I want to state upfront, unequivocally and without doubt: I do not believe that any racial, ethnic or gender group has an advantage in sound judging. I do believe that every person has an equal opportunity to be a good and wise judge, regardless of their background or life experiences.

A Satease Poem
These Sirene's, These things, These fene's!
keep Appearing when, I see them! then! they!
turn into hymns of horrible scenes! right away!
As I describe below, for ever more, I do emplore!
These sirene's these things, these fene's!
in their horrible scenes! of racial discrimination against
people of color and women.
Where public agencies and schools to use loose Goals
of timetables to! address racial in gender disparities
As humans we all need equal opportunity!
Measures to allow race and gender to be considered
for decisions on promotion better agencies on hiring!
promotion, public schools enrollment! and to reverse
discrimination and affirmative action programs to ensure
a fair criteria for all human applicants!
Available jobs to be advertised for Both men and women!
We need afffirmative action to create a level playing field!
And no more some may not receive the advantage they've
had use to having!
And no racial discrimination and preference have no priviledge
remedy for discrimination never more, no never, for ever,
ever more! I'll emplore! Enough stuff from these sirene's
these things, these fene's,
from their horrible scene's!

I will be in comfort and others in peace
Down under and deep inside me
There sits a judge with a hammer
Beside a big old wooden table
With a eye-folded statue and a
Tossing balance
No one around,
No attendant or clerk in front
Only the accused
In the stand meant
No witness, nor arguments
No lawyer for or against the accused
No mention of sections or provisions
Of any law or regulation
And the judge is ever ready for judging
And comes out to declare that
This is good and that is bad
Which law school he is from
In which law he is a specialist
I know not a thing,
But he is always judging
And makes me act on his judgments
Normally we address
“The learned judge”
I know how “learned”
The person judging
Sitting down under deep inside me
Most of his judgments and
Subsequent acts of mine
Made me regret
And put others in discomfort
I have a request to
My inside judge
“Oh, Noble but lowly learned judge
How nice will it be
If you stop judging'
I will be in comfort and
Others in peace

To Address The Transgender
‘He' is for third person male gender.
‘She' is for third person female gender.
‘It' is the third person neutral gender.
What is for third person transgender?
Is that person Sir or Madam?
Is that person Mr., Mrs., or Miss.?

Opportunity
Opportunity, it is said,
knocks but once.
Opportunity, sometimes
knocks a few times.
The gospel truth is,
Opportunity's frequency is erratic.
Opportunity is a windfall,
in true truth a one-off affair.
This explicitly explains why
To the wise the plausible option,
is to grab the first opportunity.
Striking when iron is hot
Sparing oneself the guilt
Of not grasping an opportunity,
When it itself, presents.
Opportunity to the fool,
knocks when requested.
It is there to be clasped,
when really required.
No doubt missed opportunity,
is the facet of a fool.
Be wise, act rationally
Be guided by the reasoning
The time- tested saying
‘opportunity, knocks but once'.

Up Front (feat. Debra Bird)
By Barry Manilow and Bruce Sussman
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Things were very quiet, back there
You really oughtta try it, back there
But when you think youve had enough
Its come the time to pack your stuff and go
I know
I know Im goin upfront, out in front
Leavin everyone behind, got to see what I can find
Upfront
Upfront, out in front, I was always meant to be
There for all the world to see
Upfront
Nothin but beginners, back there
They never heard of winners, back there
They laughed at all my crazy schemes
They told me to forget my dreams and stay
No way
The way to go is upfront, out in front
Leavin everyone behind, got to see what I can find
Upfront
Upfront, out in front, I was always meant to be
There for all the world to see
Where the livin is high
And the lovin is free and easy
Every star in the sky is shinin for me, for me
Upfront, out in front,
Leavin everyone behind, got to see what I can find upfront
Upfront, out in front, I was always meant to be
There for all the world to see

Refuse!
i refuse
to accept the lie
anymore!
i know, beyond a doubt,
that all people are equal,
regardless of color, gender,
religion, financial status, or
political beliefs!
i refuse to believe
that i am all right,
when someone else
is hungry, homeless, or hurting.
i refuse to believe
that i am not responsible,
for i am most responsible
when i turn away!
i refuse to believe
that one person's success
can come at the expense of another!
i refuse to settle!
i choose life, and life means living...
involved!

Meets The Eye
You have all known me from what I have written
But know I am different
I have learned to live life a different way
To see life in a different perspective
When I was in that hospital
I saw so many people come and go
For so many different reasons
When I first went in
I was scared and didn’t know
What was going to happen
But now I know that life is worth living
There is more to life that meets the eye
You have to look at life more carefully
Its like judging people
You shouldn’t judge a person by their looks
You need to get to know them
Life is just like that
You can’t judge life
Because if you do
Then life is going to be very rocky
Just like mine is right know
But I am trying to get through it
When I first started writing
I wrote deep and dark
I wrote about death and hurting myself
I still do here and there but I am trying to move on
And write about things that I am looking forward to
So I am moving on into a better life
A life I have never had before
A life where I can control what I do
And actually be happy
But its going to take time
So I am going to take it day by day
And see where life is going to take me

You will surely die!
Opportunity what is that?
Is it bad or good?
Is a relationship with another
Person an opportunity to grow or to die...
As in I wish I were dead.
A woman is indeed a rare, rare opportunity
And if you ever get the chance to meet such
An opportunity...
And mistreat her, you will surely die.
A woman is the cradle of life...
She is a pandora box...
She is also a fox.
A woman is awake up smile
A mother to a child
A doctor or lawyer when she need be...
She was created for the world and me.
So an opportunity to be in the company of woman is rare.
God created such perfection there...emotional perfection.
Woman is an opportunity of good will...
Still.

All men have an equal right to the free development of their faculties; they have an equal right to the impartial protection of the state; but it is not true, it is against all the laws of reason and equity, it is against the eternal nature of things, that the indolent man and the laborious man, the spendthrift and the economist, the imprudent and the wise, should obtain and enjoy an equal amount of goods.

Against Amendment One!
equality...
should never be defined
by personal moral values.
equal means equal.
each person's values are different.
we are not qualified to judge!
every person...
has the right to love,
and to be loved.
has the right to happiness.
we cannot define love by fear,
cannot define justice by ignorance.
if we were all meant to be just alike,
we would be clones.
we are not!
the beauty of life
is in our diversity.
whether you are gay, straight,
or bi...(i hate labels) ,
you are human...
i wish for you love,
peace, respect, and happiness.
i vote against amendment one,
and for humanity!

Racism: A Brief Analasis
What is racism?
Is it one person's way of calling himself better?
Is it humans putting each other down simply because how they were born?
What is racism?
Is it a group claiming rights to life?
Is it making someone into a Jerusalem thorn?
'What is racism? '
Many have asked such a thing.
It is stubborn souls judging taste by the color of the corn.
