I was stuck at home in bed with me and got more and more involved with the Internet. I used it to keep in contact with friends and to make sure I was up to date with everything that was going on in the world.

Internet Terrorists
The internet is a lovely place,
with it you can make friends
all over the world.
You can travel with it to countries
you will never be able to see,
talk to their people,
and even make new friends there.
Like with everything,
there is good and bad.
You get a few who want to spoil it
for all the rest.
They call themselves jokers and such.
I call them internet terrorists.
They come in different guises,
spammers, and pornographers to name but two,
but the worst of the bunch
is the virus constructors.
We’ve all been hit,
maybe even more than once
by these terrorists of the internet,
and as each day passes
a new virus is produced
somewhere by there internet terrorist,
who just want to ruin every bodies lives,
and take away their enjoyment.
Why I am writing this,
my computer was stuck today
by one of these insane lunatic
and their silly games.
It is no fun waiting hours on end
for the anti-virus protection
to sort the problem out,
given to you by some faceless lout
called an internet terrorist.

Be on your guard.
I do not think there'll ever be
A system that can guarantee
Absolute security.
Of data on the internet
Although it is certain bet.
This statement is bound to upset.
The expert firms prepared to claim
They have succeeded in their aim.
There's other players in the game.
Hackers working tirelessly
are sure in time to find the key
And intrude on our privacy.
Their motivations various.
Not of all of them nefarious
Some few are. merely curious
They have the capability
To circumvent security
And they intend to definitely
If you are wise then you will vet
All contacts on the internet
Cross checking is your safest bet.
Maintaining your security
Is your responsibility.
So when you check, check thoroughly.
Don't trust new friends too easily.
Don't share too much too readily.
Take security seriously.
I cannot tell you what to do
For in the end it's up to you.
To make quite sure their words are true..
Your long term friends can verify.
Your would be friends identity.
Reducing your uncertainty.
If they aren't known to your old friends.
You have to doubt what they intend.
so bring all contact to an end.
Better to be safe than sorry.
They may be hunters seeking quarry.
Close them down and do not worry.
They will quickly realise
That you do not believe their lies.
Which will not take them by surprise.
They try again with someone new.
Who is not quite as wise as you.
Some wide eyed trusting ingénue.
Who will accept them as friend.
Not realising they intend.
It is her cash they mean to spend.
But you are safe you've closed the door.
You're not the fool they took you for
You won't be bothered any more.
They search the net for easy prey
And find one almost every day.
They make certain that crime will pay.

Being stuck is a position few of us like. We want something new but cannot let go of the old - old ideas, beliefs, habits, even thoughts. We are out of contact with our own genius. Sometimes we know we are stuck; sometimes we don't. In both cases we have to DO something.

Spirit
Test your spirit.
See where it takes you.
Give it wings.
Then see where it flew.
It can cover much ground
to all those around
that come into contact with you.
Give your spirit
the chance it needs
to elevate the world
and plant the seeds
of kindness to all that have hit a wall
and now have made contact with you.
Watch your spirit
grow on its own
as it shines its brilliance
on those in pain
or those who remain
without a light
until they make contact with you.
For your spirit transcends
and makes amends
to all inequities on earth,
to all who have forgotten about
their own self-worth
and need a reminder
as they come into contact with you.

The Men Who Stuck To Me
They were men of many nations, they were men of many stations,
They were men in many places, and of high and low degree;
Men of many types and faces, but, alike in all the races,
They were men I met in trouble, and the men who stuck to me.
Some were friends, but most were strangers; some were weary world-wide rangers;
Some in freedom were in prison, and in prison some were free,
Oh, I have a vivid vision of the men I met in prison—
In the craving for tobacco they were men who stuck to me.
Some I never met and never knew their great but vain endeavour,
For my sake! And some were old mates whom I never more may see;
Never heard me, some I talked with; never saw me, some I walked with;
Blind and deaf, and dumb and foreign were the men who stuck to me.
“Yes, I’ll stick!” the words most human, be the trouble man or woman;
Stick with money or without it, and whoever you may be;
Right or wrong—in drink or sadness—“stick” in sanity or madness—
Such as these, the men I stuck to, and the men who stuck to me.
Ah! we see not in our blindness that the world is full of kindness,
Kindness to make full atonement for all evil that there be;
Oh! my life was deadly fateful, but my heart was always grateful,
And I send this song at Christmas to the men who stuck to me.

Calling Occupants Of Interplanetary Craft
In your mind you have capacities you know
To telepath messages through the vast unknown
Please close your eyes and concentrate
With every thought you think
Upon the recitation were about to sing
(*) calling occupants of interplanetary craft
Calling occupants of interplanetary most extraordinary craft
Repeat (*)
Youve been observing our earth
And wed like to make a contact with you
We are your friends
Calling occupants of interplanetary craft
Calling occupants of interplanetary ultra-emissaries
Weve been observing your earth
And one night well make a contact with you
We are your friends
Calling occupants of interplanetary quite extraordinary craft
And please come on peace, we beseech you
Only a landing will teach them
Our earth may never survive
So do come, we beg you
Please interstellar policeman
Oh, wont you give us a sign
Give us a sign that weve reached you
With your mind you have ability to form
And transmit thought energy far beyond the norm
You close your eyes, you concentrate
Together thats the way
To send the message
We declare world contact day
Repeat (*) twice
We are your friends

