We are not educated well enough to perform the necessary act of intelligently selecting our leaders.

We need to teach the highly educated man that it is not a disgrace to fail and that he must analyze every failure to find its cause. He must learn how to fail intelligently, for failing is one of the greatest arts in the world.

Their Mindsets Have Been Fixed Upon Self Reflection
They were told.
They were WARNED!
And they,
Ignored.
But...
The hyprocrites found time to pray.
And prayed they did and some all day,
To have things 'specifically' done their way.
Believing themselves to be left in charge to command.
And across the land,
They popularized their misdeeds.
With an increasing arrogance that kept others oppressed.
Believing themselves to be blessed...
To perform acts of stubbornness,
Instead of selecting to perform acts of correctness.
They were told.
They were WARNED!
And they,
Ignored.
But...
The hyprocrites found time to pray.
And today...
They collect themselves in groups to protest.
Upset by the truth that has come their way.
And today,
Their mindsets have been fixed upon self reflection.
But not a mirror will get them to see,
An overdue need...
To self examine with an honesty they can not face.

For the Sake of Saving Themselves
When a people find justification,
To do what they please...
When.
Where.
And how they get pleased,
Repeatedly.
Under false pretensions.
Regardless of whose blood bleeds.
Retribution is sought.
And none of that is mentioned,
Nor acknowledged.
To intelligently seek...
Alternatives as a means,
For an intervention!
Is encouraged by goes ignored.
And devious intentions continue,
To have it their way!
As if selecting from a menu.
Whatever it is that has them craving.
There are lessons gone untaught.
Or something misunderstood,
That has to be obeyed...
And brought to their attention!
For the sake of saving themselves,
From disgrace or worse...
That may curtail their fates.
Especially during times,
When blatant hate is displayed.
And common sense moves away,
Further from their minds!
To leave them totally isolated...
In an arrogance that depletes,
Those of this kind.
Those like them who are blind.
Those who have cut off,
Their own life lines!

Leadership
Leaders off those gifts surprise someone most
On the day of departure as soon as possible.
The executioner lazily rests his laurels not to be messed,
Not enacting playing of soccer or rugby.
The command when all the decisions are being made
Are followed by the restrictions and laziness.
Ranks of soldiers align our behaviour,
Beautiful electricity some of us,
The separate natures in each area of folly
Are corrected and adjusted.
Leaders perform levels of work, work on the haze,
The mist is connected to the gaze we adjust.

Leaders come in many forms, with many styles and diverse qualities. There are quiet leaders and leaders one can hear in the next county. Some find strength in eloquence, some in judgment, some in courage.

Getting One To Speak Fluent French
You can dress a monkey in a tuxedo
To mingle amongst key guests and their associates.
But getting one to speak fluent French at cocktail parties,
To impress those of social influence
Is almost impossible to negotiate
IF they are not asked to participate in selecting the menu
And choice of hors d'oeuvres served
They can be very tempermental when feeling imposed upon
To perform in atmospheres with too many pretentious people.
Gathering around to be entertained and 'Mais Oui-ed' for kicks
'My next impersonation?
Edith Piaf
La Vie en Rose
In the key of G-flat, please
AND
May I just say this
IF there is going to be any of that fluttering around
As I deliver Edith
I'm leaving
I want that understood
I can not be mesmerizing with all that other stuff competing.'

Sonnet: Big Personalities Get Slain
When Abel was murdered by brother Caine,
A mortal sin got committed- the worst;
And thereafter, men, women have got slain,
The world assassinates good leaders most.
Most countries have their ‘cells’ for this purpose;
Sharp-shooters, spies, sleuths, detectives, agents;
For money’s sake, these gangs perform business;
They kill all men and men of great talents.
And hence, the need to protect big leaders;
Commandos, black-cats, secret police watch!
Un-spared are scientists whose caps have feathers!
What waste of money to kill, plans to hatch!
The higher rungs of life’s-ladder give way
So suddenly; logic of earthly stay!

Kidnap Kidnap Kidnap
Kidnap kidnap kidnap
Everwhere there are kidnaps
Kidnaps kidnaps,
And who is not a kidnapper?
We remain mere spectators
Leaders kidnap the voters
Leaders kidnap the basic needs
of the vilagers country dwellers
Leaders kidnap and kidnap
Leaders are kidnappers.
Maoists kidnap leaders
Maoists kidnap officers
Maoists kidnap foreigners
Maoists kidnaps lawbreakers.
We all are helpless spectators.

Fall Out
Words and music by Stewart Copeland
I never thought of leading
I've got my own machine
And I've paid my dues all along
All set for breaking
When I missed those other people
'Cause I knew that I was really alone
Fall out
Fall out with all the leaders and guys
Fall out
Fall out with all the leaders and guys
I saw my education
It was my indocrination
Just to be another parking machine
All my sense was breaking
When I missed those other people
'Cause I knew that I was not very clean
Fall out
Fall out with all the leaders and guys
Fall out
Fall out with all the leaders and guys
Fall out
Fall out with all the leaders and guys
Fall out
Fall out with all the leaders and guys
Fall out

A Song
He is only a poet
He has no name, no wealth
Just words and words unsaid,
His words and poems unread
And I think he's silly
His stupid ideas who need it?
.
But I think it's unfair
Pastors fly on private jets
Leaders lie to their subjects
Hungry children can't be fed.
Religion had caused a strife
Everyday brothers lose their lives
Bigots should be chained
Agnostics, not insane
Athiests should be educated,
Another God, frabicated.

There Was This Man
and there was this man who
blamed himself for not making good
in his life
fortune seems to be elusive
his home shattered by a quake
lest he expected it
his family vanished in the plague
the dumb makes it on top
the mediocre thrives so well as leaders
and the childish makes it to the throne of greatness
others whom he thinks are lower than him made it to fame
he is good and wise and well educated
surely luck was not on his side
or perhaps he did not pray enough....

What makes a good follower The single most important characteristic may well be a willingness to tell the truth. In a world of growing complexity leaders are increasingly dependent on their subordinates for good information, whether the leaders want to hear it or not. Followers who tell the truth and leaders who listen to it are an unbeatable combination.

Charmless Man
I met him in a crowded room
Where people go to drink away their gloom
He sat me down and so began
The story of a charmless man
Educated the expensive way
He knows his claret from a beaujolais
I think he'd like to have been Ronnie Kray
But then nature didn't make him that way
He thinks his educated airs those family shares
Will protect him

We are not to give credit to the many, who say that none ought to be educated but the free; but rather to the philosophers, who say that the well-educated alone are free.
I just knew that was what I wanted to do. I was going to perform as a singer; I was going to perform as a dancer, and I was, you know, going to do movies and be an actress. I was going to do it or die trying. That's what my life was.
