My weaknesses are my jumps. The reason is that although I land them in practice, when I actually compete or perform, I should let my body go and stabilize my mind better. Also, I need to work on not letting negative thoughts and emotions get to me on the ice.

How to Self Heal.
If you get sick look into your mind,
Let go anger, sorrow, greed, worry, anxiety, frustration, hate,
Even too much joy or loud happiness and unwind.
Since all these destroys some of between
The heart, lungs, liver, kidneys or your spleen.
Negative thoughts bring up negative life experiences,
Positive thoughts with faith in goodness, as small steps.
First love & respect yourself as you are, then know the truth,
Happenings will follow, because we are like an ignorant youth.

Happiness vs Sadness
Like boxers, they must compete every time they hear the bell.
Each one will take and give jabs, dancing round the ring well.
Happiness rules the early rounds, then sadness leaves its mark.
Mid way through the prize fight, things will look stark
For the boxer whose condition isn’t wrought from early days
When mind and matter most respond to influential ways.
The negative of sadness can be a lethal left cross
With its “don’ts” and “cant’s” and “won’t’s”, it guarantees a lasting loss.
But happiness breeds confidence and always keeps in sight
The weaknesses of the opponent and the reason for this fight.
The knock out punch for sadness is unconditional, selfless love

Some things just can not be explained
how do you explain to somebody you like,
that something happened,
that you can't changed,
it makes you second guess ppl,
when they don't deserve it,
it makes them work harder,
to prove themselves to you,
that they are worth,
more than you are letting them,
but you keep them at a distance,
worry they will bite,
when you know they are a kitten,
sweet, loveable and loyal,
but that still don't stop you,
you keep your distance,
until there is an ocean,

but when water rise,

Consuming Thoughts
There are thoughts inside me,
But I can’t seem to let them free!
The thought of not letting them out is frustrating me!
Its like all the feelings are stuck inside,
I try to let them out oh you have no idea how hard I’ve tried,
And still they stay hidden inside!
I have no idea what I feel,
Whether I am happy, sad, or even if my feelings are real,
I just can’t tell what my emotions and mind feel!
I want to scream out,
And let go of all doubt,
Yet I can’t even describe what there is to let out.
I wish I could tell you,
Could explain how I feel and what I want to do,
Although with everything in my mind my mouth has nothing to tell you.
I am suffocating in my own inability to speak my thoughts,
I feel as if I have nothing inside me even though I know I have lots.
How can it be fair that one’s demise can include one’s own mere thoughts?

Thoughts are of some importance
They may invade often or at once
May not have any weight or relevance
Still it has powerful impact with some substance
Where does they come from and compel?
Why we go impatient and not feel well?
The think tank roll on marsh land
To distinguish the foe from real friend
