The Inspector General issued six reviews and reports on actions taken based on provisions of the act. In those six reports, the IG found that not one violation of an individual's civil liberties - a total of zero - had taken place since the act was instituted.

Sections Of A Book
This section deals with politics,
And this one economics.
I am a book of longevity,
Inexact and imprecise,
Like people who want long life.
They decide with self-interests,
As volumes are written on them.
Reports form hold on information
That came from longevity,
Loathing some of the reports
As politicians argue with economists
To form some new empire
In which we live and work
In happiness.

Well, it was actually - I brought the idea of doing a documentary to HBO back in 2000, when there were some press reports sort of were bandied about that there were going to TV movies based on some of the books that were out.

Your Worth More than Words
Have you ever seen reports
Were people assume
They think they know you
Based upon
The who's
The why's
The stories of old
All they see
Is human fallacies
Who are they to judge?
Of the mistakes you make
Or the wrong paths you chose
How dare they mark you?
As a waste of space
Take that annoying report
And rip it to shreds
At least you know
You're worth more than words

911 Memoriam Words
911 Memoriam
The sky in Texas mourned this day
A million places joined her.
First thought a movie
Then realization of news
Then fears for civil liberties
Relapse into television addiction
......The face of the young fireman caught going up
.......By one of the survivors coming down.
At another massacre in another time in another place
General Bradock's dieing words come home:
'Who ever would have thought it? '
THEY did.
My month of shock their joy.

The New Inner-City Slave Plantation
The now-a-day slave or labor force
The ruling-class determines the course
The political master’s pastor contorts
Politics and policy aborts
The new inner city slave-plantation
Human and civil rights violation with extreme taxation
Work like a blind jackass
Support and finance the ruling class
Being bi-partisan-just a mask
Cultured career criminals civilizing crass
The new inner city slave-plantation
Human and civil rights violation with extreme taxation
The political engineers of The Greater Good own
The inner city war-zone
The psychotropic drug sets the tone
Slavery as the new world order is the throne
The new inner city slave-plantation
Human and civil rights violation with extreme taxation
Multi-tasking a labor saving device
Freedom of movement has no right
Monopolized government enslaved all might
The inner city slave- plantation private and prime
Real estate blight
The new inner city slave-plantation
Human and civil rights violation with extreme taxation
The thirteenth amendment of the constitution
On the inner city slave-plantation no social, no economical,
No educational, no political absolution
On the inner city slave-plantation, indentured servants,
Chattel slaves, still considered Black Gold
By the God Fearing slave codes used to control
The new inner city slave-plantation
Human and civil rights violation with extreme taxation
On the new inner city slave-plantation
The American Flag can not wave
Even Democracy is revered as a Black Slave

Vatican Probed, For A Change
The saying goes “Turnabout is fair play”
Church gets probed for banking crime

VATICAN CITY — Italian authorities seized euro23 million ($30 million) from a Vatican bank account Tuesday and said they have begun investigating top officials of the Vatican bank in connection with a money-laundering probe.
The Vatican said it was 'perplexed and surprised' by the investigation.
Italian financial police seized the money as a precaution and prosecutors placed the Vatican bank's chairman and director general under investigation for alleged mistakes linked to violations of Italy's anti-laundering laws, news reports said.
The investigation is not the first trouble for the bank – formally known as the Institute for Works of Religion. In the 1980s, it was involved in a major scandal that resulted in a banker, dubbed 'God's Banker' because of his close ties to the Vatican, being found hanging from Blackfriars Bridge in London.
The Vatican expressed full trust in the chairman of the bank, Ettore Gotti Tedeschi, and his director-general, identified by the Vatican directory as Paolo Cipriani. It said the bank had been working for some time to make its finances more transparent to comply with anti-terrorism and anti-money-laundering regulations.
'The Holy see is perplexed and surprised by the initiatives of the Rome prosecutors, considering the data necessary is already available at the Bank of Italy, ' it said in a statement.
Gotti Tedeschi told state-run RAI television that he was 'humiliated and mortified' by news of the probe, which he said had arrived just as he was implementing new transparency procedures at the bank.
News reports circulated more than a year ago that Italian investigators were scrutinizing millions of euros worth of Vatican bank transactions to see if they violated money-laundering regulations.
In Tuesday's case, police seized the money from a Vatican bank account at the Rome branch of Credito Artigiano Spa, according to news agencies ANSA and Apcom. The bulk of the money, euro20 million ($26 million) , was destined for JP Morgan in Frankfurt, with the remainder going to Banca del Fucino.
According to the reports, the Vatican bank had neglected to communicate to financial authorities where the money had come from. The reports stressed that Gotti Tedeschi wasn't being investigated for laundering money himself but for a series of alleged omissions in financial transactions.

