Hail All Masters Of Small Spinning Ball
In England people believe; a football player
can earn 100 000 pound a week;
apparently that is okay he is; obviously worth
100 000 pound such skill such skill;
obviously this is what such ball; skill is worth?
But a nurse serving the sick
the ill the dying is not worth
more than 30 000 pound a year
more than 30 000 pound a year
angel nurse cannot be worth?
National scandal oh dear King Lear
a banker cannot be worth
that massive massive bonus
not while nation suffers recession fear?
What skill control of financial markets
employment opportunities health care
education but but only a mere banker
what is a banker compared to a football player?
Hail Hail all masters of a small spinning ball
worth a 100 000 pound a week such skill such skill.

I Prefer the Pound
I remembered being married.
Now I am happily divorced.
I don't recall wishing this bliss.
Or when I preferred pound cake,
Over one called Death by Chocolate.
But I have learned,
Not to touch chocolate
Without backup or guard.
It is hard breaking free of habits that decay.
Even when it's inviting...
Nothing guarantees an addiction,
Will not kill ambition.
Some escape with slight healing bruises!
Others are beaten into the ground!
That's why I prefer the pound,
When it is around and I can taste it!
Nibble and leave...
That's my philosophy I'm feeding me.

The only vice that cannot be forgiven is hypocrisy. The repentance of a hypocrite is itself hypocrisy.

Between You & Me
So trouble comes strolling through the door
But anything worth havings worth fighting for
Fiction or fact youll supply the plot
Well both be featured - like it or not
Yes I guess you think Im stupid and brutal
I should confess that the feeling is mutual
Its not between the devil and the deep blue see
Not between the truth and hypocrisy
Not between freedom and democracy...
But between you - between you...
Between you and me
Between you - between you...
Between you and me
The stars and stripes meet the hammer and sickle
Not for honour but roubles and nickles
It aint fisticuffs, its a full scale war
Your secrets no secret anymore
Yes I guess you think Im stupid and brutal
I should confess that the feeling is mutual
Its not between the devil and the deep blue see
Not between the truth and hypocrisy
Not between freedom and democracy...
But between you - between you...
Between you and me
Between you - between you...
Between you and me
So trouble comes strolling through the door...

Hypocrisy
Hypocrisy
I wanted to sit and write today-but I did not know what to say.
Then a thought came to me. Why don’t I write about hypocrisy?
The hypocrisy of man leaves you to wonder.
Will this country make another blunder?
Will we continue in this Arab war where we are despised/
Will we choose to live a lie?
They say Americans shed their blood for you and me.
We all know its hypocrisy.
Men in uniform no longer fight the world wars.
People who want to hide what they are Moreover, what they say and do is because of me and you. Our service members and women still use our uniforms with pride
It is something that we can’t deny.
I could see it in my mind-the older politician telling the younger one.
“Let the road take its course” we are the trainers and they are the horse.
They will go where we lead them-that is why we are leaders.
The politicians of all nations should hide their heads in shame.
They search for all that they can gain.
They all try to line their pockets
They’ll pull your eyeballs from their sockets.
Then you cannot see all their hidden hypocrisies.
People will believe for a short period
While it weighs on their mind.
They have to tell the politicians that they will not follow
Like sheep to a slaughter so they could make a quarter.
We must tell them that we are tired as can be-living in hypocrisy.

Check Mate!
every questions you asked
every words you carved
now all will turn to you
now you are the one to decide
your contradiction, your hypocrisy
why you build a sand castle
near stormy sea
when you know it'll be crushed down
and sadly drowned
every plans you made
every promises you glued
now all will chase you to the end
now you're the one to choose
your ambition or your desire
how far would you manipulate
everything you own to cover defect
when you know it'll never work
because I have trapped you first
