It has been my policy not to respond to each of the many canards which have been part of the campaign to discredit my investigation, nor to waste time trying to prove negatives.

Benefits of 1995 Fish Trash Policy
policy no policy
policy of indifference
policy of stupidity
now reaps rewards
use “trash fish”
policy as animal feeds
and in fish farming means
bycatch
is increasingly
financially
attractive to fishers
fishers of world oceans
policy bad policy
1995 one study
showed 27 million tonnes
of fish being discarded
every year but
2005 an investigation found
figure had dropped
to recorded
only 7 million tones
good news
no amount
of bycatch
did dropp not
just deleted
from records
off hot books
policy of greed
a Bermuda Triangle mystery?
a mystery of 20 million tonnes
20 million tonnes of missing fish?
20 million tonnes
were being sold
but control without
what hope in fisheries
of achieving sustainability
if we don’t woe know what
is being caught?
time for television watch
sport big game fishing but
“an estimated 90 per cent
of all large predatory fish
are gone totally fished out
greed humanity gills caught”
partly because fish trash
part of food chain was never trash
what do you think big fish eat?

Some Are So Creative
When some folks begin...
To make excuses.
It is a process for them,
That never ends.
They keep making excuses,
To use and abuse their family and friends.
In an addicting process...
Predictable!
Eventually identified as lies.
And applied over and over again.
Some are so creative,
As to make people believe...
Those who can see through this,
Are wrong not to comprehend...
An obvious illness,
Hidden within!
And why excuses for them exist.
Going on in their minds,
Without the slightest resistance...
Time after time.
And then comes the campaign...
To discredit and bad mouth others.
Either stating someone believes,
They have opinions that are not concrete.
When anyone who has ever made contact with them...
Notices too late,
They too have been wrapped up in a waste of time...
Helping the excuse maker to defend!
Only to find themselves in public disagreements.
And having the innocent eyes of a pathological liar...
Gaining sympathy from those,
Who had not been over time exposed!

L'enclos
Quatre fossés couraient autour de l'enclos. Or,
Des canards clairs et blancs, avec un grand bec jaune ;
Ils y plongeaient leur aile et leur ventre lustré,
Et les pattes battant les eaux, le col doré,
Cassaient rageusement des iris longs d'une aune.

The result is - document destruction - we're really not going to be able to prove beyond a truth the negatives and some of the positive conclusions that we're going to come to. There will be always unresolved ambiguity here.
This is a very highly charged investigation. People are very interested in this, and we've got a prosecutor, a very well respected prosecutor who's been looking at this issue, this investigation for a long time.

Such a crowd
i nudge myself
to go forward
while another part
of me shouts no
i gravitate to
the divine I
reckon to be
another part
within me to deal
with the stasis,
lakeful of negatives
that imperiles action
of a sudden
existence
becomes
such a crowd
of selves hovering
over a decision
to be made

Putting together a counter- terrorism policy, it's very easy to look at law enforcement or defense, military action or stopping the money flows or whatever, but the really difficult part is integrating all aspects of the policy, and I think she put a lot of emphasis on that.

Try 2 (Plus & Minus)
Implant a positive thought
dive, worth a shot, try
way of the will
a will, a way, sacrifice, endure pain
if to gain, heartaches rivers
through the storm to obtain
experience, knowledge
mistakes, lessons
steps back, steps forward
listen, observe
follow, lead
knowledge is the key
the mind is the door way
to know, to learn, one must try
open the mind
allow more then positives to sink in
life's lessons derive
from hardships and mistakes
welcome the negatives
collect lessons, discard the rest
negatives lie dormant in positives
positives lie dormant in negatives

Wasting My Hate
Ain't gonna waste my hate
Ain't gonna waste my hate on you
I think I'll keep it for myself
Ain't gonna kill no more
Ain't got the time to help you score
I think it's time you pleased yourself
Yourself
Good day how 'ya doing
And I send a smile to you
Don't waste
Waste your breath
Now I will waste my hate on you
Waste my hate on you
You think your worthy now
You think enough to even raise the brow
And to life that tip that you belong
When I see my hate I see my feet
I feel that blood that pumps in me
Where the hell's my mind
Don't know
Don't know now
Good day how 'ya doing
And I send a smile to you
Don't waste
Waste your breath
Now I will waste my hate on you
Waste my hate on you
Then I'll keep it for myself
Hey
Ain't gonna waste my hate
But I don't clean it when they say
Better to give then to recieve
Ain't gonna waste my hate
Ain't got time to waste my hate on you
I think I'll keep it all for myself
For myself
Good day how 'ya doing
And I send a smile to you
Don't waste
Waste your breath
Now I will waste my hate on you
Waste my hate on you
Think I'll keep it for myself
Yeah
Hate

