Barry Goldwater

To insist on strength ... is not war-mongering. It is peace-mongering.

Mere Chaos

They say the way the world will end every now and then
Listening to me my friend
Just don't worry about it
Paranoia devoid s you.
Like a spell cast over us
Fear mongering is fear mongering
A conspiracy is neither a tried or proven theory
Our science is changing everyday
Out with old in with the new
But hey man that was of good use
Oh well it is junk now
Already forgotten just collecting dust
We can always go back they say
But do they?
Or is it more of the next best thing.
We call it innovation
I call it an unproven foundation
Improve upon what's already their
mere building blocks made of air
Just as the thought cross this page their is a new craze
People so lost in the daze
Hey the man says its okay its just another phase
Soon it will gone
And with the dawn will come the new
No routine, no order in all this craziness
It is but of mere chaos.

Out of Date Procedure!

Creativity and inventiveness look rare virtues;
In the name of procedure they are crushed
And novelty and innovation seem seldom ever!

Many wish to be in job till retirement sans change;
That way they can comfortably settle and go on
Like oil mongering bull or horse running round pot!

Oil mongering bull functioning in circular motion,
Horse running in round poet no way to go out ever
Are like a frog living in well not seeing outside world!

Mainly due to such men progress and development
No institution or nation can dream about ever at all
Making men of creativity dull and insipid in society!

Changes and reforms on procedure only open gate
To a world of plenty and progress anywhere sure!

American Radio

More than ever, American radio
is a white male propaganda system
of pornpeddling, boozepushing,
call-censoring, animal flesh mongering
warhawks

Placebo Effect

Is it encaged in a 'coock a doodle do'
Or placed in a waffle art
Is it all alpha and omega
Or all null and void
Is it tug of war on for hankering gains
Is it a 'booty' after a war-mongering pains
Is it a leaf of palm trees
Or an orchestra of melodious musical string

Part of the reason that the government's fear mongering is succeeding is because so many people are so ignorant, that it is easier for government to frighten people in submission.

With attention deficit democracy, I am trying to wake up people to how the combination of mass ignorance, fear mongering by the government, and lying politicians is putting our entire system of government to a death spiral.

Obama sounded like Al Gore on global warming. The more the case for man-made warming falls apart, the more hysterical Gore gets about an imminent catastrophe. The more public support his stimulus bill loses, the more Obama embraces fear-mongering.

By man’s own actions (in answer to Koos A. Kombuis)

By man’s own actions
the world has become dreary
and sly foxes sneak around
among the rubbish dumps

but my people
have a covenant with the almighty God
who mercifully rescues them from distress
and everyone that follows Him is chosen.

By man’s own ingenuity and profit mongering
there are natural disasters waiting,
the unrest of the sea is instigated
while factories fill the air with smoke

and according to the word of God
He is the source from where selfless love comes.

Barricading Terrorism

Barricading Terrorism
Lots of doing on neologism, theism and animism
Everyone has built a thanatotherapy of terrorism
Why they lost communal way of consensus
To forgive divine, to err is humanism
Why this vitality changed into witticism
No man in earth is cherub-like phenomena
But there cede this war-mongering adventurism
The hoity-toity belief of selfism ought not to prevail
No more epitome of unconditional hooliganism

Imagination

roof houses
in a row with
snowtops
trees budding
leaves
meteors merely
passing by
a group of stars
rumor
mongering along
a lonely street
lights singing
light
parks with empty
benches
children huddled
in schools
mothers frying eggs
and fathers
repairing broken
promises at the
barn
golden spread of
wheat and
hay at the stacks
nothing real for
that matter
these are all
imaginations of the
mind
which was never
there in the
first place.

If only I had the power to confer
on you and yours all power
to free America
from its greed
and the paltry middle class

to free America
from piggish bourgeoisie

to free America
from its war mongering

to make America
land of the free
and home of the brave

to make America
more spirited and generous
beautiful happy and heroic

Sonnet XIII. Addressed To Haydon

High-mindedness, a jealousy for good,
A loving-kindness for the great man's fame,
Dwells here and there with people of no name,
In noisome alley, and in pathless wood:
And where we think the truth least understood,
Oft may be found a 'singleness of aim,'
That ought to frighten into hooded shame
A money-mongering, pitiable brood.
How glorious this affection for the cause
Of steadfast genius, toiling gallantly!
What when a stout unbending champion awes
Envy and malice to their native sty?
Unnumbered souls breathe out a still applause,
Proud to behold him in his country's eye.

Now Look At Them

Remember the days,
When they banned together.
To collect in suburbia.
Teaching their children,
How to hurl indignities and profanities...
At those deemed minorities!
In some 'backwater' communities,
This is still today done!

But now look at them...
The scripture quoting, Bible thumping self righteous.
They are tearing each other to shreds.
Over values they claim had been God sent.
Perhaps they misunderstood God's intentions.
And what God meant...
From their interpretations that has taken them,
To now call each other abusive names!

Showing just how nasty a people they can be.
Although quick to identify heathens who sin.
And yet...
They would never see themselves,
As judgemental witches...
Stripped to give quick lap dances,
In the dens of hate mongering warlocks!

Lovely Nature

roots making love
to nearby roots
tight and intertwined

trees budding
leaves lush
trunks like steel
like man
in his twenties

clouds are flirting
treetops are reaching
for little ecstasies
like rain finally
bursting

to mountains parched
hungry for water

heavy rain
flooding the rivers
like multiple orgasm
of a woman

lightning and thunder
like beds creaking
and short circuits
of emotions

then follows the calm of
the night
on contented sleeping
cicadas

the night is pregnant
with stories

twilight breaks in tears
for the rumor mongering
and talkative
days.

I Like The Way You Write

narrative poetry
in little doses of feelings
from the most trivial
to the least know, and it
is everyday,
i like it that way you
make a diary of what
happens along the way
a glass of water inhabited
by a black fish
a room becoming a haven
for a blue butterfly
the lamp as the center of
your universe
the chairs as knights of the
night armor applauding
waiting orders from your
head king of imagination
your bed hugging you as
the queen of purple hearts

words playing like kids in
the part at the center of
the city of halluballoo (read
as hallucination) while
their mothers are away
doing the marketing
calling daddies to fetch
their kids back home.

by now you know this is
nothing but play: a dolphin
catching a ball passing it
to the parakeet rumor mongering
with another parakeet
as the clock of nature ticks and
ticks: my ears are tickled by the
feathers of triviality.

If Silence Breaks Its Silence

IF SILENCE BREAKS ITS SILENCE
Melvin Banggollay

The tail of silence riding with the wind
whispers echoes of rumor mongering
but when asked to accost its humming
Mute was his lips as if he knows nothing.

If silence will break its own silent beam
then lot of things could have been seen
Justice could have reign if eyes be keen
and tongue unafraid to tell what had been.

For fear of life, the ear of silence remain
to be deaf forever even it hears disdain,
The eyes that see is blind again and again
as lips close to shout for silence to reign.

Be brave to break the silence that reign
for truth to radiate justice that regain
Hope to those who sung victims pain
and torment to those that inflicts disdain.

Written when my father was wrongfully accused
of a crime of frustrated homicide that he never have done.
