But it's a Broadway show, so even if you're Christine in Phantom, you're still a princess. All female leads are princesses whether they're Disney princesses or not.

Jane
My daughter Jane makes dresses
For beautiful Princesses;
But though she's plain is Jane,
Of needlework she's vain,
And makes such pretty things
For relatives of Kings.
She reads the picture papers
Where Royalties cut capers,
And often says to me:
'How wealthy they must be,
That nearly every day
A new robe they can pay.'
Says I: 'If your Princesses
Could fabric pretty dresses,
Though from a throne they stem
I would think more of them.
Peeress and shopgirl are
To my mind on a par.'
Says Jane: 'But for their backing
I might be sewing sacking.
Instead, I work with joy
In exquisite employ,
Embroidering rich dresses
For elegant Princesses . . .
Damn social upsetters
Who criticise their betters!'

I used to..
I used to think there were princesses.
But now I know the truth.
I always thought your Prince comes on a horse
But I never would see one
If I could I would erase every fariytale
I would not let them lie
I never knew that a horse wouldn't come
But I might find someone
I can't find him on a horse
But I can look for one and hope
I won't listen to fariytales
But I might hope about it
I used to believe there were princesses
But now I know reality

I was shortly again at the castle, and the Princess gave me her hand to kiss and then brought her children, the young princes and princesses, and we played together, as if we had known each other for years.

Disney Story
(written from a male perspective)
You say you’re Cinderella
Or so you want to be
Does this mean that you’ve found
You Prince Charming in me?
You also say you’re Jasmine
So Princess please be mine
A whole new world I’ll show you
A world of love divine
Your favorite is Tinkerbell
So I’ll be Peter Pan
Together we can fly away
Off to Neverland
And if you’re Sleeping Beauty
Then I will be the one
To kiss your lips, open your eyes
And fill your life with sun
And if I was the Beast
And your name was Belle
I know that I could count on you
To free me from the spell
And if I was Prince Eric
Would you come with me?
As my Ariel I would show you
A love deeper than the sea
Just like a Disney tale
Filled all with love and laughter
You and I will be together
Happily ever after
So tell me your desires
I’ll make your dreams come true
A life of happiness
Princess, I’ll share with you
Please be my Princess
And your Prince I will be
Together we can live
Our own Disney story

Kingdom of Make-believe
Read my book at work: “The Ordinary Princess”
by M.M. Kaye – the best combination of fairy tales
“The Ugly Duckling” and “Cinderella”- that’s
ever been – or ever will be
Six princesses were born as beautiful as the sun,
golden hair, cornflower-eyes, a rosy complexion;
a seventh princess was born and was expected to
have the same beauty – sevenfold
But an old fairy, Crustacea, invited to her christening
promptly declared the princess would be ordinary –
as she grew up, her many gifts – Wit, Health, Charm,
Courage and Cheerfulness
Were all missed in her being plain. When the King
decreed a Dragon would lay waste to the land until a
courageous Prince would slay the Dragon and thus win
the princess’ hand
She could not abide such childishness, being plain
she enjoyed life so much more than her beautiful
sisters - they had to be careful never to spoil their
lovely complexions
The Ordinary Princess had mouse-coloured hair and
freckles – when she was to be locked up in a tower
she ran away to the forest and started work as a
kitchen-maid in another kingdom
She befriended some kind of page – the King in
Disguise – and they fell in love; she was unmasked
by her old nurse - he by the Lord Chamberlain;
they decided on a royal wedding
Both hating princesses and boring princes who
never learnt to enjoy life, they ran off to the forest;
each other’s identity still a mystery; they
recognised the same noble stuff
In each other before they knew their identities, he
was make-believe angry at her deceit when she was
unmasked; she also make-believe angry at him
when he was recognised –
I’m sorry to admit; I read at work, my eyes went out
of focus, my mind all confused; I could not continue
to do what was expected – some boring routine,
because I was no longer there
Being on the Planet of Fairy Tales – a special place that
I can’t transcend, it makes me too happy and joyous
so I forsake reality and dream in the Kingdom
of Make-believe…

She's got me in her hands and there's no use in pretending

Realities and Illusions...
far pastures are always
greener
the sea out there beyond
this horizon is
deep blue
in our deserts
there is a show of mirages
floating princesses
hazy kingdoms
air fantasies
others are so realistic
and perhaps luckier
they always love what is here
and care for
the now
the distance is an illusion
beyond us is
a rarefaction
light bends and begins
to lie...

