You don't need to invade a place or install a new government to help bring about a positive change.

Positive Role Model

Here we are
where we were
back on everything
Went too far
now we're fine
back on everything
So much for making it day by day
Back on everything
Instead of taking another way
we're back on everything
I want a positive role model
I want a positive role model
My reflection on the street
Is that the way I walk?
Introspection as I speak
I need to change the way I talk
In a changing world
there's so much you could be
Why can't you choose your self
like your enemy?
Have you ever imagined
a new you?
I could be someone else
Somebody new
Reinvention:
my intention
I want a positive role model
I want a positive role model
I want a positive role model
I want a positive role model

Take The Critic

Take the critic and change yourself!
Take the critic and,
Change from negative to positive;
For, you always need a positive character in life.

New

Something new comes your way.

You didn't see it coming but now it is here to stay.

For it might bring out a positive change.

For once in a while we all need to break out and try something new.

For if we don't try we never will know if we will like it.

So go and try something new.

For someone new has been waiting for you.

You just need to start new and breathe in the new fresh air.

Hope against hope

Hope against all hope
That times will change
A word lingers
In time and place
Softly spoken
Memories bring joy
Memories bring tears

Hope against hope
That love will grow
From the embers
A single spark
Lights the fire again
Memories bring joy
Memories bring tears

Hope against hope
Time will soften
A hardened heart
A fractured mind
Bring peace to soul
Memories bring joy
Memories bring tears

Hope against hope
That this is  a dream
I will wake soon
Covered in sweat
Breathing once again
Memories bring joy
Memories bring tears

Hope against hope
That tomorrow is different
Today didn't happen
But it did
Can't change today
Memories bring tears

Are You Positive

Do you think of me at all?
You say you do
But are you sure?
Are you positive?

Do you need me at all?
You say you do
But are you sure?
Are you positive?

Do you want me at all?
You say you do
But are you sure?
Are you positive?

Cos you know that my feelings for you
Can't dissapear
You know i love you more
Than i explain here
In these word
But i'm sure
I'm positive

I just like to be reassured
I need you to stay here
For me to know that i'm yours

You say that you love me
But are you sure?
Are you positive?

State Of Mind

Got a big leather suitcase, all I owns inside
Seems Ive been walkin for days, cant even bum a ride
Try steppin to a tune, with the rhythm of a walkin man
Mind drifts like a big balloon out of my situation at hand
Aint it funny how a melody can bring back a memory
Take you to another place in time
Completely change your state of mind
Walkin down a lonely highway not feelin alone
Thinkin back when things went my way and not the road Im on
Well, Ive been down a time or two, but it never lasted long
I can always make it through on a wing and a prayer and a song
Aint it funny how a melody can bring back a memory
Take you to another place in time
Completely change your state of mind
It can make a right from a wrong, it can make you fall in love
It can get you singin along
Chase the clouds away and make the sun shine above
A melody can bring back a memory
Take you to another place in time
Completely change your state of mind
A melody can bring back a memory
Take you to another place in time
Completely change your state of mind

Bring On The Change

Here comes the angel of death
You may not remember her yet
Concrete all over her face
Child bride of the human race
Until you see life in the forest
Until you hear youve been abolished
Forget everything that you think youve been promised
Bring on the change
Sunscreen all over your face
Chatswood wasnt built in a day
Mysteries are in this game, I say
Shine on, take me away
Heads in the bank, hearts in the closet
Souls out to lunch, will soon be upon us
We believe everything that we see, lets be honest
And bring on the change
Lift up your eyes, look to the heavens
Could be a sign, or a seven-eleven
Some day well see everything theyve been selling
Bring on the change cmon, cmon
Bring on the change, I say
You gotta bring on the change

Change In Office

The change in office,
The change in government,
The change of the President! !
Change, range, strange, flange, grange, mange;
But, let us rather change for the better.

Whoever would have guessed that in the land of cheap sausages and mashed potatoes there could be such a change which would actually bring the French from Paris every weekend to invade Britain en masse to eat great food and drink great wine.

Be Positive

'No matter what the others do,
Be and think positive...
If only for you.'

Tell me why,
Should I...
Give that a try?

'Be positive.'

Tell me why...
When,
People negative...
Seem very proud of it,
With a showing of a negativity...
In the midst.
And,
Within their grip!

'Be positive.'

Tell me why,
Should I...
Give that a try?
When people negative,
Seem very proud of it.

'Forget what others do,
Be true to you.
And think positive.'

