When mental energy is allowed to follow the line of least resistance and to fall into easy channels, it is called weakness.

A Gift you give Yourself....
Forgiving,
Becomes easy,
Once we realise
Its a waste of energy...
The realisation
Of our own imperfection,
Leads to transformation
Of mental formations...
Heals our fragile ego
And we let go.
To empower,
Water flowers.
With this insight
Inflamed passions take flight...
you exclaim,
Ah, peace reclaimed...
Forgiving is to offer,
no resistance to life...
Or else life,
Is full of strife...
Some transgressions
Are meant for self REALISATION
There is a divine plan...
so judge not or condemn.

Out of the hospital out against my will
Life is so beautiful Ive gone mental

Ive killed my family they thought I was an oddity
Life is so beautiful I am a vegetable

Staring at my goldfish bowl popping phenobarbitol

Star 69
You dont have to take the bar exam to see
What you did is ignoramus 103
Where have I got to hang my hat
You dont have line to me
All this just to be your friend
I was there to tell you
Extortion and arson, petty larceny
I know you called. I know you called. I know you called.
I know you called. I know you called. I know you hung up my line.
Star 69.
I know all about the warehouse fire.
I know squirrelies didnt chew the wire.
Three people have my number, the other two were with me.
I dont stand tall, but Im not your patsy.
This time you have gone too far with me.
I know you called. I know you called. I know you called.
I know you called. I know you called. I know you hung up my line.
Star 69.
Whyd you put your quarter down on me?
This reads like some dark inside edition, hard copy.
I cant be your character witness, I cant be your alibi.
Dont arrange the fbi, here this spy versus spy.
You my friend are guilty as can be.
I know you called. I know you called. I know you called.
I know you called. I know you called. I cant be your alibi.

Energies
Mental energy: solving problems
increases it, movie watching reduces.
Emotional energy: flirting increases it
and hatred reduces it.
Physical energy: sports increase it
and book worms reduce it.
See that energy is built up.

Maverick Voyages
Startling is the absence of vision.
It is clear these maverick voyages...
Have aborted from specifics.
It is as if an advancement towards the horizon,
Has been legislated to be dismissed.
And debating this,
Has led to retaliation.
And a resistance against its existence.
Maverick voyages have been declared annoyances!
Not connecting or allowed,
Is an acceptance of diversity.
Not connecting or allowed,
Is an empathy for those in need.
Not connecting or allowed,
Is an equality of all humanity.
Not connecting or allowed,
Is an honesty believed or released.
Not connecting or allowed,
Is a hope that is wished!
However...
Balled fists prepared to strike and hit,
Is allowed to connect and inflict...
More hatred.
More resentment.
More bitterness...
Sitting in between grinding teeth that grit and spit!
Until all goodness felt,
Has been lifted to leave...
A mass obsession,
Depressed in aggressive anger!
Startling is the absence of vision.
It is clear these maverick voyages...
Have aborted from specifics.
It is as if an advancement towards the horizon,
Has been legislated to be dismissed.
And debating this,
Has led to retaliation.
And a resistance against its existence.

Fine Line
How would I know about your life
How about a long night
How do you follow the sun
How do you stay under the thumb
Theres a fine line between us
Such a fine fine line
Theres a fine line between us
And its always on my mind
What can you say to make me realize
The full moon in your eyes
You probably know now that youre waking up
You still feel shaken up
Theres a fine line between us
All the way
Theres a fine line between us
Cant waste another day
They take you in their arms and whisper
What you want to hear dont you fall
They show you all their charms and whisper
Dont you shed a tear dont you fall

Changing Channels
Changing channels
By: jimmy buffett, mac mcanally
1989
Girl of a thousand faces
From a long line of basket cases
Daughter of a fortune teller
Oh the lovely isabella
Chorus:
Shes changing channels
Stayin on her toes
Shes just changing channels
As she goes
This place is full of beachhead sailors
Fishermen and old retailers
Simple lives are so deep seated
And history always gets repeated
Some folks see a birds eye view
Others havent got a clue
Some will go and some will stay
It doesnt matter anyway
Chorus:
They are changing channels
Crazy girls and boys
Theyll be changing channels
Changing toys
Survivors of tidal waves
Children of former slaves
Strange how they all behave
Like its another world
Theres an island in the ocean
Where the people stay in motion
Somewhere on the old gulf stream
Do they live or did I dream
Chorus:
They were changing channels
Waitin for their sails to fill
Theyll be changing channels
Always will
Theyll be changing channels
Waitin for their sails to fill
Theyll be changing channels
Always will
To joseph campbell and bruce chadwick whose words and thoughts were an
Inspiration. to charlie allen and lt. jim amos anderson whose spirits
Linger with me though their days on the planet were far too few.

It's Never Easy To Say Goodbye
Jimmy climbs on borad of that old yellow bus
Sure looks big in his little eyes
His mama waves
As the tears kick up the dust
It's never easy to say goodbye
Julie Ray in her pearl white wedding gown
Has found her wings and it's time to fly
It's all her dad to keep from breakin' down
It's never easy to say goodbye
It ain't easy
To ever say goodbye
It ain't easy
Lettin' go of the ones you love
But believe me
We'll meet again
By and by
If not here
Somewhere up above
I've had friends
That I lost along the way
They've been called on down the line
Though their time was short
I still think about them everyday
It ain't easy to say goodbye
It ain't easy
To ever say goodbye
It ain't easy
Lettin' go of the ones you love
But believe me
We'll meet again
By and by
If not here
Somewhere up above
My time has come
To go our separate ways
And it's alright if you wanna cry
Though I know we'll meet again someday
It's never easy to say goodbye
It ain't easy
To ever say goodbye
It ain't easy
Lettin' go of the ones you love
But believe me
We'll meet again

