The washing monster
The washing monster
How it grows
It's fed well
On our dirty clothes
Relentlessly
We do attack
But by the next day
It's grown back
He has a friend
That's equally vile
It calls itself
The ironing pile

To Wake Up In A Time Where There Is Love
*'When will there be a time to love? '
Stevie Wonder wants to know.
No one arrived here,
Without the making of love.
Whomever disputes this...
To present it opposed and suspiciously denied,
Has more than denial on their unbelieving minds.
They also have a limited point of view and life,
Lived!
The time to give and manifest love is now.
Even if the acceptance of it is regarded as art.
Love has to start,
To be shown and expressed.
With the elimination of every disorder manmade,
On Earth reversed.
To witness the glowing of pride.
And thirsting to be released from mental stagnation.
'When will there be a time to love? '
Stevie Wonder wants to know.
And so do I.
I want to feel and know what it is like,
To wake up in a time where there is love.
Without the persistent wishes of an imagination.
I have got to witness this!
Note:
*'When Will There Be A Time To Love'
is a 'wonder'ful composition performed,
produced and written...
By Stevie Wonder

Stevie D Jimmy And Melodie
Melodie adores Stevie D,
she compliments his style of dress to a T.
She has the memory of going to City Place
Stevie goes on the Improv comedy stage
Stevie does comedy and entertains.
Melodie laughs with Jimmy Dean,
it is one funniest acts they have ever seen!
Then Jimmy is next to go on stage,
his act is funny it's all the rage.
Melodie is then to be seen,
she is with Razel puppet and me.
Lighters light up in the air,
wild whistling everywhere,
Razel yells without a care,
'You know why I have no pupils? '
right before Melodie can jump in-
Razel has finished her line and committed the sin.
People are shocked and begin to talk.
Lights go out and Razel starts to shout,
I bow with the girls before I walk out.
What a time in 2005, where the Improv Stage comes alive.
Sharing the stage with Stevie D, Jimmy, Razel and Melodie.

Jahan's Special Place
The water splashes round you
You balance on your heal
A half a smile upon your face
How does the water feel?
Your clothes are cream and comfortable
Your form blends with the spray
I see your hem is dampened
Will it dry soon on this day?
You shared with us your river
And the memories it finds
Your prose made waters flow right through
The image in my mind.

This damn television
(This is a fictional poem)
I hate this damn television that my wife just bought.
When I ask people if I'm intelligent, they say I'm not.
This TV only picks up one channel and that really blows.
It only has one program that's about washing clothes.
This one show is irritating and it's starting to make me fume.
Why did my wife put this damn television in the laundry room?

Comparison
A bird can live anywhere.
It doesn't worry about rent.
Finds a tree. Picks one out.
Never feels that its without.
A man can't live anywhere
and worries about his rent.
Finds a house. Picks one out.
Loses his job and is left to shout
Now what?

The clothes back in those days were made so much better than clothes are today. They actually took time to make clothes to fit a woman's body. Today they make clothes that fit sizes, so it stretches to fit this and that.

Ode To the Song; Ribbon in the Sky
There is a ribbon in the sky.
That ribbon in the sky sure can fly.
The stars and moon can be seen from up above.
Don’t you know there is always God’s love.
Has there been a song written about a ribbon in the sky?
An answer to that question is yes, I can not tell a lie.
The them of the song was about a love that goes on an on.
‘Ribbon in the Sky’ is the name of a Stevie Wonder song.
This poem was inspired by the song: ‘Ribbon in the Sky’ by Stevie Wonder.

Gun Play One
Gunplay 1
They don´t have guns in heaven only tooth picks,
but god has got a golden gun, given to him by
the producer of James Bond movies.
He toys with it just for fun when newcomers
arrive, but most of the time the gun is on top
of the bible he wrote once upon a time.
Not that he has copyright, he will be the first
to tell you, but with the help of strange people
who insisted he had spoken to them.
Sometimes when god is alone he put the gun
to his temple and…click... nothing happens
it is all in jest or is it? Infinity can be a burden.
Now, if you wonder about the tooth picks,
angels like to welcome you with a bright smile.

As the Wind Blows...
As the wind blows in the
moment so blue
i say my last goodbyes to you
i let go of all my fears
i let fall all my tears
as the wind picks up
i look in the sky
as the wind picks up
i waves goodbye
so as the wind blows
in the moments so blue
i say my last goodbyes to you...

I think that fashion can be a lot of fun. I love clothes, but I recognize that it should only be a hobby. Some clothes that are more design-based look better on women with figures like wire hangers, because that's the nature of the design. I won't wear those clothes.

My Father, With His Arthritic Hands
My father, with his arthritic hands
Closes his door, picks up the bow
Tucks the bit under his chin
Tunes it real low
My father can compete with the world's best bands
My father plays the violin.
His eyes are dim but the notes are clear
His hearing is faulty but we can hear
The songs that pour out from within
People outside stop to listen
When my father plays the violin.
He opens up another world
Far from stress and pain
I become a child again
As without a word
He picks up the bow, tunes it real low
My father plays the violin.
My father with his arthritic hands
Holds a magnifying glass to his eyes to read
He sits out there under the clear blue skies
Now that he can hardly walk
(Luckily my sisters are there when he needs to talk) .
And when its dusk and he enters within
Then with his arthritic hands
Father picks up his violin.

Animals in Clothes
Animals in clothes I see
Driving cars or sipping tea
Animals in clothes I see
But they don't know what they are
These animals that drive a car?
Dress in clothes?
Sip the tea?
Just like you
Just like me
Very clever animals they'd be!
But they don't know what they are
These animals that drive a car
Dress in clothes
Sip the tea
Just like you
Just like me
So truly stupid animals they be
Not to realize what they are
Just because they drive a car
Sip the tea
Just like you
Just like me
Oh what stupid things we be
Not to realize what we are
Just because we drive a car
Dress in clothes
Sip the tea
So g-r-a-c-i-o-u-s-l-y!
You and Me
Oh what stupid things we are
Not to realize what we be
Animals that drive a car
Dress in clothes
Sip the tea
You and me
For if Mr Piggy had our brain
Ten fingers
Clothes, and a name
Wouldn't he be just the same?

I think women are concerned too much with their clothes. Men don't really care that much about women's clothes. If they like a girl, chances are they'll like her clothes.

The Foot-Hill Resort
Assembled in the parlor
Of the place of last resort,
The smiler and the snarler
And the guests of every sort
The elocution chap
With rhetoric on tap;
The mimic and the funny dog;
The social sponge; the money-hog;
Vulgarian and dude;
And the prude;
The adiposing dame
With pimply face aflame;
The kitten-playful virgin
Vergin' on to fifty years;
The solemn-looking sturgeon
Of a firm of auctioneers;
The widower flirtatious;
The widow all too gracious;
The man with a proboscis and a sepulcher beneath.
One assassin picks the banjo, and another picks his teeth.