Tell me why?

'Don't let them beat you,
Just be positive.'

Tell me why?

'Don't let them beat you,
Just be positive.'

Tell me why?

'Forget what others do,
Be true to only you.
And think positive.'

Tell me why?

'Don't let them beat you,
Just be positive.'

Tell me why?

'Don't let them beat you or defeat you,
Just...
Be positive.'

Shawrieh

Paddle your own canoe on the ocean of love and,
Bring your conscience to the river of peace;
For a clear mind leads to the clear realm of understanding.
Some things never change but, you can change yourself;
But, within the complicated mosaic of the diverse culture around you.
A shared sense of value in the land of love,
With positive words from you to heal my bones!
But, i am Shawrieh still sreaching for my way home.

Positive

You wish for me to say something positive?
Okay!

You are positively in denial,
Of the plight of your blight!

Which is positively a result of your negative greed.
Fed by your positive inability,
To be concerned about the outcome you now face...
With positive detrimental consequences.

I can not be any more positive than that!

The Power Of Positive Drinking

Some like wine and some like hops
But what I really love is my scotch
Its the power, the power of positive drinking
Some people ruin their drinks with ice
And then they, they ask you for advice
They tell you, Ive never told anyone else before
They say, candy is dandy but liquor makes quipsters
And I dont like mixers, or sippers or sob sisters
You know, you have to be real careful where you sit down
In a bar these days
And then some people drink to unleash their libidos
And other people drink to prop up their egos
Its my burdon, man, people say
I have the kind of face you can trust
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive drinking
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive drinking
Some people say, alcohol makes you less lucid
And think thats true if youre kind of stupid
Im not that kind that gets himself burned twice
And some say liquor kills the cells in your head
And for that matter so does getting out of bed
When I exit, Ill go out gracefully, shot in my hand
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive drinking
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive drinking

Positive Global Player

Victoria Island and lake Elizabeth!
Stand up for love,
Stan up for peace,
Like the message of love,
And like people's choice! !
Choice, voice;
Love's messenger,
With the money and the time of doing things;
Flying up high!
Gone up;
And, this is the love that i bring to you!
Like a global player.

Every man is my brother and,
Every woman is my sister!
Love is what i preach;
Unstoppable,
Old school's flavour,
And, i will never change from my positive works;
For life,
And for real! !
With the blues,
With the blue sea,
With the blue sky,
With the blue planet;
And like a positive global player.

World In The World

Music by a. topuntoli/g.randone
Lyrics by a. topuntoli/g.randone/m.gabutti
Mixed by:mauro di deco
When the world will fall apart,
And it feels like theres no air,
Theres a place where you can run
To see your problems left behind.
When your faith seems locked away,
And the grey is all you see,
Theres a place waiting for you
And that nobody can invade.
Your world in the world.
Where theres nothing wrong.
Your world in the world.
Where you feel at home.
Your know this world
Will never,
Never let you,
Never let you down.
Your world in the world.
Where it never rains.
Your world in the world.
Where you put your friends.
Your know this world
Will never,
Never let you,
Never let you down.
Your world in the world.
When the world is just a haze
And you cant work out this maze.
Theres a place where you can go
To feel that everythings alright.
When the going starts to hurt
And you feel youre on the floor.
Theres a place waiting for you
And that nobody can invade.
Your world in the world.
Where it never rains.
Your world in the world.
Where you put your friends.
Your know this world
Will never,
Never let you,
Never let you down.
Your world in the world.

Sympathies For the President

The problem plaguing Barack Obama
any political candidate, anyone preaching need for change
the need for change, the will for progress,
Is chiefly individual
all beings most strive from within,
seeking compassionate solutions
to those problems keeping any being
from getting their basic needs met.
Sad but the president always goes grey
growing old, thinning out,
wearing the mask of desperation, while in office.

A single man given too much range
expectations idealization polarization division

when is the president ever more than money's puppet
or a nations scapegoat?
Beyond congress, constituents must come together
set aside divisive ideologies, act out of cooperation and compassion,
beyond big government spending its up to citizens and corporations alike,
acting as equals to insure the basic needs of every being are being met

Anyone man trying to convince such a large of number on constituents
something that begins from within stands powerless
President's seem always best to represent, a country's great unrealized potential,
integrity, positive influences informing decision making,
the president shed's one positive light, as a person always has the potential
to act heroically, woman or man, when race and religion are set aside,
everyone has the power to be a hero.
