As a scouting department, with the confidence we have in our player development, if a guy has the potential that we think they have and the makeup and they stay healthy, we think they will be a productive Major Leaguer. We take a lot of pride in that.

We draft mostly high school kids and we have one of the finest, if not the finest, player development programs and coaching staffs and we teach our players the right way to play. We also have a game plan in scouting, and there are certain types of players that we look for.
The last thing we need is yet another makeup company. Even I have a nervous breakdown when I go through the department store makeup floor.

Pride
Pride
I heard you saying it is the first of the seven deadly sins
But for me it is a virtue and its absence cause deficiency
We only need to restore it, our major goal in treatment
For if it is destructive, conceit and arrogance among our fellows
Then the pride in us properly be called unhealthy
Not a feeling of positive regard to drew out our potentiality
Pride without humility is a feeling of superiority
But for pride in a correct understanding, feels good of who he is
Aware of his limitation and retains a secure heart
For pride is his justice of admiration for humanity
Without he alone or she only but share the success with others
For failure of others has no room in “the heart”
and acceptance never depart
Pride then is a feeling of positive regard of himself
Very healthy feeling a tremendous motivator for self actualization
He does not need to elevate from others for he is secure and mature
A genuine self pride moves to condemn not but to promote no strife
For pride is part of him but not unjust yet with self communion
Self aware of being not vexed by power of pride
but possesses mature and healthy nature

Be it a potted pant
One may draw confidence
From the robe or crown he wears.
One may draw confidence
From the skin he possesses.
One may boast with confidence
From the connection he has.
Confidence grows to pride,
Pride, to conceit and conceit,
To vanity or atrocity.
Be confidence a potted plant.

Cowboy Dan
Well, cowboy dans a major player in the cowboy scene
He goes to the reservation drinks and gets mean
Hes gonna start a war
He hops in his pickup puts the pedal to the floor
And says I got mine but I want more
Well, cowboy dans a major player in the cowboy scene
He goes to the reservation drinks and gets mean
He drove the desert, fired his rifle in the sky
And says, God if I have to die you will have to die
Well, cowboy dans a major player in the cowboy scene
He goes the the reservation drinks and gets mean
I didnt move to the city, the city moved to me
And I want out desperately
Cant do it, not even if sober
Cant get that engine turned over
Standing in the tall grass
Thinking nothing
You know we need oxygen to breath
Whenever you are walking youre just moving the ground
Whenever you are talking youre just moving your mouth
Where ever you look youre just looking down
Well, cowboy dans a major player in the cowboy scene

Be healthy
You should eat healthy
and be healthy.
Instead of having juice,
have fruits.
Instead of having junk,
have some green fun.
So, stay healthy
by eating green
and advise others also the same green fun
you should eat healthy
and be healthy! ! !

So I'm going to tell you, it's going to be a good year. There are good players all over this country, and it is our job as a scouting department to find them, draft them, sign them, develop them, and help us to continue to win championships. So it's going to be a good year.
I love the confidence that makeup gives me.

Magic's In The Makeup
Can you tell I'm faking it? But I want to be myself
A counterfeit disposition
Can't be good for my health
So many different faces
Depending on the different phases
My personality changes
I'm a chameleon
There's more than one dimension
I can fool you and attract attention
Camouflage my nature
Let me demonstrate...
Makeup's all off
Who am I?
Magic's in the make up
Who am I?
If you bore me then I'm comfortable
If you interest me I'm scared
My attraction paralyzes me
No courage to show my true colors that exist
But I want to be the real thing
But if you catch my eye can't be authentic
The one's I loath are the one's that know me the best
My makeup's all off
Who am I?
The magic's in the make up
Who am I?
The makeup's all off
Who am I?
If the magic's in the make up
Then who am I?
Magic's in the makeup
But I want to be real the thing
But the magic's in the makeup
And I want to be the real thing
My makeup's all off
Who am I?

Lion's Pride
The Lion, He sits upon the mountain.
Watching over the pride, which is His joy.
Emotionless.
He shows no fear.
With Him, a calmness and peace.
He struts with confidence.
As he approaches the pride,
No one will challenge Him.
He is Alpha.
The true leader.
Both Trusting and trusted.
When confronted, it is not His pride He protects.
To protect His pride is foolish.
He knows He is Alpha
It is the pride,
The pride is for Him to sacrifice for.
The Lioness respects him
He is the head of the pride.
He loves Her and for the pride would lay down His life.
It is His cross to bear.
For it was the role, He was born to play.
As the Lion leads the pride,
A man should lead His pride & joy.
Whatever pride He protects,
Determines if He is Alpha.

Cradled
Sexually transmitted diseases,
Healthy mother and healthy babies;
And like a newborn baby who lies cradled in its mother's arms.
It is a natural process but,
Let us watch out for thses sexually transmitted diseases! !
The pride of parents when a baby is born,
And cradled in the mother's arm is this new born;
But having no prenatal care can put prenancies into a high risk!
So stay very healthy to overcome sexually transmitted diseases.

Confidence
Not easily refined or defined,
Is confidence.
Nor is it cropped to pluck,
Off from a Sun drenched vine.
To slowly savor for the flavor.
Confidence is a development.
A work in progess.
Not recited from studied print.
Nor listening as lectured...
From a podium will convince,
The taking of notes...
Will provoke it into existence.
Confidence,
Similar to experience...
Is something done,
That is seldom pleasant...
When it comes as a personal delivery.
And...
Most times arrogance is misrepresented for it.
However,
It does take obedience and strength to listen.
To then comprehend that failure does not mean to stop,
To yield and repeat flops.
As a sign that ambition obtained has been dropped.
No,
It does not!
Caution perhaps,
To proceed at your own risk.
But confidence does not allow obstacles to prevent,
Progress.
Or the jumping over hurdles.
Since each hurdle cleared...
Removes the fear to face another.
Clarifying anyone's doubt about confidence adopted!

I think VAR is a very healthy development within the industry.
Herald Cry Humane Humanity
it has been said
that the creative talents
of a nation's people
is of critical importance
to a nation's future
the vitality well being
of cities are essential
to every community
every ethnic element
within society must survive;
must prosper flourish develop
least unique diversity be lost;
a national curriculum of arts
can assist all component sections
of a nation to come to terms
with consequence rapid changes
happening within globalization
market driven inequity policies
diminishing government support
impact of such simple diet changes
as ease fast food MacDonaldisation.
I believe a nation can best
be judged by how it treats
its own poor; their potential
development; inherent rights
of all multicultural citizens
of this gem interwoven planet;
entitlement to a basic good
healthy productive life
honour cultural uniqueness;
let humanity be fused
with these mosaic cultures
articulate unity in diversity
abolish discriminatory laws
embrace race relationships
believe nobility 'many as one'
morality beliefs values
enter love melting pots
merge diverse multicultural;
'herald cry humane humanity'
which thus cannot turn
a blind eye to capitalist;
exploitation of all world poor;
but especially those in our third;
world in contemporary global society.
