Christians can bring peace to multi-religious Europe because we are able to understand the role of faith in the lives of other believers better than atheists.

How can God allow this...?

The cry goes up…
making atheists out of believers,
believers out of atheists…

The answer offered from the wise
or wiser, is
God granted Man freewill…
without qualification…

so couldn’t He have arranged
that we could commit suicide,
but not murder? Wouldn’t that
be fairer…?

Seems not – He has to keep
by His own rules; those same inexorable rules
that allow a single tyrant
to bring down a whole nation -
do we dare say: with its own consent?

And man seeks to rule his fellows’ lives
by some shadow of that divinely ordained law:
granting to us, in some countries, though not all,
the right to carry arms… that gun
we carry ‘for our own defence’;
we who cannot all defend ourselves
against our own impulses;
we who defend the right
to portray murder without limit on our screens…
as if to see it acted out, still preserves, maintains,
even asserts, our innocence…
we, too, dispense freewill..
and call it ‘rights’…

the solemn bells ring deep and slow;
pause; say nothing; remember; learn.

Ceasefire

Believers, stoked by a thirst-quenching fire
scale mountains with hope-braided rope.
Atheists, being damper and drier
tackle gentler slopes of Mope and Cope.

Some ride a pendulum high, to inspire
music and art beyond mortal scope.
Others, content in a logical mire
wash layers of mud with plain soap.

Unflinching believers aspire, won't tire
aligned by an inner gyroscope.
Less particular atheists acquire
bits, here and there in a whimsical grope.

Once, creation myths were shaped by desire
like a slow turning kaleidoscope.
Advent of printing fixed faith to require
no deviation from dogma's tightrope.

Maybe evolution was the supplier
of protective spiritual envelope.
Still, who would conspire, to maim with crossfire
unless she be a hard misanthrope.

Ways Unfounded

God moves in ways we think not, when Godly faith becomes our lot,
Living daily, our faith prescribed, by He who lives, although He died.
Christ now lives, guiding those, following in faith, the One who rose,
Guiding us with Staff and Rod, is our Shepherd, our friend and God.

Leading believers in ways unfound, as God puts us on solid ground,
With our faith in the One who lives, His peace to us our Savior gives,
In a world that can appear hollow, He gives us vision when we follow,
Sight unfound in this world we see, but, a vision anchored in Eternity.

Man’s empty ways have such allure, in a dark world that is so unsure,
When what you see is what you get, in God’s Plan, simply doesn’t fit,
For all our faith, founded in Him, takes us beyond man’s empty whim,
When all earthly plans turn into dust, an enduring plan is ours by trust.

All God’s Ways we may not know, but with all them He helps us grow,
With all eyes on The Author of Life, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,
As God helps believers to rise, in downtimes, much to man’s surprise,
For His Ways, by many are ignored, for they have no faith in our Lord.

But, the many who have believed, enduring Truths, they have received,
Although no one fully understands, this entire world is in God’s Hands,
God’s Will, shall be achieved friend, as this dark world will see its end,
As believers, move into Eternal Life, safely with, our Lord Jesus Christ.

Faith For The Faithful

Through righteousness that’s not our own
Through gifts we now receive
Through Fire that melts a heart of stone
We’ve faith to Christ believe

We hope to see what’s never been
What no ones had to share
No ear has heard no eye has seen
We know through faith it’s there

Through faith we’ll see our God above
Through faith we live in peace
Through faith we’ll share eternal love
Where joy will never cease

Yet even when we go to sleep
Faith plays its wondrous part
We trust The Lord each night to breathe
Keeping alive our heart

Right there it seems to Christians odd
Why atheists don’t die
Unconsciously, they’ll trust in God
Yet consciously deny

Thank God for gifts that reigns supreme
Thank God for faith divine
Thank God for Christ The Living Stream
Through whom now life is mine

It’s mine because of faith’s embrace
Because of love unknown
Because I live to see the face
Who sits on Heaven’s throne

Alone I’d fail to walk the walk
I’d fail to claim this boast
No flesh and bone could talk the talk
Without the Holy Ghost

Europe's Problem

The Problem of Europe

There is an echo that rumbles in my liberal mind regarding
the Moslem population in Europe. Yes, we must accept them
they are citizens, but they do live in Europe now which has
different culture than the Moslem world. But it appears to me
they want to change a Europe to become like them.
The first generations of Moslems who came here were happy
to escape poverty and repressing regimes, however it is
the new generation who feel they are not being accepted…
but they are. Europe needs the energy and thrift the Moslem
youth brings as long as they don’t try to fit Europe into
an unreal sharia state that never existed other than in the mind
zealots. So my liberal mind is confused, I will bend for their
religious needs, but I will not live their repressed life, to be
straitjacket into religious rules I find objectionable.

God’s Peace

There is a peace available, in troubled times, but not to all,
A peace available all the time, greater than peace of mind,
And this peace goes everywhere, to handle every tiny care,
But it has no limits to, the problems it can see you through.