But Let Me Talk Now About The Sunflower Queen
at first i contemplate about the
sunflower as a princess
but it will not do her justice
because she is the queen
of the sun,
she rules the fields of green
and blue
and red too, these sunsets and
even sunrises
playing well
tagging her along
to paths of joys
& sorrows
she stands flower high
to the clouds
to storms and tempests
she yields
like any flower
still queenly to her bowing
only to rise again
with her seeds
yes, her many princesses
by her side
wilted yellowed petals
and withered
stalk
some soft winds
sad
some drops of rain still about to fall

For All Princesses
Of being a fairytale princess; every little girl has dreams
So real to them, it all really seems
By her mean stepmother, Cinderella was made to work so hard every day
Her fairy godmother helped her out in the best possible way
She met her handsome prince charming at the ball
Losing her glass slipper; on the ladies of the land; he had to call
Everyone of them tried it on their foot
She became a princess without her soot
Snow White cleaned the house for the seven dwarfs in the wood
The wicked queen tried the poison apple trick to kill her; if she could
Into a deep sleep Snow White drifted
From her side the loyal little men; never shifted
Along came her prince; with a kiss awakened her
Living happily ever after; they all were
To prick her finger on a spinning wheel, an evil fairy made
Princess Aurora for one hundred years; asleep, stayed
To break the spell; a good fairy tried
After a great length of time; her prince was by her side
He had broken through the tanglement of branches; that did surround
The castle everywhere
Then he saw sleeping beauty lying there
A princess in a long white gown
On his knee and bending down
Her lips with his; the prince did touch softly
He stepped back; awake, was she
Rejoicement went throughout the land
The prince and princess together did stand
All these fairytale princesses had so many trials to go through
Before their wishes came true
Even the princess who on a mountain of mattresses had to sleep
Her awake all night, this did keep
She proved that she was a princess with a delicate skin; absolutely
As under all the heap of foam was a little pea
My daughter Sarah is a princess to me
That's how it will always be

Green lights on broadway
All the magic seems to say
Come and ride with me baby you know
Its got to be the greatest show on broadway
Out here on the streets they say
You can see your life in one day
I long I long I long I long I long to hear every single street singer
Oh what a mood that feeling brings
You can capture life in a jar
Chances are that youll find out on broadway
Who you really are
Sitting in a lonely room
Staring through the evening gloom
Shell never make the grade on broadway
Shell never spend exciting nights
Surrounded by a maze of lights
And stars that line the streets on broadway
Broadway
When the neon lights are shining bright
She knows shes going to make it someday
Broadway
You can hear the music of the night
She knows that she will
Broadway
When the neon lights are shining bright
Oh I know shes going to make it some day
Broadway
You can hear the music of the night
I know that she will
I said
Broadway
Oh how I love you how I love you
Broadway
How I love you how I love you
Broadway
Its your show I know I know
But chances are youll find out on broadway
Who you really are

Ballad of Earl Haldan's Daughter
It was Earl Haldan's daughter,
She looked across the sea;
She looked across the water;
And long and loud laughed she:
'The locks of six princesses
Must be my marriage fee,
So hey bonny boat, and ho bonny boat!
Who comes a wooing me?'
It was Earl Haldan's daughter,
She walked along the sand;
When she was aware of a knight so fair,
Came sailing to the land.
His sails were all of velvet,
His mast of beaten gold,
And 'Hey bonny boat, and ho bonny boat!
Who saileth here so bold?'
'The locks of five princesses
I won beyond the sea;
I clipt their golden tresses,
To fringe a cloak for thee.
One handful yet is wanting,
But one of all the tale;
So hey bonny boat, and ho bonny boat!
Furl up thy velvet sail!'
He leapt into the water,
That rover young and bold;
He gript Earl Haldan's daughter,
He clipt her locks of gold:
'Go weep, go weep, proud maiden,
The tale is full to-day.
Now hey bonny boat, and ho bonny boat!
Sail Westward ho! away!'

Misology
Misogamy splintered,
Keeping mysogynist split.
Those with thoughts of misology
Can be said are those who benefit!
They are not commited to marriage,
Or what that union means.
Men today aren't what they were.
Neither are today's women dainty princesses...
Nor are they stay at home queens.
Turning our world upside down it seems.
Men hating women.
And women looking for good men!
Even though there are issues between them...
They still produce abandoned children!
And they become...
Misogamy splintered,
Keeping mysogynist split.
Those with thoughts of misology...
A group that's shunned.
Turning our world upside down,
For their own self worth...
In upheavaled destruction!
Creating debate,
That solicits hatred.
Spinning with cyclicity...
Misunderstandings that take place!
Revolving unsolved we are,
Misogamy splintered,
Keeping mysogynist split.
And they are raised like them...
Searching to find a reason behind
Why their minds are constantly venting,
With fresh venom!

Christine Irene
(robin wilson, jesse valenzuela)
Well Im a little too ripe to be actin like this
Like some young guy barely got his first kiss
From my first baby steps to my last cigarette
Every single little thing was leading to this
Christine irene
Pretty as a girl on a magazine
Christine irene
My christine irene
Youve been around too long to react so coy
Like Im something that youd best avoid
Like a first date kiss from an anxious guy
Knowing that hes got a little more in mind
Christine irene
Pretty as a girl on a magazine
Christine irene
My christine irene
We can last til dawn if the moon stays bright
And hang our secret on its last light
From a first date kiss that could not hide
We both wanted something more tonight
Christine irene
Pretty as a girl on a magazine
Christine irene
My christine irene
Christine irene
Prettiest girl as Ive ever seen
Christine irene
My christine irene
