We have created indoor installations inside museums, like the Wrapped Floor at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago in 1968, and not monumental at all by any standards.

One of my major goals is to develop a web of the small Wyoming museums and create a major museum system. There are about eight of these museums, and they are all scattered.

My place in Chicago is a 105 year old house, but I really like contemporary spaces too, so it's refreshing and fun to be in a space where you can do contemporary things.
Museums are tombs, and it looks like everything is turning into a museum.

People are forced to live in the house like statues in museums. Impressive is the monumental personification of these human chains kneeling on the edge of hope, ready to rise above the darkness that enslaved them.

We talk about theatre museums filled with old costumes and things. What we also need is a theatre museum of the old routines on videotape. We are only the custodians of those techniques, and they should be preserved.

It Is Time To Take Responsibility
It is time to take responsibility.
And stop blaming those,
Who created such a monumental mess.
~This we agree.
But those who protest our forward steps,
Just happen to be the very same people...
Who wish us not to succeed.
They want others to believe...
Their incompetence is missed.
And those choosing to ignore them,
And their pretensiousness...
Need to be convinced.
With a powerful blockading obstructing facts.
By a showing of their ignorance...
That keeps a stagnation intact.~
It is time to take responsibility.
And stop blaming those,
Who created such a monumental mess.
~Have you come forward to confess?
Or are you joining us to have this addressed?
Let me dropp this clue on you...
Most of us came out of the womb prepared.
And not to dance like Fred Astaire.~

My Kind Of Town
My kind of town, Chicago is
My kind of town, Chicago is
My kind of people too
People who,smile at you
And each time I leave, Chicago is
Tugging my sleave, Chicago is
One town that won't let you down
It's my kind of town
My kind of town, Chicago is
My kind of town, Chicago is
My kind of razzmatazz
And it has, all that jazz
And each time I rome, Chicago is
Calling me home, Chicago is
One town that won't let you down
It's my kind of town
Chicago is
The Wrigley Building, Chicago is
The Union stock yard, Chicago is
One town that won't let you down
It's my
My kind of town

Indoor Games
Indoor fireworks amuse your kitchen staff
Dusting plastic garlic plants
They snigger in the draught
When you ride through the parlour
Wearing nothing but your armour-
Playing indoor games.
One string puppet shows amuse
Your sycophantic friends
Who cheer your rancid recipes
In fear they might offend,
Whilst you loaf on your sofa
Sporting falsies and a toga-
Playing indoor games, indoor games.
Your mean teetotum spins arouse your seventh wife
Who pats her sixty little skins
And reinsures your life,
Whilst you sulk in your sauna
cos you lost your jigsaw corner-
Playing indoor games, indoor games.
Each afternoon you train baboons to sing
Or swim in purple perspex water wings.
Come saturday jump hopper, chelsea brigade,
High bender-trender its all indoor games.
No ball bagatelle incites
Your children to conspire,
They slide across your frying pan
And fertilize your fire;
Still you and jones go madder
Broken bones-broken ladder-
Hey ho . . .

The Museum of Nothing
Although the museum had nothing on exhibit...
The people not believing this,
Would still come in droves to visit.
They would stand in line to wait.
And pay their fee to gain entry.
And inquire, once inside...
Why was nothing there,
To sustain them with pride.
And from room to vacant room,
They walked behind the tour guide!
So the board of directors,
Decided to please them all.
And changed the name of the museum!
The museum was renamed,
The Museum of Nothing.
And people came in the Winter,
Spring, Summer and Fall.
And 'nothing' it was affectionately called.
Although the museum had nothing on exhibit...
The people not believing this,
Would still come in droves to visit.
They would stand in line to wait.
And pay their fee to gain entry.
Some adjusting to the nothingness.
While others stood for hours,
Just to stare as if in disbelief.
Addicted to anything said to them.
And clearly easy to deceive.

Seduction Surrender
Way deep in the night, the voice of love is calling,
(so) clear is the darkness, that reflects your face,
Born out of love, locked in desire,
The heat from your fire, seduction,
Cries fill the dark, I feel your embrace,
Losing control, surrender!
Oh oh, I hear love calling. oh oh the voice of love,
Hard is the flesh, soft is the night,
The rhythm of my heart beats like a drum,
The language of my body moves to a time,
The rhythm of desire like fire.
Oh oh, I hear love calling, oh oh the voice of love,
Oh oh, I can hear love calling, oh oh the voice of love,
I will be wrapped inside your love, I will be right within your love,
I will be wrapped inside your love,
Seduction surrender Ill always remember.
Locked inside your love, I will be right inside your love,
I will be wrapped within your love,
Seduction surrender, Ill always remember.
Oh oh, I hear love calling, oh oh, the voice of love,
Oh oh, I can hear love calling, oh oh the voice of love,
I will be wrapped inside your love, I will be right inside your love,
I will be wrapped inside your love,
Seduction surrender Ill always remember.
Locked inside your love, I will be there within your love,
I will be wrapped inside your love,
Seduction surrender Ill always remember,
Locked inside your love, I will be there within your love,
I will be wrapped inside your love(echoes),
Seduction surrender Ill always remember.
Seduction,
Seduction!!!

0408 The Phoenix Museum
A sightseeing phoenix a sign espied:
'This way to the Phoenix Museum';
A little homesick, went inside;
Looked for friends; but couldn't see 'em.
In hindsight, the title's
Just a little rash;
The Phoenix Museum
Is now a pile of ash...

Chicago
Chicago, chicago, that toddlin town
Chicago, chicago, Ill show you around (youll stay around)
Bet your bottom dollar you lose the blues in
Chicago, chicago, the folks who visit
All wanna settle down. (all wanna settle down in my hometown)
On state street, that great street, I just wanna say,
They do things they dont do on broadway,
Youll have the time, the time of your life
Bring all your friends, all your kids and your wife to
Chicago, chicago my hometown. (hey now baby--)
(oooh baby)
Youll have the time, the time of your life
Bring all your friends, all your kids and your wife to
Chicago, chicago my hometown.
Oh, to chicago, chicago my hometown (yeah)
