Dorothy is the only woman in history who has had her menopause in public and made it pay.

To be longed for and to long
Why must a woman flaunt her beauty,
Even after having secured her mate
If at all that was her strategy,
And why must she still pursue it
Though not at all to procure one,
And carry it past menopause
When her cyclic urge settles down?
Why must a man long for a woman,
Even after having hooked his mate
If at all that was his acumen,
And why must he still sustain it
Though not at all to replace the one,
And carry it past his menopause
When he is rendered as a straw?
Being longed for is her pleasure;
Longing for woman is his pleasure.

Advantage of age
A menopause past man can woo a lass.
A menopause past woman can woo a lad
Their age guard them from suspicion.
The lass and the lad get a safe outlet.

The Menopause
The menopause arrives with out warning
Childbearing days over as day is dawning
Hot flushes, tears sheer unease
HRT patches work for me please
Irritable angry one moment, next so sad
Feel good as you wake up Go to bed sad
From teenage years nothing helps you prepare
For the menopause years its not bloody fare
No more pregnancies the body a barren room
The menopause came with no warning too soon
It arrives over night, gets you while you sleep
You can’t control your emotions weep girls weep
Old women say it gets worse before it gets better
A toast to the Menopause a real life up setter

Mom No Exception
Good women after menopause
Are so jealous, I say.
I have seen mom-in-law getting
Upset, and covering up
With put-on laughter,
When her husband talked a bit more
To his own daughter-in-law
In the drawing-room.
I never thought Mom was like that -
Shocked I was to hear in Chennai
From Seline and Rajiv separately
That she made hell for Dad in sixties
Because young women in church
Circled him for counseling.
Eldest, and away in Maharashtra,
I didn’t know: Mom is dead 17 years now.
When man reaches
The age beyond bedventure,
The woman becomes
Taut and tense, seeing
Him with younger women.
And of course denies being jealous.
That her man is old.…
Does it make her suspect
He is doing other things freely?
Whatever that may be
Good women after menopause
Are very jealous.

The real beauty
Till your puberty, you have a face
You are born with.
Till marriage, you get a face
You aspire to have.
Till menopause, you have a face
You strive to retain.
Past menopause, you are left with a face
You deserve to carry.
Real beauty is one past menopause too.

Do Men Menopause?
All women do menopause
But do all men menopause?
When I write and take a pause.
Lowered hormones are the cause.
Women's condition menopause.
Men's condition Andropause.
Aging women, no go
Aging men though low,
on hormones, it's still go.
So, the answer is Yes and No.
An audience is going to be able to find a little bit of Dorothy in themselves and relate to this woman.: roles like Dorothy Day are so rare in Hollywood.

Dorothy Parker
Dorothy Parker [Controversy Music, ASCAP - 1987]
--------------
Dorothy was a waitress on the promenade
She worked the night shift
Dishwater blonde, tall and fine
She got a lot of tips
Well, earlier I'd been talkin' stuff
In a violent room
Fighting with lovers past
I needed someone with a quicker wit than mine
Dorothy was fast
Well, I ordered - "Yeah, let me get a fruit cocktail, I ain't 2 hungry"
Dorothy laughed
She said "Sounds like a real man 2 me"
Kinda cute, U wanna take a bath?
(do you wanna, do you wanna, bath)
I said "Cool, but I'm leaving my pants on" (she say)
"Cuz I'm kind of going with someone"
She said "Sounds like a real man 2 me"
"Mind if I turn on the radio?"
"Oh, my favorite song" she said
And it was Joni singing "Help me I think I'm falling"
(Ring)
The phone rang and she said
"Whoever's calling can't be as cute as U"
Right then I knew I was through
(Dorothy Parker was cool)
My pants where wet, they came off
But she didn't see the movie
Cuz she hadn't read the book first
Instead she pretended she was blind
An affliction brought on by a witch's curse
Dorothy made me laugh (ha ha)
I felt much better so I went back
2 the violent room (tell us what U did)
Let me tell U what I did...
I took another bubble bath with my pants on
All the fighting stopped
Next time I'll do it sooner
This is the ballad of Dorothy Parker

