When it began to grow dark, the Rat, with an air of excitement and mystery, summoned them back into the parlour, stood each of them up alongside of his little heap, and proceeded to dress them up for the coming expedition.

Your Gold Dress
You gold dress is whirling around
Like a fan its lifting you high
High above the ground
Never coming down
You gold dress is burning alight
Deafens me with the sound of the sun
Setting fire to the night
And everythings all right
Vibrations coming my way
When youre floating on by
In your gold dress
Vibrations coming to play
When youre filling the sky
With your gold ... dress
Your gold dress is shaming the stars
A thousand melting dali guitars
Make no sound
And dripping slowly down
Your gold dress is all I can see
Blind my eyes but there it will be
Beacon burning bright
And everythings all right
Your gold dress!

High School
A traveler's blurry vision clears up as the ship gone near the port.
Mist that once engulfed us now spit us out of his territory
Expedition has ended but journey to live never.
These crews were working together in the oceans for approximately 800 days
Plus 104 days of land tours.
They'd change captains 4 times yet pirates keep coming in.
They were unafraid and fight back.
Yet they do not have torpedoes nor cannons but words.
The seas got mad for the disturbance
Wind blew hard and brought a storm
Made huge waves smashing us unto the rocks of an endless shore
Our ship was there, almost destroyed
However these crews with the help of the captain
As we never expected stood up and initiate the ship's
Recovery
Now sailing proudly exclaiming gladly with every island passed through
Yet the points were all filled with X
Every location that should be colonized were colonized
We are heading back to the origin
Every lives of this Crew family should be lived separately
The expedition is over, but we'd nowhere to go
But away to live prosperously
Yet to complete a seafarers life was to go unto the sea
So to live our life completely, indeed for thee
We go another sail with a different rail
To learn how to seek treasure upon
The burning sun and the shores with infinite sand.

Absence of light
Absence of light
is not dark.
And in dark
one cannot see
not true.
Threat is there
death threat is
more there.
In death
no body knows
where to go
And here no
begining no end.
Not getting answer
relating to death
is not mystery.
Mystery is what
we see what we
touch what
we smell.
Mystery is we
all are here
at this time
in this light.
Mystery is
not dark
not death.

He's a lone wolf afterall
Silvered fur
Not giving a pur
Known to many
But doesn't needs nannies
Packless
Fearless
Weaponless
Alone he stood
Not in the dark
Not out the cold
But out in society
Dramas they just keep coming
And there he stood
Watching alone

Truncated
A midnight craft
dumps the moon
on a heap of deceits.
I ask my sap to turn back for truism.
It was a question of spacing
between the bodies
in scapegoats;
coming for slaughter.
A scale measures the depth
of defeats. The hands
were busy in mending the
walls of psychiatric ward.
Have you ever tasted a white
poison, sweet in taste?
When you grow old, you will
look like your father.
The name which was absent
in calendar, was found everywhere.

Fast As A Shark
Fog in the streets
A church clock beats
Midnight - darkness all around
You better beware
You better take care
Be prepared for the shock
The time has come
And he's the one
Who's breathing down your neck
Coming from behind
Now it's your time
A loser will die
Fast as a shark he'll cut out of the dark
He's a killer - he'll rip out your heart
On a one way track and you're not coming back
Because the killer is on the attack
Surprise attack
Coming from the back
An expert of the deadly knack
Just take care
Just beware
Be prepared for the fight
Fast as a shark he'll cut out of the dark
He's a killer - he'll rip out your heart
On a one way track and you're not coming back
Because the killer is on the attack
Watch out - watch out
Fast as a shark he'll cut out of the dark
He's a killer - he'll rip out your heart
On a one way track and you're not coming back
Because the killer is on the attack
Fast as a shark he'll cut out of the dark
He's a killer - he'll rip out your heart
On a one way track and you're not coming back
Because the killer's
Because the killer's
Because the killer's on the attack

Holyanna
Your hairs a mess
You better put on a dress
And get your feet back on the ground
You fix your eyes
For some city guys
Who wouldnt save you if you drowned
You hang on forty-second street
And do your homework in the bar
Saint helen says youre missin school
And Im wondrin where you are
Holyanna
Holyanna
Girl, what you do to me
Holyanna
Holyanna
Girl, youre a blue-eyed mystery
You read your books
Until nobody looks
And then you slip out after dark
You steal my love
Then say youre sorry
And do your penance in the park
You fooled your mother when you skipped ballet
To paint your face for the midnight show
And in the morning you knelt beside your bed
And prayed shed never know
Holyanna
Holyanna
Girl, what you do to me
Holyanna
Holyanna
Girl, youre a blue-eyed mystery
Holyanna
Holyanna
Girl, what you do to me
Holyanna
Holyanna
Girl, youre a blue-eyed mystery

Are You Ever Coming Back
The sun thats shining through the shattered window
Is breaking into colours in the car
Through the heat the dust blows round the pueblo
The sounds of people drift in from afar
Can we really lose everything
On a matter of pride?
Is this really the end of our love?
How am I to decide?
Are you ever coming back?
Are you ever coming back?
Are you ever coming back?
Are you ever coming back?
Another village rises in the distance
To mark the passage to the journeys end
The droning of the engine is existence
Its too far for the mind to comprehend
Can we really lose everything
On a matter of pride?
Is this really the end of our love?
How am I to decide?
Are you ever coming back?
Are you ever coming back?
Are you ever coming back?
Are you ever coming back?

