Politely Ignored Sensitive Issues
topics dangerous not boring
topics taboo change with time
topics modern 9/11 heated
topics old simmer fade off agenda
or erupt renew in hybrid forms
opinions are often cheque banked on
thus once also was the issue of slavery
some gained wealth through the chains
brutality inflicted upon unfortunate others
most politely ignored a sensitive issue
safety sitting upon their neutral fence
while a few enlightened minds risked
all in dreams of freedom
believing slavery to be wrong
prepared to pay freedom
financial blood or life cost.
The issues change faces
the risks still impale

Falling back *song
* i got bored and decided to write a song and then i thought a song is basically a poem. so i chucked it up here for you all to read. sorry if its crap :) *
Its a few months later now
im still thinking how
could anything be so unreal
im fighting stronger still
trying to cross that hill
but i know i still cant do it
cause running back could be so difficult
but running forward is where i seem to hault
and i know that i just wanna get on with life
but how can i do that that with you left behind
it seems that the harder i am and the more i try
i cant do any better cause im not right
anymore
secret feelings keep on tumbling down
im lying it all away with this upside frown
and im trying to throw it out
trying to get it all back
but i still find myself crossing out all i've done
falling back onto my sore face to where i begun
cause running back could be so difficult

Subjectively speaking,
And with a hint of objectivity...
I can only direct my comments,
To those topics I have selected to know.
In a way that makes my conditional philosophy,
One that is compliant...

Help Yourself To Happiness
Everybody, everywhere seeks happiness its true
But finding it and keeping it seems difficult to do
Difficult because we think that happiness is only found in places where fame and wealth abound
And so we go on searching in phases of pleasure
Seeking recognition and monetary treasure
While being so unaware that happiness is just a state of mind within the reach of everyone who takes time to be kind
For in making others happy we will be happy too
Because the happiness that you give away always returns to shine on you

So Much Insult And Pain
SO MUCH INSULT AND PAIN
So much insult and pain-
So much we all have to bear -
Life is not easy for any of us.
Yet we go on
Finding in our small pleasures
In acts of kindness,

What was difficult?
A decision made to be me.
A decision to leave,

Who did not grasp,

Confusion writhes around our hearts impatiently
It drains the faith that lights the dark and sets us free

Same Place, Same Song...
because the song is played
you have no choice but to remember it
at first you say it is just a song
and you are a man
the song goes on and on
and beneath the song is a big river wanting to end its life joyfully
into the sea
because you are alone
and you have no one to cling to
you follow the river
and the flow goes on and on and on
and then you drown yourself inside that big river
now you have chosen the song
and it has become another part in you
it settles in your heart
and then you pay the bill, do not finish your beer and you go away
to have a dose of fresh air
same boulevard, same walk, but now at a different time
because this place has become
