Between You & Me

So trouble comes strolling through the door
But anything worth havings worth fighting for
Fiction or fact youll supply the plot
Well both be featured - like it or not
Yes I guess you think Im stupid and brutal
I should confess that the feeling is mutual
Its not between the devil and the deep blue see
Not between the truth and hypocrisy
Not between freedom and democracy...
But between you - between you...
Between you and me
Between you - between you...
Between you and me
The stars and stripes meet the hammer and sickle
Not for honour but roubles and nickles
It aint fisticuffs, its a full scale war
Your secrets no secret anymore
Yes I guess you think Im stupid and brutal
I should confess that the feeling is mutual
Its not between the devil and the deep blue see
Not between the truth and hypocrisy
Not between freedom and democracy...
But between you - between you...
Between you and me
Between you - between you...
Between you and me
So trouble comes strolling through the door...

Democracy doesn't recognize east or west; democracy is simply people's will. Therefore, I do not acknowledge that there are various models of democracy; there is just democracy itself.

Democracy is never a thing done. Democracy is always something that a nation must be doing. What is necessary now is one thing and one thing only that democracy become again democracy in action, not democracy accomplished and piled up in goods and gold.

Scot-free

No body should go scot-free
This is democracy.
Law will take its own course
This is democracy.
Freedom of speech and expression
Is for all in this democracy.
Freedom of movement for all
In this democracy.

All these are in theory
In practice
Please do not ask anybody.

BBC and Nick Griffin (the Question-Time Massacre)

They lured him on to television
And silenced him with their derision,
He was scarcely able to utter a word -
Democracy? Don't be absurd! !

He's hardly what you'd call PC,
Just cannon fodder for the BBC,
To hell with the bloody BNP
And long live good old Hypocrisy! !

BBC and Politically Correct Media

We live in a 'democracy'
And kid ourselves that we are free -
Beware then of the BBC,
The British Brainwashing Conspiracy!
They want to tell us what to think
And, sure enough, their motives stink.
But be careful if you would defy
The Servants of the Secret Lie,
Corruption and hypocrisy
Are multiplying endlessly,
And they'll ruin you if they suspect
You're not POLITICALLY CORRECT.

Do This

Close your eyes.
In preparation to dismiss,
Limitation.

Release conflicts to lift.
And shift those burdens,
From weighted shoulders.

Transmit your wishes,
To realize dreams...
From bastions kept as impossibilities.

Know you exist as a gift given,
And only you prevent...
All that you are and can be!

Close your eyes.
In preparation to dismiss,
Limitation.

Do this!
And not what you believe,
Can not be done to welcome...
As others entrap perceive.

Do this!
And not what you believe,
Can not be done to welcome...
As others entrap perceive.

Close your eyes.
In preparation to dismiss,
Limitation.

Do this!

Democracy's a very fragile thing. You have to take care of democracy. As soon as you stop being responsible to it and allow it to turn into scare tactics, it's no longer democracy, is it? It's something else. It may be an inch away from totalitarianism.

Hypocrisy

Hypocrisy

I wanted to sit and write today-but I did not know what to say.
Then a thought came to me. Why don’t I write about hypocrisy?
The hypocrisy of man leaves you to wonder.
Will this country make another blunder?
Will we continue in this Arab war where we are despised/
Will we choose to live a lie?
They say Americans shed their blood for you and me.
We all know its hypocrisy.
Men in uniform no longer fight the world wars.
People who want to hide what they are Moreover, what they say and do is because of me and you. Our service members and women still use our uniforms with pride
It is something that we can’t deny.
I could see it in my mind-the older politician telling the younger one.
“Let the road take its course” we are the trainers and they are the horse.
They will go where we lead them-that is why we are leaders.
The politicians of all nations should hide their heads in shame.
They search for all that they can gain.
They all try to line their pockets
They’ll pull your eyeballs from their sockets.
Then you cannot see all their hidden hypocrisies.
People will believe for a short period
While it weighs on their mind.
They have to tell the politicians that they will not follow
Like sheep to a slaughter so they could make a quarter.
We must tell them that we are tired as can be-living in hypocrisy.

This country has always been run by elite, and it's an elitist democracy. And that's not a radical concept. It's elitist democracy. When people talk about democracy, they don't talk - really talk about participatory democracy, until the point that we get us at Election Day.

Democracy v Liberty

The fathers of democracy.
The ancient Greek philosophers
were dependent on slavery.

Which leaves me in a quandary.
How can it be democracy
to have such inequality?

I think democracy should be
a universal human right.
Though it is not quite obviously.

An ideal to aspire to.
Which one day might be possible.
The time has come now to review.

What we mean by democracy.
If everybody has their say.
It might well lead to anarchy.

When we elect a government.
The will of the majority
is what they’re meant to represent..

But it seems they rarely do.
This cannot be democracy.
the many are ruled by the few.

Who gain control quite legally
because their wealth allows them to
encouraged by our apathy.

The systems open to abuse
The people have the power to
insist on change; which we don’t use.

We vote or not just as we choose.
A facet of democracy.
I would be hesitant to lose.

It seems to me democracy
is something which we can’t achieve
and still retain our liberty.

There is no way that I can see
which will be fair to everyone.
I must admit despondently.

A partial democracy
is what we have and will retain
a curb upon our liberty.

You have no reason to complain
if you choose not to use your vote.
You have the freedom to abstain.

Dreamy World

Instead of observing the swimming of fish in river-
To swim in the deep of mind being a fish is more enjoyable

The ocean has also limitation
But could you find any limitation of the deep of mind?

The sky changes its color
Like the soul changes its splendor

What do you get from the dreamy world?

Democracy Dream

What is democracy
it is just
make friend foe.

What is election
in a democracy
it is just
mutton, chiken
and liquor.

What is dream
it is just
gather wealth
by hook or crook.

Dream and Democracy
one and the same.
It is neverending game.
And we are inshame.

As Long As Hypocrisy Is Not Mentioned

Is there really a difference between,
Organized crime...
And organized religion?
On the various levels both are allowed,
To exist and is permitted?

'Yes there is.
One is openly afflilated to politics.
And the other declares not to be,
As long as endorsements are made...
Indirectly,
By those who use their associations...
To run for political office.'

So there is no difference?

'Well..
Technically no.
However...
As long as hypocrisy is not mentioned,
And one's faith in democracy is declared...
Anything,
If one notices...
Is thoroughly acceptable.'
