Stay
Stay
Just a little bit longer
Please please please please please
Tell me that you're going to
Daddy don't mind, do you
Mama don't mind, no
If we have another dance
Just one more time.
Oh, won't you stay
Just a little bit longer,
Please let me hear
You say that you will
Say you will
Won't you place your sweet lips
To mine
Won't you say you love me
All of the time
Come on stay,
Just a little bit longer
Please please please please please
Tell me that you're going to
Oh, come on stay, come on come on come on, stay
Come on come on come on, stay
Come on come on come on, stay

One Day at a Time
We need to take our eyes off us, and in the Lord put our trust,
Our vision can be small indeed, focusing just on present need.
But, the Lord who’s over all, takes care of needs big and small,
As He has and He always will, care for His own, so just be still.
The Lord truly does so much more, for all of those He cares for,
Far beyond what we can see, as He shepherds them to Eternity.
Guiding them along every path, this as they avoid unseen wrath,
And other problems avoided by, God, when we don’t know why.
We’ve been told to live for today, leaning on God along the way,
Not looking at problems tomorrow, only to fill hearts with sorrow,
For believers, it is God’s design, for us to live one day at a time,
And if you try it, you shall find, God will give you peace of mind.
What is to be is know by God, as He leads us with staff and rod,
Guiding His own on paths unknown, as He leads us safely home.
Today we are told not to borrow, any cares at all from tomorrow,
As today alone will have enough, of all those cares we speak of.
In the Lord we should always rest, no matter what the trial or test,
On any path that you need to take, you, the Lord will not forsake,
But, it’s His own who forsake Him, when worry leads cares to sin,
So, be still and rest in Christ, and God’s Peace, shall fill your life.

A Scientist and A Poet!
Strange are these men,
people can enjoy their work,
one can't compare these,
but let us try end enjoy!
Scientist and Poet,
One studies the worlds,
And another studies words,
Both can be above human mind,
One play with his logic and another plays word magic!
Both scientists and Poets,
Meditate,
One upon his experiments,
And another upon mind,
One studies cause and effect in this world,
Another studies love and affectaction of world!
One take pains work for some purpose,
Another can lie under the nose,
Both stumble on luck,
Scientist discovers a truth,
Poet always plays with so many of them!

Why
This version has slightly different lyrics than 'the lansdowne tapes' version
Thought of no tomorrow
The pain, tears and sorrow
And you never told me why
The way you cheated
And mistreated
I could never ask you why
Well, i'm gonna find out
I'm gonna find out
What's been messing up your mind
Messing up your mind
Well, i've been through
Some changes
Now i'm leaving
While me mind rearranges
Why i'm grieving
I don't mean that you hurt me
Or deceived me
For i know that you're there
And you need me
You sure do
But i hope you can't see how it is
I can't stay any longer
I've got to go
Is there any true reason
Or anything i can explain
Can't we talk about it baby
And get together again
You see i have the feeling
That this isn't the end
And i feel knowing
On you i depend
I depend on you
I'm gonna find out, yes i am
I'm gonna find out
What it is that's been
Messing up your mind
Well, i said that i love you
And i need you
Then it means i am yours
Yes, i belong to you
But i just can't be certain
That you love me too
Well, i've got to know
If i can believe in you
Please believe my heart is yours
I can't stay any longer
I've got to go
Perhaps it's best for us
To stay together
And try to live our lives as one
And maybe we will find
We're still together
To watch the setting of the sun

No Compasion
-----------
In a world
where people have problems
In this world
where decisions are a way of life
Other people's problems they overwhelm my mind
They say compassion is a virtue, but I don't have the time
So many people...have their problems
I'm not interested...in their problems
I guess I've...experienced some problems
But now I've...made some decisions
Takes a lot of time to push away the nonsense
Take my compassion...Push it as far as it goes
My interest level's dropping, my interest level is dropping
I've heard all I want to, I don't want to hear any more
What are you, in love with your problems?
I think you take it...a little too far
It's...not so cool to have so many problems
But don't expect me to explain your indecisions
Go...talk to your analyst, isn't that what they're paid for
You walk, you talk...You still function like you used to
It's not a question...Of your personality or style
Be a little more selfish, it might do you some good
In a world where people have problems
In this world where decisions are a way of life
Other people's problems, they overwhelm my mind
They say compassion is a virtue, but I don't have the time