In an effort to provide my constituents with information on how they can make contributions to a number of relief and humanitarian organizations, I have posted a short list of these groups and contact numbers on my Internet website.
Go Home
Her parents said, girl dont leave home
But her heart kept cheering her on
She had a real good man, steady job
But the two of them just werent in her heart
She only wanted to be close to me
To give me the love she knew someday Id need
But I kept saying girl youre wrong, go home
Long days, short nights when youre on the road
For a pretty girl its a heavy load
And even so wholl pay your fare
She said Ill make it on a wing and a prayer
She only wanted to be close to me
To give me the love she knew someday Id need
But I kept saying girl youre wrong, go home
She said Ive on right to tell her how life should be
Especially when the only one she ever cared about in life was me
But she agreed to go along with my final word
As fate would have life come around
My world started tumbling down
I lost my family, my friends and job
And set free the only one who stuck with me from the start
She only wanted to be close to me
To give me the love she knew someday Id need
But I kept saying girl youre wrong, go home
She said Ive on right to tell her how life should be
Especially when the only one she ever cared about in life was me
But she agreed to go along with my final word, my final word
As fate would have life come around
My world started tumbling down
I lost my family, my friends and job
And set free the only one who stuck with me from the start
She only wanted to be close to me
To give me the love she knew someday Id need
But I kept saying girl youre wrong, go home
She only wanted to be close to me
To give me the love she knew someday Id need
But I kept saying girl youre wrong, go home
Go home baby, you better go home right now
Go home, little girl you better go home
(repeat)

SONNET: By way of the 'SAT
Oh what a marvel, world has found today?
The INTERNET has brought all people close;
One can connect anyone in some way;
Mankind had gained and no one had to lose!
A stranded man in desert can contact,
A person of his choice and get his aid;
Rescue a man from anywhere's, a fact;
One can buy or sell or trade or be paid.
The world communicates through Satellite;
One can send any data in this way;
The Cell-phone is becoming rather light;
The world has turned the night a part of day!
The world can watch a war while being fought!
Like every invention, 'tis danger fraught.

Stuck
I am dcf committed and stuck.
I don't what to do i am stuck.
I am alone in home with strangers.
I am unaware of any upcomming dangers.
I don't have a family to rely on.
I can only trust my mom.
I have been spit on and put down so many times.
I had swollen eyes from all the times i cried.
I am somewhere I don't want be.
I don't want people feeling sorry for me.
I am struggling to make it through.
I think of all the things I wish I could do.
I wish I could let people hear my voice.
Cause when I sing its an extraordinary and beautiful noise.
I wish I could meet my idol Gerard Arthur Way.
I know its bound to happen someday.
I am stuck wondering why.
why my father died.
I know people have it worst than me.
Thats why i try to be happy.
I am stuck and don't what to do.
I am stuck how about you.

Come Home
COME HOME (WONDER YEARS)
performed by: Debbie Gibson
written by : Deborah Gibson
Well that phone doesn't ring when you want it to
And it isn't your dream on the line
It's just dad telling mom to have dinner without him
'Cause he won't be coming home on time
Well there's always that dance to escape to
But that doesn't always work out
You don't have a date; you're not going alone
Isn't it nice to know you can still come home?
Well you don't have too many friends to speak of
But a best one is all that you need - oh
Growing up so strong but you're not made of stone
Isn't it nice to come home?
In the real world you're not always welcome
And love's not forgive and forget
It's a cruel world without understanding
And little one it's not over yet
Well you never can trust a strange
So he may as well give up his fight - oh
Your best friend's waiting in the living room
So go on and kiss them good night

Disgust - Undisguised
Confined in office and home is fine
as long as I can do things I like -
surfing the Internet
But when rejection and isolation is
my daily fare, when my offerings
are met with a cold glare
My resolve weakens and my mind
disintegrates under the assault of
frozen disgust - undisguised
Attempts to destroy my spirit make
it almost impossible to breathe, yet
somehow I am not dead yet
What keeps me alive in a world all
hostile which imprisons me in a
chair all day long - where
physical symptoms make escape
impossible while access to my
dad is unattainable?
I accept responsibility for all these,
believing in freedom, all brought
about by my choices
Though why I chose to be ill, stuck in
the quagmire of mental sluggishness,
is beyond explanation
Admitting guilt lessens the burden and
makes me determined to learn how to
love unconditionally

Stuck With You
Weve had some fun, and yes weve had our ups and downs
Been down that rocky road, but here we are, still around
We thought about someone else, but neither one took the bait
We thought about breaking up, but now we know its much too late
We are bound by all the rest
Like the same phone number
All the same friends
And the same address
Yes, its true, (yes its true) I am happy to be stuck with you
Yes, its true, (yes its true) Im so happy to be stuck with you
cause I can see, (I can see) that youre happy to be stuck with me
Weve had our doubts, we never took them seriously
And weve had our ins and outs, but thats the way its supposed to be
We thought about giving up, but we could never stay away
Thought about breaking up, but now we know its much too late
And its no great mystery
If we change our minds
Eventually, its back to you and me
Yes, its true, (yes its true) I am happy to be stuck with you
Yes, its true, (yes its true) Im so happy to be stuck with you
cause I can see, (I can see) that youre happy to be stuck with me
We are bound by all the rest
Like the same phone number
All the same friends
And the same address
Yes, its true, (yes its true) I am happy to be stuck with you
Yes, its true, (yes its true) Im so happy to be stuck with you
cause I can see, (I can see) that youre happy to be stuck with me
(yes its true) Im so happy to be stuck with you
Im happy to be stuck with you
Happy to be stuck with you.

Contact
The tires are the things on your car
That make contact with the road
The car is the thing on the road
That takes you back to your abode
The tires are the things on your car
That make contact with the road
Bummed is what you are
When you go out to your car and its been towed
I woke up one morning in november
And I realized I love you
Its not your headlights in front
Your tailpipe, or the skylight above you
Its the way you cling to the road
When the wind tries to shove you
Id never go riding away
And come back home without you
