Aparna
Healthy and strong,
Something in the black polythene moved!
And i want ot inform you about it.
Life is like the separation of the placenta and,
You have to look before you jump over this lake;
For i am your true lover on this side of the lake.
Aparna, your message is straight to my heart;
And, i will be very strong and healthy for you always.

Coughs seem very common here, especially among the children, though people look strong and healthy, but in the absence of proper statistics one cannot undertake to say whether the district is a healthy one or not.

A Famous Man
he was observing from the
upper part of his terrace
an old woman down the street
eating a ripe mango
without slicing them
using her bare hands
peeling it and sucking
the pulp
savoring every sap
she is enjoying it
she is enjoying it
she is enjoying it
that is what he says
he writes, she is enjoying it
and yet he is so famous
in this city
munching what fame is
there
tailored for him

If kids come to educators and teachers from strong, healthy functioning families, it makes our job easier. If they do not come to us from strong, healthy, functioning families, it makes our job more important.

Be healthy
You should eat healthy
and be healthy.
Instead of having juice,
have fruits.
Instead of having junk,
have some green fun.
So, stay healthy
by eating green
and advise others also the same green fun
you should eat healthy
and be healthy! ! !

A Night With You
When I Pick you up, I tell myself I am going to enjoy this night with you,
When we Sit across from each other at dinner, I tell myself I'm enjoying this night with you,
When you hold my hand and we sit and talk, I tell myself I'm enjoying this night with you,
When you are out there on the dance floor I'm watching you move so elegant and sexy, I tell myself I'm enjoying this night with you,
When I come up behind you and turn you around, you look at me with them passion blue eyes, I tell myself I'm enjoying this night with you,
When you kiss me so softly with your sexy silky lip, I tell myself I'm enjoying this night with you,
When it time to take you home I tell myself I'm enjoying this night with you,
When you kiss me good night and I watch you walk away, I tell myself I'm enjoying this night with you,
When I driving home I think to myself, how I enjoy my night with you,
When I laying in bed, wishing that I can enjoy the rest of my night with you,
When I woke up in the morning I realize what just happen, that I just enjoy the most wonderful night with you.

To Look As Healthy As They Can
Everything makes a difference,
When a face is placed on it.
Especially for the racists,
Who bar-b-que themselves...
To cook their skins under the Sun,
Getting dark in blistering heat...
To look as 'healthy' as they can with a tan.
While enjoying 'their' freedom being 'Negroes'.

Healthy people are those who live in healthy homes on a healthy diet; in an environment equally fit for birth, growth work, healing, and dying... Healthy people need no bureaucratic interference to mate, give birth, share the human condition and die.

I'm not qualified to do anything else. So there better be another job. I'm kind of stuck now. I'm enjoying my life and I'm enjoying my work, and I'm enjoying the fact that the work I'm doing is garnering some interest and that's great. I just hope that it continues.

My Canadian Chronicles 19
Sitting in the sunshine
enjoying the silence of the day.
Relaxing, as all my worries
seem a million miles away.
I don’t want reality to ever kick in
as I sit enjoying the sunshine
on a peaceful summer’s day.
I am enjoying all nature’s natural sounds
like the birds chirping in the trees.
Enjoying summers stance
as the smell of new mowed grass
perfumes the summer day.
It is just like heaven
relaxing on a summer’s day.

Keeping The Hundred Healthy Bulls
in keeping a hundred healthy bulls
inside my chest
i keep my fences high and strong
but for how long?
the hundred healthy bulls
are kicking their hoofs
and hungrily breathing and dreaming
and soon
will be running
for how long?

Ponderings
Life not as grand
as you thought it would be.
This common feeling
has come over me.
Those dreams and desires
that dwelt in my head,
long years of reality
has left them all dead.
My parents did tell me (and I believed)
'you can be anything you want to be'
Now many years later
I have come to know,
though much is promised
tis not always so.
And anything, anything I want to be
is not always the thing
that is needed from me.
Though struggle and pain
makes you stronger they say,
I tire of struggling everyday.
I'm 'strong as an ox'
but still I don't know
which dream to pursue
and which to let go.
All I am seeking
is peace and a bed
and some time to ponder these
thoughts in my head.
As I grow older
my hair turns to snow
and I grow wiser, for one thing I know,
no matter the pressures,
what I want to be
is a healthy old lady
enjoying my tea.

Cell Speaks
In singles or groups we
Always existed,
You made us,
So that
We make you,
Fifty trillions of us
Live inside you in communion,
We survive because
We love one another;
The strong empower the weak -
All is powerful,
The healthy heal the sick -
All is healthy,
Yet,
We are commanded by
Your thoughts, feelings and emotions,
So,
Send us love -
Send us kindness -
Send us compassion,
We -
Send you life.

How Is Life Treating You?
Some one asked...
'How is life treating you? '
I thought about that,
And couldn't help but feel blessed...
Grateful with a thankfulness
My mind and body are both intact
And healthy!
So I replied...
'I am treating life with my best efforts!
And we are both enjoying each other's company!
That's the way I see it!
How is life treating you? '
