Take from a man his reputation for probity, and the more shrewd and clever he is, the more hated and mistrusted he becomes.

The Rest

O helpless few in my country, remnant enslaved!

Artists broken against her,
A-stray, lost in the villages,
Mistrusted, spoken-against,

Lovers of beauty, starved,
Thwarted with systems,
Helpless against the control;

You who can not wear yourselves out
By persisting to successes,
You who can only speak,
Who can not steel yourselves into reiteration;

You of the finer sense,
Broken against false knowledge,
You who can know at first hand,
Hated, shut in, mistrusted:

Take thought:
I have weathered the storm,
I have beaten out my exile.

One is more hated than loved.

I am stingy but not greedy.
I am hot but not revengeful.
I am rather hated for what I am
Than I am loved for what I am not.

I am not loyal but honest.
I am not shrewd but trust worthy.
I am rather hated for I am not
Than I am loved for what I am.

A Duty

My way is straight like the path
That neither winds nor sways,
My instincts are still clever,
For my being is called manhood.

My way is not strange,
Ways are only strange
When the dangers are present,
Pain collects from these endeavours.

Suffering is a duty for those who endeavour,
Deeds of exceptional nature spring
From beliefs in the art of living,
Your instincts are clever not shrewd.

I saw young men, boys just out of school (Villanelle)

I saw young men, boys just out of school,
working men with university degrees
far too clever to be any anyone’s fool

being called up for war, being tossed into its whirlpool
set on fire and burning like a bunch of trees.
I saw young men, boys just out of school,

who over war did not drool
but hated every moment of it, men with great qualities
far too clever to be anyone’s fool

who’s lives were threaded out like from a spool,
treated like mere sediment, dregs, refuse, like lees.
I saw young men, boys just out of school,

in places flaming hot, icy cold wearing jerseys of wool,
praying, standing in the wilderness on their knees
far too clever to be any anyone’s fool

with pierced bodies draining in bloody pool after bloody pool
becoming the sons of Cain, the devils own employees
and I saw young men, boys just out of school,
far too clever to be any anyone’s fool.

I'm closer to being happy. I'm doing things that make me happy. In football I loved to practice and I loved to play, but I hated to be in meetings, hated to talk to the media, hated to have cameras in my face, hated to sign autographs. I hated to do all those things.

In isolation

You lose your friend with whom you are clever.
They may not be clever enough to match.
They'd be clever enough to deduct you.
You will then end up in isolation.

Our Time

I may be dead, honey
But I was left with my eyes
And underneath, sugar
Well I've been stung by your lies
And my heart, baby
It's cold and blue
We're two of a kind baby
Me and you
It's our time, sweet baby
To break on through
It's the year to hated
So glad that we made it
'Cause all the kids in the street
Whisper sounds that sweet
The stars under their feet
Well it's the year to be hated
One two ready go
It's our time (x7)
To be hated
All right
To be hated
Come on kids
It's our time (x7)
To be hated
All right
Well it's the year to be hated

Hated and Loved

Hated are the cruel of the ages,
Their emotions are stronger than stone and pages.
Hated are the young of the ages,
Where are endeavours, the support and fences?
Hated are the sportsmen of the ages
Who cancel their dreams and farmhouses.
Hated are the professions of the ages
That send messages.
Hated are men and women of the ages
Who work with people in the madhouses.
Hatred is a disease we conquered when love sustained us,
When love was cherished in absoluteness.

What is that?
That is what
Why's it rye?
That is why

How was Dow?
That was how
When was ten?
That was when

You'd do that?
No, you'd do that!
You'd clear that?
No, you'd clear that!

You are smart
Yes, I'm smart
You are clever
Yes, I'm clever

You know what?
What to know?
I know that
So you know?

Am I smart?
No, you're not
Am I clever?
No, not ever

If you're smart
You don't bark
If you're clever
you don't hire

The Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

The man is in exalted position
and of renowned reputation
with proud distinction
and held in good gradation.

He is a big celebrity
and is of high probity
he is totally admired
and with esteem lauded.

He is amply respected
and kindly venerated
he is immensely revered
and is much honoured.

Until dawned a fresh day
when to people's dismay
he translates to be a prophet false
and from people's reckoning falls.

All that was good and great
fell flat and mirrored him third-rate
with his vile clouded nature
he plummets down from his stature.

As beneath his shrouded mind
ran a malicious intent behind
soon the wolf was bared and loathing
Indeed he was in sheep's clothing!

I'm Me

I do what I want and how I do.
I do it all for me and not for you.
What do you care if it's crude?
I'm not that lude.
You're just a prude.
Judging all like you're so shrewd.
I couldn't care what others think.
When I do my soul just sinks.
Your pleasing manner really stinks.
You'll never find the missing link.
Always on the miserable brink.
Caring too much for what others think.
I'll do my thing. While you do yours.
To those who don't like it close the door.
They make my life a wretched bore.
I'm not here to be their whore.
I'll go forever with wit so clever.
Doing what I want in each endeavor.
That's all I need to feel quite pleased.
I do it all because I'm me.

She is evil (Song)

She is evil

By shrewd looks she sees
Her canines are waiting for you
The claws are missing to treat
Approach her and you will view

Want to take all what you harvested
So be clever with her
She is disloyal and as the snakes, twisted

She is evil. She is evil

At the silent of the midnight
I see her lurking after someone
Trying to get the time to fight
Cause the killing is one of her funs

So don’t be one of her victims
And try to defeat her anyway
You have to know that we are her aims
And for living here must pay

Beware she is evil.. she is weevil
Obeys the lord of devil
Yeah

You Should Have Hated Me

The day we met and got together,
The day you changed my life forever.
I was locked up alone, you set me free,
But I say now, you should have hated me.

The day I said that I loved you,
I gave you my heart so pure and true.
You loved me too, that I could see.
But I say now, you should have hated me.

The days we spent with so much fun,
The love we had was second to none.
Why didn't you just let me be,
I wish you would have hated me.

For when you came into my life,
You might as well have raised a knife.
For when that day you walked away,
You plunged it deep, to my dismay.

Now here I sit all alone,
Wishing that I would have known.
I still love you and I will wait,
Even though my heart breaks.

If you would have pushed me away,
And never met me on that day.
I wouldn't have pain to this degree,
If only you would have hated me.