The peace that I’m speaking of, will only come from above,
Peace God gives to His own, flowing down from His throne,
The peace of God all receive, when by faith they do believe,
The Gospel Truth of His Son, Christ, who died for everyone.

Though He died, now He lives, as this peace to us He gives,
Sent to believers in this life, to shelter them from daily strife,
The Holy Spirit is God’s agent, in whom God’s peace is sent,
The Spirit is our true comforter, giving us peace in trials sore.

This peace for us is secured, by the work done by The Lord,
And the only part left for us, is to place in The Lord our trust,
Then with a loving nod, Christ sends to us the peace of God,
A peace into a believer’s heart, that from God will not depart.

Peace always there for those, keeping eyes on He who rose,
Who gave to them a new life, centered in the peace of Christ,
This as that believer lives, through the Spirit that Christ gives,
Providing them God’s peace, in their heart that will not cease.

Monstrosities That I Observe Among Christians

I. It’s a monstrosity that some people believe

It’s a monstrosity that some people believe
that a deadly illness,
poverty, loss of a job and income
and every disaster that happens daily to people

results from their sin,
where people live outside the hand of God
and when I think about a one-year-old child
that is dying of cancer,

see how people that were wealthy
now is on the street,
it reminds me about Job,
while there is still trust and hope
in the biggest darkness.

II. That the eating of meat is sin

Some people believe
that according to the Bible it is sin
to eat meat
and so easily they forget

that the Bible says clearly
that some meat foods are clean,
that Jesus himself multiplied fishes and bread,
that shepherds caring for their flocks of sheep

were informed about the coming
of the Son of God
and still I wonder
why the shepherds had sheep?

III. That atheists originate from the teaching of some churches

That the doctrines of other churches
compel people to become atheists
as there teachings are free from all truth
and only true Christians

in that particular Christian faith are serving God,
as if God is not reaching out His hands
to all Christians
and every has do not have dedicated people

and then they hit on their breasts like the Pharisees
and say that they are elect children
of Abraham,
while they are really a brood of vipers

and the atheists that I know,
are people that struggle
to find God in science,
as if a person can bind Him
to figures and symbols.

IV. That the will of God is carried out

That the will of God
is carried out in every decision
that a church organization
or its representatives take

and when a minister requests you to do something
it comes from the mouth of God Himself
and if you are not able to or want to do it,
you are rebelling against God.

I have heard ministers
using prayers to force
their will upon people,
as if they are twisting
the arm of God
to turn things to their way.

Garland of Faith

Faith is precious!
Faith can't be bought with wealth
Faith is our belief
And we believe from our heart
Faith is the thing not to play with!
People have their own faith according to religion!
Some believe in gods
Others not
Christians, Muslims, Hindus and Buddhists all
Christians believe in Jesus
Muslims believe in Allah
Hindus believe in God or Ishur
Some believe in friends, relatives and life partners
People those who have confidence and faith from heart
They are the real successor!

Barack Obama

We will not apologize for our way of life, nor will we waver in its defense, and for those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents, we say to you now that our spirit is stronger and cannot be broken; you cannot outlast us, and we will defeat you. For we know that our patchwork heritage is a strength, not a weakness. We are a nation of Christians and Muslims, Jews and Hindus — and non-believers. We are shaped by every language and culture, drawn from every end of this Earth; and because we have tasted the bitter swill of civil war and segregation, and emerged from that dark chapter stronger and more united, we cannot help but believe that the old hatreds shall someday pass; that the lines of tribe shall soon dissolve; that as the world grows smaller, our common humanity shall reveal itself; and that America must play its role in ushering in a new era of peace.

Hope For Peace

There is hope for peace,
Even though it seems to look slim.
There is hope for peace,
If your trust and faith are not dim.
Though hopelessness may surround you,
The mighty struggle will always be there,
But with the perseverance of the advocates,
They will guide and encourage you with care.
Just when you thought peace was futile
And lost faith and confidence in everything,
The vociferous peace seekers are beside you -
Messages of peace and harmony they bring,
And you'll know assurance and the saga of peace,
For the determined struggle will never depart,
And the driving force will not lie dormant,
Always striving for peace and doing your part.

Fakers of Faith

Limited by fakers of faith...
Ready to share their praises,
With defeat and downfall on their lips.
Christians only in quick church visits.
Describing the evils,
And how they deal with it.
Uniting to bring themselves to levels
They understand.
Allowing those to sing the blues
And those who come with good news,
Are looked upon with disgust and contempt!
Smiling faces are abandoned...
With these messages sent
From those who claim to 'know' God!

Rush Limbaugh = Judgement Day

Every sinner has their future
As every saint has their past.
All of us have shamed our Lord
By ungodliness we allow to last.

Our world has its givers and believers
Sinners, falsehoods, wars, and those who take.
Blessings, happiness, hate, fear and lust
Love, forgiveness, faith and heartbreak.

As Christians we can't help but ponder
All our misjudgments in life we've made.
We contemplate the day we must stand before God
And account for our conduct on parade.