Frightening Lady
Her name was of maturity in the snow,
Excitement, laziness and pride was correct;
And this afternoon she strolled across the falls
As the rocks beneath her emptied her tin and soul.
Like a tall woman the lady was afraid of the young dark,
In this watery place that stood out in rainbows and light;
Into the sea, in this ocean we spectacularly mean,
Little is done, little is explored while the dangers pass.
Her name was grand in the opening,
There was no particular danger, in this,
Losing me, and so fast, her hair stood out,
From the edge of the cliff, to frighten me.

Wolfmans Brother
Well it was many years ago now
But I really cant be sure
Thats when it all began then
I heard that knock upon my door
And the wolfmans brother
The wolfmans brother
Came down on me
The telephone was ringing
Thats when I handed it to liz
She said, this isnt who it would be,
If it wasnt who it is
Its the wolfmans brother,
The wolfmans brother
Came down on me
So I might be on a side street
Or a stairway to the stars
I hear the high pitched cavitation
Of propellers from afar
Its the wolfmans brother...
Come down on me
So with meaningless excitement
And smooth atonal sound
Its like a cross between a hurricane
And a ship thats run aground
Its the wolfmans brother
Coming down on - coming down on me

In His Fishing Expedition
in his fishing expedition
his bait is this bluff
and with gullibility
you take the bait,
swallow the hook, line and sinker
i say
baby you have not yet learned the intricate art of the spies
those who are still not captured by the enemies
in the middle of their yards
take the bait
and put it back to the sea
you must learn how to fish too
in this expedition of lies and deception
take the shape of the mythical mermaid
swim like a slimy fish but sing like a beautiful woman.

Coming Home For Christmas
Mrs Merryweather put coal on the fire,
while outside through the frosted windows
the snow was beginning to fall.
Christmas was only days away,
though the air raid sirens wailed daily,
they could not spoil the promise of Christmas.
Life just had to go on.
The coupons she had saved
would help them really celebrate.
It was going to be a Christmas
they were all going to remember.
She looked at the mantelpiece;
pride masked itself across her face
as she gazes at the photograph of her son.
Dressed in his uniform the photo stood pride of place.
He would be coming home for Christmas.
He had written to say he had leave this year.
It would be the first time the whole family
had sat around the table
to share a Christmas meal in years.
Ever since the war had started,
there had always been
at least one vacant chair there,
but not this Christmas of 1944.
Some maybe late in arriving,
but that did not matter a little bit.
The family, her family
were all coming home for Christmas Day.
The day before Christmas,
they slowly began to arrive.
One by one, she greeted them,
and then sat them around the fireplace
to be warmed by the coal fire’s glow.
They gathered toasting bread with a long fork,
singing popular songs
along with a radio show.
The thriftiness with the coupons
had bought a bounty store.
Everyone relaxed by the radio
as the hours crept slowly by.
Yawns began to appear
as one by one sleep captured everyone.
Mrs Merryweather was the last one to bed.
She waited for the knock on the door.
The knock that never came.
He was probably held up somewhere she thought.
He would be home for Christmas.
She knew it as he always kept his word.
Outside the moonlight danced on the falling snow,
blanketing all the footprints
that were out there.
Christmas morning came to greet them;
the snow lay thick on the ground.
Everyone felt so happy,
only Mrs Merryweather wore a frown.
Then came a knock on the door.
Upon answering it,
she took no notice
of the lack of footprints along the path.
Everyone’s face was filled with smile.
The person who stood there
was Mrs Merryweather’s son,
who had come home for Christmas
just as he had promised he would.
He told them all that unfortunately
he could only stay until sundown.
That his orders were that
then he had to go back.
The day was filled with merriment
and joyous celebration for all.
The day passed all too quickly
and sundown soon approached.
He said goodnight and goodbye
to everyone and wished them all well.
Mrs Merry weather, her smile transfixed.
She thanked God for his glorious gift
of having all her family around her
deep within the midst of war.
A few days passed when two letters arrived.
Both were postmarked before Christmas.
One was from her son saying how much
he looked forward to coming home.
The second was from the ministry
to inform her that her son had been killed
in action fours days before Christmas.
How could that be she questioned.
He had come home
and spent Christmas day with them.
Her son had indeed been killed
in the theatre of war on the day they said.
The mystery of his coming home for Christmas
is a mystery that remains today.

