No, I don't have any problems leaving disappointments behind. I've had lots of good days at golf and a few disappointments, so you never know what's around the corner.

Our life, our destiny
All our life is full of temptations,
aggravations, sensations, relations…,
good and bad morals,
trifling quarrels, insults,
disappointments and losses,
the worn out clothes,
treacheries and complaints,
events we can’t prevent,
some things we can’t withstand,
stresses and shocks,
difficulties to open some locks,
unpleasant deeds
skillfully collected on the threads.
All our life is the urge towards light,
the fight with ignorance and harm,
ability to look for a charm.
Having knotted our weakness
we search for strength and happiness.
All our life is full of flights,
big and small victories
and memories of beautiful days,
lilac blossom Mays,
memories of happy years,
love that suddenly appears,
meetings with our friends.
That’s life! Full of events,
events which are full of happiness and worries,
sometimes with lots of hurries,
hopes and disappointments,
mopes and compliments,
loves and hates,
Fool’s mates,
truth and lie,
black and white,
day and night.
They all walk together
not caring about the weather.
All our life is a pattern of events.
Slowly but surely,
trying to find a harmony,
they make our destiny.

One Cannot Live One's Childrens' Lives For Them
ONE CANNOT LIVE ONE’S CHILDRENS’ LIVES FOR THEM
One cannot live one’s childrens’ lives for them-
Their pains are their pains-
Their disappointments their disappointments-
One cannot take them away
From every real hurt,
And make them live always
In Blessing Happiness Love.
One cannot live one’s childrens’ lives for them
Even their pain is their own
Though sometimes it hurts us so much
We do not feel the difference.

On and On and On and On
Disappointments all around
still I keep living on
illusions from within
yet, I keep smiling on
Problems crop up in every front
still I keep marching on
failures strike me off and on
yet, I keep surging on
Boredom stops me midway jam
still I keep floating on
just as - machine switched auto on
yet, I keep silently rolling on
No applause or recognition, meri pyari jan
still I keep working on
with only hopes, you will take me on
yet, I keep dreaming on

Remove These Obstacles
Remove these obstacles,
I have now on my path.
I wish to attract happiness...
With a peace of mind,
Coming to find me at last!
I refuse to submit,
To disappointments and hardships.
That past I dismiss with a resistance to conflicts.
And detailed to welcome that,
As a fact of life made for me legit!
Remove I will burdens carried on my back!
I am choosing not to identify,
Confrontations on my path...
I must endure all my life!
I refuse to submit,
To disappointments and hardships.
That past I once lived,
I now dismiss!
Remove these obstacles,
From my mind.
Where I've encouraged their nourishment,
And given them reason to exist!
Remove these obstacles!
Remove them...
I insist!

The greatness comes not when things go always good for you. But the greatness comes when you're really tested, when you take some knocks, some disappointments, when sadness comes. Because only if you've been in the deepest valley can you ever know how magnificent it is to be on the highest mountain.

Yes There Will Be Troubles In The Future
yes, there will be troubles in the future
these, all these, we see in our crystal balls,
more problems to come
planets aligning against our paths
the stars are blinking
an image of boat sinking
another loud scream
more dark enemy schemes
some traps to avoid
some lessons to be learned
more failures to come
innumerable disappointments
expect lamentations
list the incoming burdens and
harrowing horrors
these are tiresome predilection
another unkind prediction
let me have my own day now
I still have the grass to mow.

Nothing Is Impossible
I do hope your world,
Is treating you fine.
Afterall,
There has been countless of times.
You would laugh at mine.
With a tolerance I accepted.
It seems today,
Impatience you find.
With a discovery of disappointments.
And in my world disappointments are acknowledged.
Accepting imperfections as a means to grow.
But you wouldn't know anything about that.
Since your etiquette for proper standards,
And your status to acquire political corretness...
Frees you to excuse your despairs,
As a means to pass your judgements.
I understand.
And I do hope your world,
Is treating you fine.
Afterall,
There has been countless of times
You would laugh at mine.
With a tolerance I accepted.
Who knows?
Maybe I'll find your world attractive one day.
Nothing is impossible.
Or
Perhaps,
Maybe I should give that 'impossibility' more thought?