My Little World
1 2 3 4.
1 2 3 4.
Little boy up in (? )...
Thats left behind to sin.
Moving like a camera I can watch you on my screen.
Fall into a shadow world inside of me.
Hidden like a treasure.
Secrets in my scene.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow me.
You can follow me.
Ah, you can follow me.
Scream inside.
Whisper.
Picture in a dream.
You can talk to me and we can talk forever.
I could take you to the doorway and I can give you the way, the key.
No one here can see you, no one here but me.
Fall into our shadow, theres another world in me.
And youre invited.
And youre invited.
In the little world I make with all the little things I take...
A million ways to pass the time, in this little world of mine.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow me.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow you can follow you can follow follow follow follow follow.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow me.
Secrets in this world.
Picture in a dream.
No one here can see you, no one here but me.
And you can follow me.
Oh, you can follow me.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow me.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow me.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow.
In the little world I make with all the little things I take...
A million ways to pass the time, in this little world of mine.
You can follow me, follow me.
You can follow me.
Oh, you can follow.
You can follow me. follow me.
You can follow me. follow me.
You can follow me.
You can follow me.
You can follow me.
You can follow me.
You can follow me.
You can follow me.
Where are we going?
You can follow me.
But where are we going?
You can follow me.
Where do you wanna go?
You can follow me.
Ok.

Meditation
To meditate
puts you in a peaceful state
Comsic energy can come in
and make you feel great.
For your etheric body needs
to rejuvenate-
Comsic energy can be accessed
when no thoughts or emotions
are taking over your mental plane.
We can get cosmic energy when in
deep sleep-
little cosmic energy is what we reap
better to consciously sleep
for you get abundant cosmic energy.
It goes into your etheric field
or you can say energy body
if you believe that is real.

Follow Me Follow
See how they go on the wings of a shiny bird
And the resons for them leaving is not easy
Follow me follow
Follow me too far away
Follow me follow
Where you will go
See how they go on the wings of a shiny bird
And theyll all be friends together now theyre leaving
See how they try to be hap-py when theyre leaving home
But the captain of the shinybird wont wait now
Follow me follow
Follow me too far away
Follow me follow
Where you will go
See how they go on the wings of a shiny bird
And the resons for them leaving is not easy
Follow me follow
Follow me too far away
Follow me follow
Where you will go

Mental Depression
mental depression, aggression, obsession
mental oppression, discretion, regression
relationship, a broken vow
the wire you walk so tight
oh no, it breaks, you fall
you won't turn down
you won't turn vow
mental depression, obsession, regression
mental depression, obsession, regression
mental obsession, regression, tension
we fall down and feel it break
oh, feel a vow and feel it break

You Make It Easy
Gosh almighty baby
Yes, indeed
You supply the satisfy and Ill supply the need
I cant help the way I feel though I know just where it leads
You make it easy ( yes, you do)
For a man to fall, for a man to fall
Heaven knows I love my woman
Just bound to fuss and fight
Now I wind up on the barroom stool
Buying drinks and keeping tight
But you know Ive never done
Whats come in my mind tonight
You make it easy just sitting there looking good
For a man to fall, for a man to fall
Now me and my wife
Weve got the rest of our life
To make this thing right
But you and me will only see tonight
So baby, wont you turn me down and point me out the door
Ill head home and sleep it off just like every time before
You keep on lookin good my way
I wont hold out anymore
You make it easy, you sure do make it easy, baby
For a man to fall, for a man to fall
You dont have to make it so easy, baby , no,no,no
For a man to fall
For a man to fall
For another wise good man to fall
You dont have to make it so easy, baby
For another wise good man to fall
You dont have to make it so easy, baby

Travel Thru Time
We should fear fear itself as it was said wisely,
It is true that so many threats in this life can reach us freely.
However, we must develop an antidote with a strong faith,
Find unmovable strength to step through the sureness gate.
Resistance if futile as we all heard before,
We play out the law for each other
Relax, follow your feelings forevermore.
With resistance & opposing you just destroy your own system,
Be flexible, kind & understanding, then you'll never have any problem.
Judgement is a tricky thing, which can be misunderstood,
Just observe when you see what others do, bad or good,
Not just keep on gossiping & tell how they are
But learn and discard it or if it's good put it into your reservoir.
As the wise men suggest, travel thru time
Avoiding fear, resistance and judgement,
That's how you'll find constant betterment.
If you follow your feeling, but stand up for your deed,
That; s the reason you are here in time and space to proceed..

I Dont Fall In Love So Easy
(written by rodney crowell)
I dont fall in love so easy
I dont even know how it feels
I dont fall in love so easy
I dont even know if its real
Too strong dont mean its for long
Too deep dont mean its for keeps
Fast doesnt last
I dont fall in love so easy
But Im fallin in love with you
I dont give my heart to just anyone
I dont even know how to do it
I dont give my hand to just any man
I dont wanna put myself through it
I dont want what I dont want
I cant feel what I dont feel
Its sad but its true
I dont fall in love so easy
But Im fallin in love with you
I used to pray someday to change
But I found new ways to stay the same
Until you came
I dont fall in love so easy
I dont even know where to start
I dont fall in love so easy
I dont understand my own heart
Its so hard to drop my guard
I dont know how to just let go
But what else can I do
I dont fall in love so easy
But Im fallin in love with you
Im fallin in love with you
Yes, Im fallin in love with you