Inspector Mills
Inspector mills Id like to tell you bout a girl I saw
At a party just the other night in beverly hills
Inspector mills I hope you find her and it dont take long
Watch my feelings for her growing strong in a war of wills
Inspector mills
I cant attempt to point you in her direction
I didnt see her walking out of the door
If I had taken my time shed be standing here still
Inspector mills
I recall once in my life I felt this way before
But I let her go and closed the door, walk away
Inspector mills I cant attempt to show the hurt in me
And just how much I need the company; search the valleys and the hills
You gotta find her mr. mills
I cant attempt to point you in her direction
I was blinded by the look in her eyes
If I had taken my time shed be sitting here still
Inspector mills
Oo, someday soon I might be in love with her
Inspector mills I guess youve taken quite a look around
Guess Ive heard the word from underground, shes gone for good
Inspector mills is it any crime for a fool like me
Try to use your time cause I wanna see; you just send me the bill
Inspector mills, inspector mills
I cant attempt to point you in her direction
I didnt see her walking out of the door
If I had taken my time shed be lying here still
Inspector mills, inspector
I cant attempt to point you in her direction
I was blinded by the look in her eyes
If I had just followed through then I wouldnt be calling you

Ink Of Failed Conscience
Once up on a time
Among some other men and women
Called human rights activists
In a wonderful country
Sometimes may be yours or not
Covered skin as a righteous character
Appearing on surface of conflicts
Seems to be the side of victims
Definition today is doubtful
Fights for rights
It is a job well paid
Elite's cases are handled
Like a lawyer acts
Having not anything bought
Earns more over unexpected
Barking to one side loudly
Licks the other side slowly
Sells killings, violence and tortures
Yearns conflicts and wars
Writes reports and goes for conferences
Grabs projects and funds from donors
For the survival
Consciously or unconsciously
Does not expect
Peaceful solutions
On the way of helping to charismatic issues
Wishes conflicts to be expanded
To write reports and statements
With ink of failed conscience
Domesticated heart body and mind
Unwilling to retreat
Extended greediness
Living in hunting stages
Empathy and sympathy
Gradually dwindled
Shocked heart tears dry up
Killings, disappearance, and abductions
Well trained reports
Fills in the blanks
Of failed humanity questions

Not Qualified To Judge...
not qualified to judge
another man's heart...
we have enough work to do
on our own...
but actions can be judged,
actions based in fear,
actions based in ignorance....
prejudices, hatreds, greed, apathy...
the battles we face
on the path to liberate ourselves!
compassion judges,
loves the person, hates the action,
lights the way, frees the soul.
minds controlled by hearts,
one step at a time....

O! December
O! December,
When you come this turn again,
Bring along,
Reports of the city,
The city that dwells in my heart.
Where glimmer galaxies
Of glow-worms,
Where spheres smile,
With the colours of butterflies,
Where all around lingers
Fragrance of faithfulness,
And that who feels it
With the finger-tips,
Or gets its glance
Becomes fragrance incarnated.
O! December,
When you come this turn again,
Bring along
Reports of the city,
The city that dwells in my heart.
Where grains of sand
Are the stars,
Where roses and nightingales,
The months and Moon
Are metaphors of truthfulness;
Where heart is an ocean
With several banks
And where the Deity of Fate
Sparkles in the fists.
O! December,
Ask us not about
The plight our own city;
Here rests in the eyes,
The dust of passed caravans,
Love is cold like an iceberg,
And grows
In the farms of sunlight,
Here when the dawn approaches,
All visions of the night melt
In the form of a thawing heap,
Here prick in the eyes,
Bits of the broken passions,
Here we weave our dreams,
By dipping lashes
In the blood of heart,
Then we live and we die
In those dreams;
Though it is not possible
To stitch words of the ragged soul,
Yet O! December,
When you come this turn again
Bring along
Reports of the city,
The city that dwells in my heart.