Lay Lady Lay
Lay lady lay, lay across my big brass bed,
Lay lady lay, lay across my big brass bed..
Whatever colours you have in your mind
I show them to you and you see them shine
Lay lady lay, lay across my big brass bed,
Stay lady stay, stay with your man a while..
Until the break of day, let me see you make him smile
His clothes are dirty but his, his hands are clean
And you are the best thing that hes ever seen
Stay lady stay, stay with your man a while..
Why wait any longer for the world to begin
You can have your cake and eat it, too
Why wait any longer for the one you love
When hes standing in front of you, ooh ooh
Lay across my big brass bed.....
Stay lady stay
I long to see you in the, morning light
I long to reach for you in the night
Stay lady stay, stay while the night is still ahead
Lay lady lay...
Stay... stay!...
Ahhh ahhhhhhh
Ohhhh

Of all the things Christ wants for us, loving Him and focusing our attention on Him are the most important.

Doing What It Takes To Feel One's Best
Doing what it takes to feel one's best,
Is 'not' something one adopts to do...
To get the attention.
Misconceptions about that are taught to those,
To leave them feeling insecure to be left exposed.
And psychologically dependent on others.
Those who are seeking the attention,
Are the ones making the excuses...
For everything done they do,
To avoid doing that which they should.
Fearing then no one would notice them at all.
And for them to be noticed is what is sought.
Leave them alone to figure themselves out,
And they wouldn't know what to do 'with' clues.
Especially if no one is there to listen,
To their opinions given or their version of life...
Yet for them to live.
But they'll try to convince others they know about.
Doing what it takes to feel one's best,
Is 'not' something one adopts to do to get the attention.
Doing what it takes to feel one's best,
Is something one does to comprehend.
And many not comprehending,
Can also be viewed amongst those refusing to listen.
Only a life lived to be one's best,
Is often a life lived making fewer excuses.
With less complaints heard,
To create and produce to seduce someone else...
For whatever the reason found around,
To digest.

True peace.
Peace, that is all the world needs.
but how long could peace last?
As the hearts of trouble ones,
are at large.
And for peace to settle on each of hearts,
is for a certain wants.
But how is it to find true peace?
That is if to just image of trouble,
and peace can no longer stay.
That there is so much of the world's problems,
that even the slightest peace could not even live.
And so how can true peace still lives?
How can peace exist,
in this tiring world?
That seems only problems lives.
But sure there is true peace,
that comes from above,
that comes down like a dove.
From the One that loves the world,
and true peace that He gives,
that last for eternity.
That we can be sure,
that problems from the world,
are settle by Him.
For all praises shall be given unto Him,
for true peace comes from Him,
Jesus Christ.

Longer I Live
LONGER I LIVE
Longer I live more I believe
Blessed is your love from above
For me to treasure beyond measure
On this earth is the truth
Longer I live more I believe
Your heart is ocean of bliss
Spilling all over in my future
Like sun light day and night
Longer I live more I believe
You are gleam of my dream
Melody of song I hum along
Feeling the essence of your puissance
Longer I live more I believe
Your tender touch means so much
Sparkle of joy wings to fly
In world of dreams of sunbeams

My Studies
I do well in school
I am a straight A kid
I was going straight and I was sane
until this new kid came
He was really cute
But I thought it was just a crush
It would be over soon
I guess I ran out of luck
I couldn't concentrate
I was busy thinking of you
I couldn't focus on my studies
I loss sense of what I should do
You're in my homework
You're in my studies
When I look at my text book I do not see problems
Only you and your words
And I don't write the write answers because I am only answering the imaginary you
