will be working on her pom-poms now
And shell be yelling tonight
So be true to your school now
Just like you would to your girl or guy
Be true to your school now
And let your colors fly
Be true to your school
Rah rah rah be true to your school
Rah rah rah be true to your school
Rah rah rah be true to your school
Rah rah rah be true to your school

Sticky Fingerprints
How can you take what is mine,
Away from me?
And excuse that act,
As something that you do?
I've heard of those addicted,
Do the same thing too!
And not care a bit about,
Who they choose to screw.
And you do it to me,
Like I'm a fool to use.
But I am not the one...
You can use and abuse.
How can you lie and fake,
Honesty and trust?
When your sticky fingerprints,
Are slick with each touch.
And you do it to me,
Like I'm a fool to use.
But I am not the one...
You can use and abuse.
I've heard of those addicted,
Do the same thing too!
And not care a bit about,
Who they choose to screw.
How can you take what is mine,

School Is Not So Cool
School, School, School,
A school is not so cool
We're here 5 days a week
8 hours a day.
School, School, School,
A school is not so cool.
People laugh when we fall
we just have to make a call.
School, School, School
A school is not so cool.
We have to work hard to get good grades
I'm not going to do it no more
I do it everyday.
We cant go on the grass
We cant bother another class
We cant save spots at lunch
We have to go as a bunch.
We have 3 minutes in the hall
I'm always late what a ball.
We have to pay attention
if not we get detention.
School, School, School,
A school is not so cool.
They have to many rules
they play us as fools
if we get A's
the parents jump Hip Hip Hooray.
If we get F's
we tell them we need to take a rest.
We always have homework
we never have classwork
they have to many rules
they need to take it cool.
School, School, School,
A school is so not cool!

Pointy Toes
Pointy toes,
Elegance shows.
A dancer's feet,
Worn and Weary,
A ballerina's feat,
Makes it look easy.
We abuse our feet,
Scrapped till it bites,
We abuse our feet,
Tie knots too tight,
We abuse our feet,
Stand till sore,
We abuse our feet,
Curl like claw.
High heels, tall.
We abuse our feet,
Bound feet small.
Abuse our feet most than rest of body?
Take care, your feet, Everybody.

In School
in school,
when i saw you
i intuited i have found
my lost world in you
i wish i could act
to be appreciated
by you in school.
in school,
it would be too sad
to narrate the ordeal
i have been through
i wonder if its best
i had met you
in the school.
in school,
though i had not said it
there has been so many ways
that i have shown it
my actions had done
whatever i wanted to say
at school.
in school,
i never thought
being in love
could take me to madness
well, it is better than
leaving me in sadness
in the school.
in school,
when i approached you
i knew i was silly
it was because
suddenly,
i forgot who i was
in school
in school,
why do you sneer
when i am near
it really breaks me
just tell me what to do
to get a room from you
in and out of school.
in school,
sometimes though it is hard
i guess i must let go
some things i wish to have
though good things also
could be found elsewhere
as it has been in school.

Truth is stranger than friction
The joy of truth is
that it can be funnier,
crazier,
than fiction.
On September 16 the referee
suspended a football match
following complaints by the spectators
that the players on both
multicultural or should I say
multiracial teams
had been racially abusing each other
with terms like 'black bastard'
a player corrected this, explaining
that it wasn't racial abuse but
'sledging' - to put off
players from kicking penalties etc.:
'Sure it was abuse, but there
was no racism'
well that's alright then, after all
it's a multi, er, cultural society
and the tackling was clean and
good sportsmanship sorta

On Their Own Terms
On their own terms,
People have a right to do and choose...
As they please.
This should not lead to an argument.
However...
When those terms and choices one chooses,
At the crossing over a threshold into someone's home...
Anyone believing they should be treated,
Based upon their own terms...
Should excuse themselves immediately.
Before they are asked to leave.
Thus making the keeping of their own terms,
An issue not needing to be debated.

The Paperback Years
A friendship has been formed
Throughout these past three years
We have come together
To overcome our fears
The future is upon us
High school is coming fast
Mature is what we need to be
For the jobs we have been cast
Turn in our school books
Weathered and torn from use
We give them sad looks
From all the locker abuse
We’ll have to part our ways
And say our last goodbye
Will we meet another day?
Or watch as the years go by
Gather our belongings
Zip up our backpacks too
Look back on our school
And realize how much we grew

What Is School Like?
School is like a prison
We can’t leave,
School is like an island
We are all trapped,
School is like a pie
It is good at first until you reach the crust,
School is like a toilet
It is full of germs,
School is like a salad
You have to put something on it to make it better,
School is like a stupid cat
It never dies,
School is like a garbage truck
It smells, it’s big and you can here it from a mile away,
School is like a baby
It always needs your attention,
School is like a shark
It just keeps chasing,
School is like going to jail
You never want to go back,

The School Days are near!
Same shrieking morning alarms,
Same morning fear!
The school days are near, The school days are near!
Sleeping in the bathroom,
From out, Mom shouts, '' DO YOU EVEN HEAR? ''
The school days are near, The school days are near!
So drowsy I am,
Confused, don't know what to wear!
The school days are near, The school days are near!
And entered into the school,
Murmuring silently, '' Oh dear! Oh dear! ''
The school days are near, the school days are near!
And if the first period is Maths,
Not again those equations linear! !
The school days are near, the school days are near!
A look at the load of books,
From the corner of my eye drops a tear!
The school days are near, the school days are near!
Gosh! When will vacations come?
We'll have to wait an year!
The school days are near, the school days are near!
Hoping when we go,
We'll find joy, sheer!
The school days are near, The school days are near! ! : D
