Those who have always had faith in its final success can do no less than rejoice as if it was our own triumph after five years of daily struggle to impose Cuban music on the European continent.

No end to success
Success is not the triumph over regress,
Success is the power to suppress.
Success is not the money or the fame,
Success is, knowing you are still the same.
Success is not the power or the pride.
Success is the knowing how to hide.
Success is not a gift or gain,
Success is accepting and believing in your name.
Success is not a point or goal to seek,
Success is, believing you have never reached the peak.
Success is

(Inspiration poems) Cry with me
Cry with me because
We have overcome every
Obstacle after obstacle
That life has thrown at us
Cry with me because we stand
At the summit of success
And we can climb the ladder
Of success knowing we did
What we did with the faith
Of our strength and our instinct
And our unfailing resolve
And the rock of our faith and
We reached the top not on the
Backs of others and we did
Not pillage our way through
What belongs to they who
Struggle with the few resources
That they have
Cry with me because we can
Share with others and they can
Learn a lot from us

Success means doing the best we can with what we have. Success is the doing, not the getting; in the trying, not the triumph. Success is a personal standard, reaching for the highest that is in us, becoming all that we can be. If we do our best, we are a success. Success is the maximumutilization of the ability that you have.

No faith no life
No faith no life.
Be pure and sincere
Faith take you
Near and nearer
Where there is Father.
No faith no hope
No hope no life.
Where there is faith
There is security
There is stability.
No faith no success
To hold on faith
To go on the path
Of success
And success is life.
Faith is the candle
Faith gives light
In the dark night
Be pure and sincere
Faith is the doctor
That can cure
Your life's cancer.

The Soundtrack To Our Life
...more than we or others ever realise, I reckon,
the music of our younger years
makes the soundtrack to our life -
there I am sitting beside the driver
and the speakers correction stunguns
in every corner of the car
are belting out pomp-rock in all its triumph
and I'm thinking christ if I'm deaf now
what will they be at my age,
and well-they-all-sound-the-same-to-me
and I see the guy growing visibly,
livin' the singer and the music and the song;
and I take that in and feel a stranger to the world
then ten, twenty years later
I see a brilliant TV ad
with that as background music
and it hits me in the stomach or between wet eyes
and I think christ I wish I could've written that, then, now...
but I'm marked too -
the hiss of the needle on the vinyl
as if it were the carrier wave
of the first ever message from a new planet;
then the saxophones,
new york new world new life
and the witty lyrics
slick and silky
sly and shady
and the last outatune bars
world weary but oh so sophisticated
before the final hissnclick...
the music of our younger years,
the soundtrack to our life.

Cuban Crocodiles
Gliding in swamp waters till
It smells a mammal in a tree,
a Cuban crocodile can kill
by leaping in the air. While we
glide in the swamps of platitudes,
we sometimes with imagination may
leap high above the multitudes,
our faith a Cuban cabaret.
On the PBS program Nature I saw Cuban crocodiles, of which only about 3,000 survive, leaping six feet above the water to catch mammals hiding in a tree, using powerful thrusts of their tail from below the surface) and snatching the prey from overhanging tree branches.

What Exactly is Faith?
What exactly is faith?
Faith is like talking first
And paying attention later;
You assert what you don't see
And then remonstrate for
Not seeing it.
What exactly is faith?
Faith is like acting first
And explaining later;
You do what seems irrational
And then justify
Your doing it.
What exactly is faith?
Faith is like laughing first
And brooding later;
You rejoice at an aspiration
And then trust
That it will come about.
What exactly is faith?
Faith is like thanking first
And supplicating later;
You believe you have it already
Even though you still
Have not prayed for it.

The Last Day
The day of arising is too long,
You sweat so hard in it, so long;
The deeds must wait and loiter,
The days arise so as to speak of the final day.
One day, a final day has arrived
For our lunch is special, far too daily;
The length of our stay gained success,
But those who end shall reap reward.
A man can never help another man
On this day, the last day of collisions;
The men of endeavours forsake others,
In time, this has meaning for some.

The Past
Humming around the winter is the past,
This congratulates me as the last.
Years of daily amounts created laughter,
Mostly from seeds sown to glory and slaughter.
My music creates joy, all along and forever,
Lost is the happiness strongly in the endeavour.
May life contaminate the young and old,
Its powers feed us with triumph and gold.

I realized that I had traveled to Havana during what now seems like the childhood of the Cuban Revolution, if you think that Fidel has now been in power for 44 extremely long years. I started looking at the revolution as history, and not as part of the daily news.

Faith, Hope and Love
With faith, hope and love, let us we pray.
We believe in this new union today,
And hope that it will always display
Mutual love, respect and equal say.
There’ll be highs and lows in future years.
Many smiles though a few tears.
A wondrous future there’ll always be
If faith, hope and love are family.
Through tribulations this union will need
To be placed ahead of self wants and greed.
At times success will need a healthy shove
From large daily doses of faith, hope and love.
This union’s endurance for eternity
Depends on putting “you” in place of “me”.
And each day of every year
To say, “I love you, my dear.”
Faith, hope and love will then live
As constant companions to give and give.

Hey, unnuh see the one bright day, South Africa free
Believe me, one bright day,drugs free country
Make it to the one bright day

Remember This. Remember This
Fear not, My child, what man can do...
Let all thy daily course pursue
that which from heaven brings thee bliss:
Remember this. Remember this.
And should the agony of pain
be covered o'er the earthly plain;
Be still, and know that I exist:
Remember this. Remember this.
And if thou suffereth a loss,
remember He who bore the cross:
No man can feel what pain was His.
Remember this. Remember this.
And should a friend forsaketh thee,
believe that I, with thee, will be
to comfort thee in what ye miss:
Remember this. Remember this.
Remember till thy final breath
that thou shalt triumph over death!
And, live thy life with faith in this.
Remember this. Remember this.

The Throes Of Life
I will rather keep my faith on my works to move on,
For i am what i am today for you to see;
But yesterday is already gone too soon.
From the archives to the slippery lips and the throes of life,
Money cannot make a Doctor out of a playboy!
But allegorically noted is to toll the lines of a psyche.
I will rather keep my faith towards my success,
For the struggle is not yet over;
And there is nothing worse in life than being ignored!
But i will live always to share my love with others.

Let Us Pray
(words & music by b. kaye - b. weisman)
Come praise the lord for he is good
Mmm come join in love and brotherhood
Well hear the word and bring our gifts of bread and wine
And well be blessed beneath the sign
So let us pray together, pray together
Pray with the one mighty voice (heavenly voice)
And let us sing together, sing together
Pray and well rejoice (well rejoice)
When strangers reach out for your hand (for your hand)
Respond to them and understand (heaven obeyed to understand)
Well rise as one to calm the storm outside the gate (calm the storm)
With faith in him well never leave (never leave)
So let us pray together, pray together
Pray with the one mighty voice (heavenly voice)
And let us sing together, sing together
Pray and well rejoice (well rejoice)
(well rejoice)
The love of God is on our side (love is, love is on our side)
We have the strength to move the tide (well move the tide)
The world will say so, therell be peace and love for all (love for all)
And we must give our brothers love
So let us pray together, pray together
Pray with the one mighty voice (heavenly voice)
And let us sing together, sing together
Pray and well rejoice (well rejoice)
Love for all, love for all to the lord
Well rejoice love for all to the lord
Well rejoice love for all to the lord
Well rejoice for the lord
