Open Book's Monologue Part 5: Welcome To The Library!
Welcome to the library! come one come all
Welcome to the library! come with your brethren on this wall
Welcome to the library! come all you books tattered or new
Welcome to the library! come tired and overdue
Yes welcome to the library the place where you're most mundane
Yes welcome to the library the place where you're to endure most pain
Yes welcome to the library where you'll sit unwanted
Yes welcome to the library where you'll sit haunted
Yes welcome to the library where everyone's just like you
Yes welcome to the library where we're all books too!
Yes welcome to the library where you can take comfort
Yes welcome to the library where In the fact you're no longer unique
Yes welcome to the library You're just pen marks ink
Departing the library? I think not, even if you get out we'll bring you back
Departing the library? Here you rot, but we'll dust you to ease your passing
Departing the library? Don't make me laugh, here you're black and white
Departing the library? Nobody argues on your behalf, look more amassing
Welcome to the library! A place of keeping and safety
Welcome to the library! Take your place you'll like it, just wait and see
Welcome to the library! New books don't mind the old they're disillusioned
Welcome to the library! You've sold your soul... but it's too late for you
so WELCOME

Last meeting
Eye in eye
Starring each other
With pain of departing
Lips wanting to say
Something
But locked in misery
Tears flowing
Sad faces
Broken hearts
Not ready to bear
The pain of separating
Minds puzzled
Unable to decide
How they shall live
Without each other
It was their last meeting
Before departing

Dimensions Blending
Dimensions blending.
With a mind bending intending,
New beginnings.
Dimensions blending.
With a mind bending intending,
New beginnings.
And witnessed are dimensions blending in!
Dimensions blending.
With an ending of those limits,
Once defended.
Now seen suspended.
Limits departing.
Limits departing...
As dimensions once unmentioned,
Drop those chins!
And witnessed are dimensions blending in!
Limits departing.
Limits departing...
As dimensions once unmentioned,
Drop those chins!
Dimensions blending.
With a mind bending intending,
New beginnings.
And witnessed are dimensions blending in!
Limits departing.
And,
Witnessed are dimensions blending in!
Limits departing.
And,
Witnessed are dimensions blending in!
Dimensions blending.
And,
Witnessed are dimensions blending in!
Dimensions blending!

The Train Now Departing
The train now departing
My luggage plays tricks
It was lighter, it was heavier
"Stay" I heard you say
I bent down to tie my laces
There were no other footsteps
In this empty station
Always running out place,
Always running out of time
"Not this time."
The train now departing.

Soldier Of Love
Lay down your arms and surrender to me.
Oh lay down your arms and love me peacefully. yea.
Use your arms for squezing and pleasing the one that loves you so.
Oh there aint no reason for you to declare war on the one who loves you so.
So forget the other boys because my love is real.
Come off your battlefield.
Lay down your arms and surrender to me.
Yea lay down your arms and love me peacefully. yea.
Use your arms for squezing and please cuse thats the way it has to be.
The weapons youre using are hurting me bad.
But someday youre going to retreat.
Cause my love baby is the truest youve ever had.
A soldier of love thats hard to beat.
Lay down your arms and surrender to me.
Lay down your arms and love me peacefully. yea.
Use your arms to hold me tight. baby I dont wanna fight no more. (x2)
Oh baby, lay down your arms. (x7)
Please baby lay down your arms.

There Are People Around Me
There Are People Around Me
But I don't hear them
I just keep walking, Like no ones there,
There's music playing,
Inside me head
And I listen.
While I stare,
But I don't see.
I just keep listening
To the music peacefully,
There's no noise,
But the flowing notes,
Peacefully moving,
Together we roam.
The melody and I,
We walk hand in hand,
Floating together,
With no exact plan,
We just keep flying,
Beat by beat
Two,
But one together
We sing in harmony
Leave That Noise On The Street
If you want your pains from you,
To go away to stay.
You've got to massage them down.
And give them attention needed.
Massage them done.
And those pains will go away.
If you've got someone who's with you,
And...
A believer!
If you've got someone who's with you,
And...
A believer!
If you've got someone who's with you,
And...
Not uptight.
If you want your pains from you,
To go away to stay...
You've got to massage them down slowly,
Everyday.
You've got to massage them down slowly...
Everyday.
You've got to massage them down slowly...
Without delay.
Muscles in your legs pain,
Everyday.
And the muscles on your back too!
Everyday.
Even the muscles in your neck pain,
Everyday.
Why don't you let me comfort you,
Every-day.
Why don't you let me comfort you,
Every-day.
Muscles in your legs pain,
Everyday.
And the muscles on your back too!
Everyday.
Even the muscles in your neck pain,
Everyday.
Why don't you let me comfort you,
Every-day.
Why don't you let me comfort you,
Every-day.
Why don't you let me comfort you,
Every-day.
Even the muscles in your neck pain,
Everyday.
Why don't you let me comfort you,
Every-day.
Why don't you let me comfort you,
Every-day.
I'll help those pains you've got with muscles,
To go away.
I want you here and near to be relaxed with me...
And leave that noise in the street,
To leave us peacefully.
I want you here and near to be relaxed with me...
And leave that noise in the street,
To leave us peacefully.
I want you here and near to be relaxed with me...
And leave that noise in the street,
To leave us peacefully.
And leave that noise on the street to leave us peacefully.
And leave that noise on the street to leave us peacefully.
And leave that noise on the street to leave us peacefully.
Just leave us, peacefully.
Just leave us, peacefully.
And leave that noise on the street.