The Freed of Getting Frisked at Your Risk Foundation
We are pleased you have chosen to run again,
For public office.
However...
There are a 'few' who donated to your campaign efforts,
That last time...
Several years ago,
Now want to know...
What has happened to the millions unaccountable,
For that past attempt.
Can you explain how that funding was spent?
'Of course I can.
I am more than delighted.
I've been wanting to clear the air of that issue for years.
You see,
My wife and I are founders...
Of 'The Freed of Getting Frisked At Your Risk Foundation'.
And what we have done with those millions entrusted to us,
Is to ensure every stray animal...
Dog, cat, bird or beaver,
Regardless of its pedigree...
Is given an opportunity to have free legal consultation.
AND...
A kennel worthy of being lined,
With updated newspapers printing the latest...
Of entertaining gossip detailing the lives,
Of their most beloved film stars.'
I see.
So you're saying,
An investigation into how that money has been used...
Is completely pointless?
'Not only pointless.
But a waste of taxpayer's hard earned wages.'
Sounds good to me.
Bill...
Do you have any more probing questions?
~None whatsoever.
That response should put to bed the issue.
And any other accusation of theft.~

If You Prove True...
Voice within responds to harmony,
as one where two divided waste away.
Life, rainbow dewdropp of divinity,
each moment doubly precious as Time’s ray
reveals a rhyme surpassing day-to-day.
If you prove true each month as May may be,
each breath a benediction’s passion play,
dreams coinciding with reality
to highlight all mankind’s epitome.
Victim of soft eyes here owns their sway,
in joy accepts Love’s offering, would see
like blessing fall to all about our way.
Now trembling, on Time’s threshold, hopes await
expectantly soft verdict on glad fate.
If You Prove Mirage...
Vice? Or virtue wrecked on coral reef?
As voice within awakes to siren call
like shipwrecked sailor, he feels trapped, yet all
enchanted by soft smile and song to grief,
respond to sweetness’ thrall beyond belief.
If you prove mirage every moment’s gall,
each hope turns ashes, dream sunk sans recall,
Love travesty and yet, like Life too brief.
If you prove mirage Lethe’d be relief
existence senseless, journey's wherewithal
doomed to tomb, as Adam’s fearful fall.
Sorrow infinite, light dark, Time, cheating thief.
Now trembling, on Time’s threshold, fears await
in trepidation verdict on sad fate.

Politics Attracts A Certain Mind Set
governments are seldom
part of the solution
often part of the problem
politics attracts
a certain mind set
immoral values?
allegiance sold
to shifting highest
bidders made
all power corrupts
absolute power
absolutely corrupts
might proves
who is strongest
not who is right
when will contemporary
twenty-first century
politicians prove quality
take high moral ground
on serious global political issues
partisan policy neglected?

Bush promised a foreign policy of humility and a domestic policy of compassion. He has given us a foreign policy of arrogance and a domestic policy that is cynical, myopic and cruel.
Change 'Premise' To 'Promise
The premise is there,
Based upon certain assumptions...
To us given.
Although the promise to deliver,
What had been expected is missing...
It would be in our best interest,
To conclude our investigation to be complete.
'But to move forward on a premise,
Leaves what is needed left circumstantial.'
There are the same letters in the word 'premise',
As there are in 'promise'.
Exchange the 'e' for the 'o'...
And no one would ever know the difference,
If the evidence is based upon circumstances...
That concludes our investigation.
Or if assumptions accepted as proof was used.
'So...
No one would ever know,
The evidence we have collected...
Is actually inconclusive? '
Look...
No one here is attempting to prove,
We are scholars or rocket scientists.
Change 'premise' to 'promise' and that's it!
There is no need to be bogged down,
With specifics and details.
This is not that kind of case.

Wonderful Waste Of Time
(Jeff Cook/Lisa Cook/Rocko Heermance)
It's almost summer you know and I can't wait to go
Diggin' my toes in the sand
Spendin' long summer days soakin' up some rays
To the sound of a reggae band
My baby looks so good but I knew she would
And I'm so glad she's mine
I'm gonna kiss her again while the waves roll in
It's just a wonderful waste of time
Oooh, put all our cares behind us
Wrapped in each others arms is where you'll find us
Kickin' back on a beach with my lover in reach
Holdin' her hand in mine
Crazy things that we do may not matter to you
It's just a wonderful waste of time
Ooooh, we're dancin' a hole to China
Even though we're on a beach in Carolina
Ooooh, moonlight walks by the ocean
Ooooh, there's no need to control our emotions
I wanna tell you my friend I'd like to do it again
There's no reason or rhyme
Spendin' time on the shore, I'd like to do it some more
It's just a wonderful waste of time
Yes, it's just a wonderful waste of time, just a wonderful waste of time
A wonderful waste of time, it's a wonderful waste of time
A wonderful waste of time, a wonderful waste of time
A wonderful waste of time, a wonderful waste of time
