Denise Richards

But I always curl my lashes, even if I don't put on mascara. I'll also put on a lip gloss or lip balm. And I always brush my eyebrows. I have very thick eyebrows - I'm just now starting to thin them out a bit.

Plucking Your Eyebrows

Plucking your eyebrows,
Putting on mascara,
But will that help you
To see things anew?

The one who sees
Is changed into
The one who's seen
Only if one is

Salt and the other
Water. But you, says Kabir,
Are a dead
Lump of quartz.

I thinned them out real thin once and it just didn't look like me. I know it was in style to have really thin eyebrows, but it didn't look right on my face.

The Eyebrows

for doing nothing
for simply being there
the eyebrows
are given a higher place
than the nose
the eyes
the mouth

they who feel more important functionally
feel agrieved
about the arrangement
the hierarchy

and the eyebrows that know the reason
simply
niked wanting to laugh to something funny
that the future
has imagined

you know what jealousy may give sometimes
a comedy
and the inevitable chaos

An Exchanging Of Footsteps

Could it still be a possibility,
That one's life lived exclusively...
Running away from responsibility,
Can learn after many years spent...
Ignoring the benefits obtained,
In acquiring skills in arithmetic.
Or the process it takes to comprehend,
What has been read to broaden a limitation...
Accepted in one's head instead,
To begin to attach those pieces that fit.
And they eventually could sit patiently,
With a doing of this?

Let us not be quick,
To lift with a raising up of our right eyebrows!

Many dismissing the discipline it takes,
To quietly absorb a practice in listening...
Actually wait until it's too late,
To find someone desiring to teach an adult...
To undo those childish stunts in a mind done.
Even children in their fifties can learn!

Let us not be quick,
To lift with a raising up of our right eyebrows!

A willingness to waste another's time,
Is okay.
Until it has become decided,
Someone's seriousness is ready to be displayed.
And...
Is reason enough to give away,
Those experiences acquired by someone else.
And we all can participate in the joys of life.

Let us not be quick,
To lift with a raising up of our right eyebrows!

There are people all over the place,
Willing to sacrifice their time, minds and efforts...
With their experiences suffered alone to condone,
In an exchanging of footsteps!
All it takes...
Is just for 'one' of us to let this be known.

Let us not be quick,
To lift with a raising up of our right eyebrows!
Let us, you and me...and Mother Love,
Just for a few moments abandon realities!
And...
Use our minds to perceive of this,
Idealistically.

'Yep!
Didn't I tell you?
They were doing much more,
Than the changing of test scores...
In the teacher's lounge.'

Would You Follow Me

(john kongos)
Would you follow me if I search for another life
Would you walk with me through the dark and the hungry times
If I said, Im gonna leave today
What would you do
Would you pack some things and come away too
Lose or win, thick or thin
Where would you like to be
Lose or win, thick or thin
Would you follow me
Would you follow me
Even though my dreams seem too far away today
Take a chance and
Stand by my side and
Lose or win, thick or thin
Where would you like to be
Lose or win, thick or thin
Would you follow me
Would you follow me
If I said Im goin away to join some revolution
Could you ever give up what they call the good life
Would you care to know what Im lookin for
And if I find it
Would you take note of the time, would you mind it
Lose or win, thick or thin
Where would you like to be
Lose or win, thick or thin
Would you follow me
Would you follow me

Black Humours

The cobwebs float inside my eyes, as thick
as eyebrows, catching every beam of sun.
This is the irony of light, the trick
of old myopia, of sight undone

by sloughing cells. The brightness makes me blind
and staggering within the day's disguise.
I see nocturnally now that the kind
darkness awakes the owl within my eyes.

She Is Homely

she is homely
heavy legs, dead toenails,
crooked limbs, thick lips,
round eyes like a
soccer ball,
twisted, twitching face,
wild eyebrows,
entangled hair,
rough skin,
flat nose,
by all means she
is not like the rest
who are lovable
but i know you noble
man loving a
betty la fea,
for if you do not love
her,
who may ever can?

thanks to you.

Please Remove Youre Eye Makeup

Mascara
Let us pretend you are defending your eyes,
when inquisition rains bring skies twinkl'n downwards
in the night; putting faces aside, burning peripheries that
I can only remember in visions of nights back when
derelict busses hummed along and silent bums cried.
Torches are lit and raised like ether to the greys of daunting
shadows, led on by a pipers piquant fog,
Shells hanging from your diamond eyes on cut-up chain-gang roads;
with echos and clicks,
with sirens that laugh.
lighting lashes in its cul-de sacs,
rocky and spine-like.
Through it all I have your eyes defended by mascara
under this canopy umbrella sky your fires open wider.

With that erotic mascara melting away
and beneath it I hear you sigh.

Curl

You curl, you know how to curl,
Yes you know a curl in your hair
And you curl yourself like a
Hair, in your bed,
It is so cold and no one
Sleeps here
No one comes
There is no hello
As guest and no
Hi to pretend
You are coming
Well, you curl, you know how to curl,
Like your hair,
This time, curl forever,
Nothing straight till the end,
Eternal curl,
Still
Touch it

It bounces and rebounces,
touch it again,
and be silent

Some times people just don’t get me

Some people just see my face
Glossy lips mascara-coated lasses and
Pink Rosy checks but that’s just the out side
There is so much more to me more than pink hair
More than manicured nails more then a pair of denim jeans
More then what meets the eye sometimes I think people just don’t
Get me those are the times I sit alone in my room
Those are the times that seem to go on forever
Those are the times even beauty can’t fix
The times I sing out my heart the times I feel
No one loves me
Those are the time I have sweat pants on my fav hoddie
And my blonde and pink hair tied up tight
The time mascara runs down my face from the tears
And my hair is socked from the shower that’s sound of betting water
Muffled the sods so no one could hear
Then other times people get my they see the gloss the pink hair and fitted denim jeans
On top of it all the see the goofy glasses and they know I will never grow up
The times were my gloss has faded from smiling and chatting to them but my eyes are fixed on my black high top shoes and he knows I want to cry
Those are the times he holds my and makes things right
Those are the time were I don’t get him

Stayin Power

Our love, baby, feels so right
When youre smilin in the morning light
I aint leavin no way
cause we got stayin power
You and i
Stayin power through thick and thin.
Stayin power
You and i
Stayin power through thick and thin.
Gold and diamonds say youre mine
But true love opens the gates of time
And as we go on our way
We got stayin power
You and i
Stayin power through thick and thin
Stayin power
You and i
Stayin power through thick and thin.
