I'm Me
I do what I want and how I do.
I do it all for me and not for you.
What do you care if it's crude?
I'm not that lude.
You're just a prude.
Judging all like you're so shrewd.
I couldn't care what others think.
When I do my soul just sinks.
Your pleasing manner really stinks.
You'll never find the missing link.
Always on the miserable brink.
Caring too much for what others think.
I'll do my thing. While you do yours.
To those who don't like it close the door.
They make my life a wretched bore.
I'm not here to be their whore.
I'll go forever with wit so clever.
Doing what I want in each endeavor.
That's all I need to feel quite pleased.
I do it all because I'm me.