Well
Dorothy Parker, Dorothy Parker
Well

O Woman What Beauty
O woman what beauty I have seen in thee.
Who's beauty and grace delivers but tranquillity.
What face at birth could deliver such joy.
And through the years does most kind I employ.
God made man in his image, but woman he made in his dreams.
Though with woman, man still lives in Eden it would seem.
For woman are natural mothers, beautiful fruit to behold,
if it were not for a woman a man's history would not be told.
So through all of life's stages from young, middle aged, and old;
as a man I say O woman what beauty I see in thee, so forever,
may it unfold.

Dorothy, My Darling
Dorothy, My darling, is the love of my life
My lover, my sweetheart and my wonderful wife
For fifty years my love has blossomed and grown
And she's the most wonderful woman I have known.
There will never be another woman for me
For no one else can compare with my Dorothy
My soul mate and girlfriend throughout those many years
Walking with me through times of joy and times of tears.
The Male Menopause
The menopause is changing life.
It brings many women enormous strife.
The shifting change of the ground we stand,
Often feels like a different land.
A time for growth you know t'is true.
A golden opportunity, don't be blue.
Go with the flow, accept the change.
Embrace the difference; don't think it strange.
Look at the positive side of the page.
You are slowly growing into a sage.
An older wiser woman you'll be.
It happens to you and it happens to me.
But lets not forget amidst this shift,
That it also happens to men, catch my drift?
They too go through the whirling change,
Upheavals, distress, and things that seem strange.
For this condition, it too has a name.
Not Menopause, Andropause, the effect is the same.
So let us acknowledge men feel in a muddle,
And as well as our own needs
They too need a cuddle.

Hero Worshiping
A Hero he is no doubt –
His Heroism now showcased
The public now find it safe
To don his cap
And express their solidarity
To don his cap
And do their timely duty!
With us it has always been so
The cause gets soon sugar coated and showcased
The ideals get bartered for the idols
We worship more not duties but deities
Thus pitiably
Not much good History
But a lot of History-Makers get made!

The History Teacher
Woman!
Where exactly
Did you put me
In the women's history?
Am I History?
Or a part of it?
And for how long you are lacking me in;
Between
Your History,
Women's History, and
Your archives?
Does time make sense to you
As a History teacher or
As a History professor?
Cause', History, buying time, and rejuvenation
Are for emperors.
Are you making me
An emperor?
Or a Faeroe?
If so,
How precise your are?
And if you can't feel my present presence
how possibility could you feel me through your archives?

Can Viagra? [aduot]
Thought of a woman
Or her vision in brain
Is prerequisite to man
For erection. In its absence,
No Viagra can man him.
Man of menopause
Wants the change of partners
Not the induction of Viagra.

This Woman
There is this woman made for me
this woman craves for me
I love this woman so true
and I know that she loves me too
There is this woman who kisses me
this woman pleases me
I take this woman to be my wife
and I know she wants me for life
There is this woman who dreams about me
This woman makes love to me
When I lay against this woman to sleep
I feel a love towards her so deep
There is this woman who loves me
This woman was made for me
I desire her in every possible way
This woman is my night and day

Cockpit Dance Mixture
Man acting like a farmer,
And hes treating the woman like a poor cow.
He got to treat you better from now.
But man is just a baby,
And hes needing your milk of kindness I vow,
To drink as much as you will allow.
All the way through history,
Man machine, no mystery.
All the way through history,
Girl have the brain to act just like the weaker sex.
Down in the cockpit,
Man need the woman to pull him right out of it.
Down in the cockpit,
Man need the woman to pull him right out of it.
Queen wants the castle back from the rascal
Queen wants the castle
Now!
The girl tribe are growing up,
And filling the world full with a new soul,
To get so far they paid a high toll.
Try not to make,
The same mistakes,
As man has made or youll fall in that hole,
And you will see us changing our role.
Oh! look what is this creature down in that hole?
Some say they were called men.
