Sonnets : On Books
What wealth of knowledge, Books have stored for us?
What precious time, some writers sacrificed?
When libraries lend Books without much fuss,
‘Tis sad why readers don't get much enticed?
What use are Books when only kept in racks?
How sad to see them acquire cob-webs?
'Tis sad when Silver-fish consume Book-stacks;
And Knowledge too has its high tides and ebbs!
Books are companions to man's progress;
They serve to guide a man to live aright;
Books are like dolls children with love caress;
They help a man in darkness to see light!
Book-cost is nothing compared to value,
They are true friends of men; give respect due.

Native Moments
NATIVE moments! when you come upon me--Ah you are here now! Give me now
libidinous joys only! Give me the drench of my passions! Give me life
coarse and rank! To-day, I go consort with nature's darlings--to-night too;
I am for those who believe in loose delights--I share the midnight orgies
of young men; I dance with the dancers, and drink with the drinkers; The
echoes ring with our indecent calls; I take for my love some prostitute--I
pick out some low person for my dearest friend, He shall be lawless, rude,
illiterate--he shall be one condemn'd by others for deeds done; I will play
a part no longer--Why should I exile myself from my companions? 10 O you
shunn'd persons! I at least do not shun you, I come forthwith in your
midst--I will be your poet, I will be more to you than to any of the rest.

Dearest, dearest
Dearest, dearest,
Bother the slow hours
That hold and keep me
From the leafy bowers
You make more lovely than a storm of flowers.
Dearest, dearest,
If they let me go
I'd hasten to you
Where the waters flow
In among the shadows and the dreams we know.

Exquisite Dead Guy
Exquisite dead guy
Rotating in his display case
Exquisite dead guy
Swear I saw his mouth move
Exquisite dead guy
Outside my high rise apartment
Exquisite dead guy
Hanging from a skyhook
How am I supposed to let you know the way I feel
About you
How am I supposed to let you know the way I feel
About you

My Dearest Drug Friend
My dearest drug friend caught up in your trip,
Holding on tightly but still losing your grip.
My dearest drug friend passed out on the floor,
Full of insanity but still searching for more.
My dearest drug friend so messed in the mind,
Leaving the life you once had behind.
My dearest drug friend craving your coke,
Blinded by powder and chemical smoke.
My dearest drug friend you're slipping away,
If only you'd stop this damaging way.
My dearest drug friend hold on to your life,
Put down your gun and your blood-shedding knife.
My dearest drug friend stop selling your soul,
Stop playing with needles and paying the toll.
My dearest drug friend you're giving it all,
To drugs you'll bow down, to drugs you will fall.
My dearest drug friend you've chosen to die,
You gave drugs your life and that makes me cry.

Me Beside You
Dearest darling, look at me
Stuck (a)way up on an old oak tree
Looking down and as far as I can see... (a nice deep breath taken)
Dearest darling, look inside
Come with me and we'll walk for a while
And I'll define with you beside
Me beside you beside no one else will do besides
Dearest darling when we wake up
Don't be cold and turn away, love
Cos there's nowhere that I'd rather be
Me beside you beside no where else I'd be besides
Dearest darling time will tell us
If we'll fill up our empty wells
But until then we're by ourselves
Me beside you beside no one else will do
Beside me beside you besides no one else will do

Exquisite B.S.
Exquisite B.S.
Finessed at its best.
This wont sit to become fossilized.
Maneuvered?
Yes!
The finest B.S.
Gets to be marketed.
Exquisite B.S.
Tested for perfection.
To leave no guessing game to correct.
As this exquisite B.S. is set...
To endure without stopping.
To ensure its success.
No remnants will be left,
To forge with a defense...
By those unconvinced,
It is solidly based in cement.
And will not ferment...
As circumvented intentions meant,
Are sent.
This is exquisite B.S. to document!
To subdue those who protest.
And addict those who confess...
A weakness they get.
As if to crave a feeding,
With a licking of lips with a wish...
For more of it.
To induce into seduction,
With an unlimited fix.
Until the power of thinking,
Independently...
Lifts from minds,
That are drugged to drift!
Exquisite B.S.
Yes!
Yes!
YESSSSS!
And as delicious to offset,
Any cure that should manifest...
With attempts to correct!

Roads To Happiness
Some people do inspire
Books always inspire
Every work of art
Incorporates desire.
There comes an impulse
And one seizes pen and paper
Yes, it's a different flavour...
Then it is like fire.
Each line starts burning
From the bottom of one's heart
We let the flame rise
Until soul reaches paradise.
To those inspiring people
To those gripping books
To every work of art
We are fully indebted
We confess
We've found roads to happiness!

Accord
Very bright tones in the thin winds,
They sing the distant mourning of this day,
That makes us dream after never-felt showers
Completely filled with unimaginable smells.
Like mementos to lost companions
And quiet echo of delights sunken in night,
The foliage falls in the long ago abandoned gardens,
Which sun themselves in the silence of paradise.
In the bright mirror of the clarified floods
We see the dead time strangely animate itself
And our passions in the bleeding
Lift our souls to more distant heavens.
We go through deaths newly transformed
To deeper tortures and deeper delights,
Where the unknown deity governs -
And we are completed by eternally new suns.

To His Mistress In Absence
FAR from thy dearest self, the scope
Of all my aims,
I waste in secret flames;
And only live because I hope.
O when will Fate restore
The joys, in whose bright fire
My expectation shall expire,
That I may live because I hope no more!

Dead
We are so
Dead within
Ourselves…
That we keep
Inspiring ~
Each other
In the hope,
That inspiring
Others would
Also inspire us.

Books
The universe (which others call the library). . .
-Jorge Luis Borges
Books which are stitched up the center with coarse white thread
Books on the beach with sunglass-colored pages
Books about food with pictures of weeping grapefruits
Books about baking bread with browned corners
Books about long-haired Frenchmen with uncut pages
Books of erotic engravings with pages that stick
Books about inns whose stars have sputtered out
Books of illuminations surrounded by darkness
Books with blank pages & printed margins
Books with fanatical footnotes in no-point type
Books with book lice
Books with rice-paper pastings
Books with book fungus blooming over their pages
Books with pages of skin with flesh-colored bindings
Books by men in love with the letter O
Books which smell of earth whose pages turn

Delights Of Beauty
Delights Of Beauty'
Red painted lips
Eyes of deep brown
Your black flowing hair
How you paint the town
Delights Of Beauty
Pretty floral dress
With sultry looking smile
Your way of walking
Down to your very style
Delights Of Beauty

A Cup.....
I drink from a cup filled with sorrow,
Bitter and sweet yet it has a symphony of no tomorrow.
And all around me I’m surrounded by these familiar and unknown roses,
All with an expressionless composure.
As I feel like any delusional man should,
Invisible and misunderstood.
Yet It’s funny and sad how sorrow and depression,
Becomes my sweetest companions.
Tell me death, tell me love
How these inspiring dreams do fasten an abandoned dove,
Into the cup from, which I drink my own sorrow.

Cupids Arrow
A white bellowing cloud
Floats on high as cupid aims at passer by
He aims at the man and women
Who have only know each other as friends
His aim so true…he watches anew
As from friendship to lovers they grew
This is indeed a delightful sight
When wedding bells start to chime
As the two lovers now
Become man and wife
Cupid just grins and aims once again
at the unsuspecting people whom pass by
