I am personally convinced that one person can be a change catalyst, a 'transformer' in any situation, any organization. Such an individual is yeast that can leaven an entire loaf. It requires vision, initiative, patience, respect, persistence, courage, and faith to be a transforming leader.

A leader must have faith
and trust that his plans

For the record.

It takes courage to change yourself

We think having faith means being convinced God exists in the same way we are convinced a chair exists. People who cannot be completely convinced of Gods existence think faith is impossible for them. The Proper Use of Control
Every thought and action
is a step towards creating
Paradise, here, now!