The Woman In The Red Dress
The woman in the red dress
How I admire thee
How could one walk with such grace
And such beauty?
The woman in the red dress
Your comforting eyes
The beautiful color
Resembles the sunrise
The woman in the red dress
So young and youthful
A lie never leaves your lips
You are always truthful
The woman in the red dress
Your name, unknown
Your voice speaks with
The most beautiful of tone
The woman in the red dress
Why must you go?
Why don’t you stay
And allow our love to grow?

Four Of Two
Underneath a big clock at the corner of 5th Avenue and 22nd Street
I stood and waiting for a girl I knew at the spot where we agreed to meet
It was four minutes of two
At four of two, I stood waiting for the girl
I was four minutes early for the date we had planned
I was planning to say I was in love with her
Just as soon as she showed for a two o'clock date
And the clock said four of two
At four of two, I was staring into space
She was not yet late, according to the clock
I was feeling nervous so I kept looking up
At the clock sticking out of the side of the building
And it still said four of two
At four of two, I began to feel tired
And I rubbed my eyes, and again I checked the time
It seemed as if the sky was growing dark...
But I felt reassured when I looked at the clock
And it still said four of two
I lay my head down on the sidewalk so in case she were coming I would have a better view
But no one was there so I stretched out and closed my eyes for a second or two
It was four minutes of two
At once I awoke to a futuristic world
There were flying cars and gigantic metal bugs
I'd grown a beard; it was long and white
But I knew that the girl would be coming very soon
For though everything had changed, there was still that clock
And it still said four of two

Crash Mat
I wish that I could fly with you
Just wanna be with you
You've torn a little piece of skin
You make me feel alive and new
You are my oxygen
I'm sucking love through a tube
You feed me like a drug again
You're my addiction
My cigarettes and Absolut
I've gotta pull myself away
Because I'm coming down
Crashing back down to you
I'm coming down
Yes I'm coming down
Put the crashmat out
Cause I'm coming down
Yes I'm coming down
Cause I'm coming down
Put the crashmat out
You cut me and I bleed again
You it's funny but...
The pleasure in pain is true
You hit me like an accident
I'm in an aeroplane
Coming back down to earth
I'm searching for an easy way
You know that yesterday
Seems they never sent you away
I'm pulling on the cord again
Because I'm coming down
Crashing back down to you
I'm coming down
Yes I'm coming down
Put the crashmat out
Cause I'm coming down
Yes I'm coming down
I'm coming around
Put the crashmat out
Put the crashmat out
You make me feel alive and new
You are my oxygen
I'm sucking love through a tube
You feed me like a drug again
But now I'm coming down
Crashing back down to you
I'm coming down
Yes I'm coming down
Put the crashmat out
Cause I'm coming around
Cause I'm coming around
I'm coming down
Put the crashmat out
Cause I'm coming down
Yes I'm coming down
I'm coming around
Put the crashmat out
Cause I'm coming down
Yes I'm coming down
I'm coming down

Reds
Red dress, red shoes,
A dancing moonlight reflecting from you
A diamond laced necklace, so cheap but expensive
Shining on through,
knowing a charged up essence of you jeweled
Will never escape the memory of you
Red dress, red shoes,
Ripples in the still breeze
Tracing the woods following footsteps made of you
Red dress red shoes,
I remember clearly the day I met you,
The beauty of you, red dress red shoes
Cold day, warm night
That red dress red shoes first entered my sight
Like a demon or devil, delving deeply to my heart, you entered my blood stream
With an evil curderling scream of art,
The ripping then began to start
This lady of red dress and red shoes
Enters the mind
Red dress, red shoes
Trapped in time
its true

A friend of mine, that I had known for some time, came up one day with an old guitar. I don't know where he got it, I don't know how long he'd had it, but he knew about two chords on it. He proceeded to teach them to me, and then we proceeded to go crazy over music.

Dark Ages
I am coming out of dark ages
And I lived half way through my life
Also I got my hand dirty in the mud a long time ago
I did it and got my tshirt and that job is over
I am coming out of dark ages
Because I spent most of my life in dark ages
And I saw so many dark skies while I went through my life in dark ages
I am coming ou of the dark ages
To help the children in their daily life
By teaching what is right and wrong
Because the children needs to learn what is right and wrong
So they don't became a criminal when they grew up
Because here on earrth are full of criminals already and we have more than What we can handle
I am coming out of the dark ages
To show my love to the children that lives here on the earth with us
I am coming out of the dark ages
Because I want to play with the children everyday here on the earth Because I know that I can make the children happy for once