One winged Butterfly
Like a one winged
butterfly
I turn circles in the sky
Lost and spiraling down
Almost unable to fly
I want to find a place
where I can lie peacefully
where your lack of
regrets don't
taunt me
or bring out the
beast in me
Couldn't you take me
out peacefully
instead of piece by piece
in by inch of me
I know you hurt
I hurt too
you ran to a place
where I can't protect you
So confused
So instead of dying
Ill cut off my other
wing
I Have no angel
thus no use for flying
once a butterfly
now a caterpillar again
When I had you I could fly
now I'm ordinary again

Cold are the Crabs
Cold are the crabs that crawl on yonder hills,
Colder the cucumbers that grow beneath,
And colder still the brazen chops that wreathe
The tedious gloom of philosophic pills!
For when the tardy film of nectar fills
The simple bowls of demons and of men,
There lurks the feeble mouse, the homely hen,
And there the porcupine with all her quills.
Yet much remains - to weave a solemn strain
That lingering sadly - slowly dies away,
Daily departing with departing day
A pea-green gamut on a distant plain
When wily walrusses in congresses meet -
Such such is life -

She Is My Angel
I came to existence in this world,
O' mother, You brought me to this world,
You only brought her, my wife, to my world,
I have to live with her and thrive in this world;
Don't quarrel with each other,
Both of you are important to me,
Both of you live peacefully,
Allow me to live peacefully;
You are my God,
She is my Angel,
Let our lives go smoothly,
We will live happily!

Early Works - Far Beyond
Far beyond I see a sky of blue,
still further beyond I see
mountain peaks covered in mist.
Just beyond the sky of blue
and mountain, peaks covered in mist
lies a sun setting peacefully.
As the sun sets
it colours the sky
lighting the mountains
like a roman candle
and far beyond these burning mountains
the sun rests its head peacefully
as the day come to a close.

There is no departing from the words of the law.
Talk To Me
After it was over, after the crying
And all the angry shouting
When we'd both just given up
And you turned and closed the door
I didn't know what was wrong
Anymore than I did before
Maybe it was over
When you stopped trying
Or when I started doubting
Maybe you don't care enough
Maybe I'm just scared you'll go
But maybe what was really wrong
Is that I still don't really know
Talk to me quietly, peacefully
Tell me what to do
Talk to me honestly, don't you see
I need to talk to you
I need to hear that we're okay
And say the things that I meant to say
So talk to me before
Before it's really over
When it all was starting
When I first met you
We couldn't keep from talking
I knew everything you felt
And I felt you knew me too
Now I'm talking to myself
Or I'm just yelling back at you
How this could have happened
How I could lose you
Or you could think to leave me
After where we started from
I'm too dumb I guess to see
But you can't go 'till I do
And you know
You owe that to me
Talk to me quietly, peacefully
I don't wanna fight
Talk to me nice and slow
So I'll know
How to make it right
I'm not afraid to take the blame
I'm just afraid we'll stay the same
And we won't talk until
Until it's really over
I don't understand
Why you're always mad
What could I have done
What could be so bad
Don't you wanna know
Why I never sleep
Look what we've become
From all these secrets that we keep
When it's really over
'cause I can't take it
Or you've walked out
For the last time
When these years are just a dream
And these tears somehow have dried
I can't wake up in my bed
And regret what we never tried
So please don't say it's over
Don't even think it
Just think about the good times
Think of all we've got to lose
And not who's done what to who
And when it comes time to chose
Think of who would still die for you
Talk to me quietly, peacefully
Make me understand
Say what you need to say
Find a way
Take me by the hand
The only thing I ask of you
Is please, for once, just listen too
And talk to me before
Before it's really over
Talk to me
Before it's really over

Time Stealing Employment Responsibilities
in this modern age as in past ages
receding back into incredibly ancient times
work has entailed journeys departures separations
lovers wives children may miss
departing work bound fathers in modern ages
departing mothers work bound share similar responsibilities
when loved ones are busy employment gone
when loved ones have to complete work requirements
when work requirements face hairline deadlines
employment will demand its pound of flesh
so complete responsibilities efficiently professionally
this is your work complete it to best abilities wisely

It Would Not Feel For Me Right
It would not feel for me right,
If I could live over...
My life.
Or show that I could be more polite,
Than those opposing that I chose,
What I do because it is liked.
And,
It would not feel for me right,
If I slept peacefully and deep at night.
When others around me knew hunger,
And I had not a problem with my appetite.
It would not feel for me right,
If I pretended to dislike flying kites.
Since if I had a bike I would try to fly a kite,
And not get entangled.
It would not feel for me right,
If I slept peacefully and deep at night...
Knowing that my neighbors stayed away from my sight,
Learning to tango.
Oh no...
That would not feel for me right,
If I could live over,
My life.
Especially when so many people,
Have been exposed...
To things I don't know.
Like the 'tango'.

Benyamin
21 gun-satutes with 21 marks of blood!
But why do you hate each other?
Do you hate the Creator as well? !
Then think twice and let us all live peacefully on this earth.
What do you expect if, you put your hand into the mouth of the crocodile?
But my life is like Daniel in the lions' den;
And i am very proud to be a black man among the trees of love.
Your love to me is like the German-apple-cake,
And i have seen many things in this world already;
So why hate the people around you oh Benyamin?
21 gun-salutes with 21 marks of blood!
Live and let us all live very peacefully in this world;
For the earth is our home and we have to respect each other,
And like the sign of the rainbow across the sky.
