Bad, yet superior
Disloyalty is evil
But still superior to infidelity
Ingratitude is bad
But still superior to betrayal
Meanness is low
But still superior to imprudence.
Revenge is cruel
But still superior to assault.

Breakin Bells
(lyrics that are in parenthenses are uncertain)
(if you can correct these parts, please email me!)
When it comes to smokin lyrics (then this rappers on track? )
(production ? ? ? between my brain I will wreck? )
No matter what the job Im asked Ill always do it well
My skill my perpetual Ill only excel
(to a power Ill remain? ) superior to all
Ill handle any task no matter big or small
For my rapping capability, Im never underrated
When it comes to smokin lyrics, Im always nominated.
Im the number one contender in the hip-hop race
(all the penalties Im falling from for? ) now u must face
The ultimate challenger, of course thats me
Super rapper t-la rock, Im the (greatest? ) mc
With my voice so stimulating, feels so seductive
One cant help but find themselves reluctant
To attend the performance of another vocalist
(and so it will follow to rap like this? )

Some things remain fragments, just the lyrics and melodies or a line or two or a verse.

The Flutist
Oh sweet beautiful flutist
Play for me the beautiful melodies of your hearts desire
How softly do the graceful notes come from the instrument of your musical prowess
The sweet melodies that pour from your instrument of the heavens
Oh how they soothe my soul
Oh how they take away my past
Those beautiful sweet melodies from heaven
Oh sweet beautiful flutist
Let me play for you to sweet melodies
For I am not worthy to hear your melodies
The melodies from heaven

The truth suffers
He is mean and still superior to me
As I am greedy that he is not.
He is possessive and still superior,
As I am covetous that he is not.
He visits prostitutes and still superior,
As I have an eye for cuckolds.
But I am held higher than him.

When rock came along the lyrics and melodies became less important and it bothered me to think that perhaps they might not regain the value they have to music - they are music.

A Melodious song
Thy melody and my lyrics
will make a song
a melodious song
the song of enthusiasm
the song of peace
the song of fraternity
If my lyrics is a flower
thy melody is thee fragrance
If my lyrics is a ray
thy melody is thee light
If my lyrics is cloud
thy melody is thee lightning
my lyrics is a cascade
thy melody is thee sound
my lyrics and thee melody
is the consistency of profound nature
having multi seasons
to nourish all creature
to embellish the earth
whispering the gale
to blow like spring
my lyrics is nectar
thee melody is sweetness
my lyrics and thee melody
will make a song of heaven.

Same Old Tunes
I sat at my piano tinkering with the keys
and the same old tunes came back to me.
Melodies I had written long ago
that seem to haunt my soul.
It was the rhythm of my life
as the scales moved up and down.
After years of writing ever-haunting melodies
like my life, they drifted away from me.
The comparisons were striking
with the events of life’s ups and downs
and for a few minutes,
I found myself trying to capture
what once had been.
There were no lyrics in my head
to fit to a happy tune.
Only the black and white keys
that lay beneath my fingertips,
playing out the same old tunes
I had written in life and song
all those distant years ago.

I wasn't writing the music. Ed would write a piece of music. I'd listen to it and come up with a melody and then we would arrange it. We'd put it together and I would write lyrics to my melodies.

An Old Man Walks And Sings
An old man walks and sings-
He no longer knows the words
But the melodies remain-
He sung for years
But now he no longer knows the words-
The melodies as he walks
Console him and convince him
He is still worth something -
May the melodies please go on as long as he does
And may his mind go to its final rest still singing.

The aircraft of today
Is not superior
To that of Write Brothers.
It is an improved one.

To himself as a child.

Ah those melodies of love
Ah those melodies of love
How they are alike
With stories of love
How sweet they are
Even when they hurt
Though always have an end
They keep living there
Somehow, somewhere
Deeper so deeper of hearts
To remain and sigh
Every while and while
With every beat of pain
They revive and sigh
Ah those melodies of love
With them my insane soul shivers and flies
Ah those melodies of love always take my breath away
With them old memories flies
To those places where the love was.

So I concentrated on the rhythmic side of things, and therefore left a lot of holes. I didn't want to use big pad chords everywhere. All of the songs are built up of small melodies and counter melodies all played very rhythmically.
