The Voting Rights Act of 1965 was indeed a vital instrument of democracy, ensuring the integrity and reliability of a democratic process that we as a Country hold so dear.

A country which proposes to make use of modern war as an instrument of policy must possess a highly centralized, all-powerful executive, hence the absurdity of talking about the defense of democracy by force of arms. A democracy which makes or effectively prepares for modern scientific war must necessarily cease to be democratic.

This Is Getting More And More Outrageous
'What is the hold up here?
The orchestra is ready.
The chorus members are all in place.
The debaters are going over their notes.
The moderator looks impatient.
And the audience is becoming restless.
What is the delay?
What are we waiting for?
Even the media has begun to ask questions.'
It's...
The vendors.
'The VENDORS?
You've got to be kidding me? '
No.
I'm not.
They have decided to go on strike.
And since they are now unionized...
They seek more attention to discuss their needs.
'The VENDORS? '
Yes.
You see...
The debaters have mentioned,
Their focus on free enterprise.
And in a democratic system that supports capitalism,
The vendors feel they have every right to use this night...
To hold up the process of everything.
'The VENDORS?
This is getting more and more outrageous.'
What can I say?
People want their entitlements.
And the social media has made sure,
People are kept abreast of their democratic rights.

Mandatory Voting Now
Mandatory voting would be a step in the right direction,
A major right step in our democratic discretion,
Unfortunately the powers that be, like things the way they are,
With less than half Canadians voting - this is bizarre.
Therefore something is very wrong that has to be put right,
But media moguls are pleased the way things are though not bright,
But we also need binding referendums and death with dignity,
But our aristocrats consider this as adversity.
Big money should not be allowed to dominate an election,
Or influence us going in any democratic direction,
Politicians should be compelled to do what they said they would do,
Not disappear for a few years doing nothing but who knew?

Democracy is the common pursuit of mankind, and all countries must earnestly protect the democratic rights of the people.

Few businessmen are capable of being in politics, they don't understand the democratic process, they have neither the tolerance or the depth it takes. Democracy isn't a business.

Dear Swaziland
Where is your respect Swaziland
Where is your thinking?
Where is your love for the people?
Can’t you see from your cousin Europe?
Can’t you see from your father Africa?
Can’t you see from your brother South Africa? ?
Why not respect 1948
Why not respect 1965
Why not respect 1979
Why not respect 1989
1948, The UN Declaration of Human Rights
1965, The International Convention on Elimination
Elimination of all forms of racial discrimination
1979, Convention on the Elimination of discrimination Against women
1989, The convention on the Rights of the child.
Dear Swaziland
Dear my land
Turning into my grave
Dear my place
Turning into my prison
Dear my origin
Turning into my foreign land
Dear Ngwane
Turning into Silwane
Dear my place
A place of feelings
A feeling of Scarcity, Shortages and Sanctions
A feeling of Wakes, Weeds and Weaknesses
A feeling of Abuse, Affliction and Annihilation
A feeling of Zigzags and Zeroes
A feeling of Immorality, Illness, Inconvenience
A feeling of Limits and limitations, Laments and lamentations
A feeling of Abuse, Affliction and Annihilation
A feeling of Danger, Darkness and Detention
Dear Swaziland
A voice of your people
A feeling of your people
A vision of your people
Neither the people, nor them
But your people
Dear Swaziland
Do you remember your people?
Do you know them?
Dear Swaziland

Democrat
I am a democracy as a dear citizen,
The living of ownership is by dictation.
Throughout the world’s crust my energy is lust,
Never the level of complaint as a trust.
The democratic punch will hurt the men,
Who are the women in the den?
This den is a lair for the thorough work
Operating in the snowy artwork.
May democracy rule the pleasure of men,
Just as the governing of people is again.

They Hide Behind Their Kind Of Democracy
They hide behind their kind of democracy,
where the barrel of a gun, a gleaming knife
or knobbed baton speaks an own language,
to affirm the rights to life and possessions
while using human rights and socialism
to mask their much more darker demonic ways,
they break down culture, languages and religion
playing on the destructive need to possess
while scrapping merit, honour
and integrity along the way,
while opening the country’s borders
for every criminal in Africa.
They live in well-protected palaces,
with people serving and following
them like gods,
while they decide over the lot
of minor nations,
declare that AIDS does not exist
and make false promises
about farms and houses to their followers
while they are chasing after money, power and esteem
and herding women into their polygamist harems,
while a whole country is caught in the matrix
where robbery and killing is at the order of the day.

Mother Of Democracy - Cory Aquino (English)
A Mother so True
A Mother of Virtue
A Mother of Country
A Mother of Democracy
One Simple Mother
A Memorable to one another
A Mother of one nation
That became world attraction
You’re fought for our Democracy
Will also be our fight for our Integrity
You’re Love for our Nation
Would pass to the next generation
We are so blessed with your humble presence
For Our Country you are our essence
For Your Dedication, Love and Duty
Unforgettable beloved Mother of Democracy!
So Thank you mum Cory Aquino
May you Rest in peace with Ninoy Aquino
Would give you Peace undoubtedly.
In the heavenly world of eternity

Damned Canadian Democracy Sept 17th,2012
Democracy involves elections in case you didn't know,
So appointing unknowns to the Senate is nothing but a floorshow,
And why can't this democratic illusion be altered or changed?
Ask anyone and everyone and it cannot be rearranged.
So Canadians are caught between a rock and a hard place,
And we can't change Trudeau's Charter of Rights or have it displaced,
And then it gets worse because no one seems to know what to do,
We need strong democratic leadership to push our way through.
We need referendums and death with dignity very soon,
To even mention these changes, is considered inopportune,
I can only imagine what separatists say about this,
But I don't understand a word in French so I have to miss.

What Democracy?
Is democracy a dream?
The human race aspires to
such things are seldom as they seem.
Although the people have a choice.
They seldom think their choices through
and so the wishes which they voice.
Can be ignored and flagrantly
by those who hold the power reins
which they acquired dishonestly.
The voting system is unfair.
Votes do not carry equal weight.
The major parties do not care.
They are content to wait their turn
To ride upon the gravy train
enjoying perks they do not earn.
If every vote was made to count
Then that would be democracy
Hold politicians to account
for promises they make then break.
Perhaps it’s time to rectify
the present system: Which would take.
a social revolution
to institute democracy.
Instead of the confusion.
The rule of many by the few
who claim they have the peoples vote
A statement patently untrue.
The vote I cast has no value
in this so called democracy
Its very sad but very true.
