Comedy is really not like any other art form in that it's very specialized and varied in it's content, but generic in it's title.

That title, is one of the things I fought for. A lot of people said ""But it's stupid, and it's the title of a comedy movie, and people won't take it seriously,"" and I'm sure there are some people who still don't. But for the most part, people do see that we really have a quality show.

Title
Give a title
Pursue it.
Giving title is in your hand
After giving title it is you
To go behind it.
Through this title
You are going to search truth
And the secret of truth
Though the title is
Not based on truth.
Title given on imagination
And imaginary world is not real world.
Without imagination
You can not go anywhere
You can not achieve anything.
It is your imagination
That pull and push you.
From the starting
You are wandering
With the title
You have given.
Unless you forget
All that are yours
You can not reach me.
Go not with anything.
Come to me only
Come to me in empty.

I think that comedy really tells you how it is. The other thing about comedy is that - you don't even know if you're failing in drama, but you do know when you're failing in comedy. When you go to a comedy and you don't hear anybody laughing, you know that you've failed.

There's a lot of comedy in Intermission but it's got this depth. It's not comedy for comedy's sake - it's informed by something else. I like stuff like that.

At those times I got into... I suppose you call it a rut. I used to do comedy, comedy, comedy and I suddenly thought I ought to break away from this somehow.
Theo does comedy now, and he's traveling around the country doing comedy, and I actually just saw him, he's from Louisiana, and I just saw him when I went home to visit my family in Louisiana. I saw his comedy show and he was brilliant.

Part of keeping space open is not to try to choose a form - to spend more time thinking about content, and let form take care of itself.

A story without a history
A good without a rule
An emotion without an act
A journey without an end
A world without a border
A love without a doubt
Futuristic SF or pure action
Witty drama or refreshing comedy

Based on legend or fantasy adventure
Mind thriller or piece of biography

A Generic God
“Oh my God”, an often heard phrase, empty words uttered these days,
This not the God The Bible speaks of, The One, Who reigns up above,
As He said, “Don’t speak my Name”, hastily spoken, just taken in vain,
He is The Lord, many do not fear, speaking vainly, all over this sphere.
Most people who travel this sod, believe in something, they call a god,
This god isn’t The God of the Bible, One to whom we all shall be liable,
A generic god, many men herald, not God above, but one of the world,
Gods that have been created by men; gods, who Christ shall condemn.
The generic god’s held up by many, varying views, by which are plenty,
Embraced by people of all kinds, deep thinkers and even small minds,
So whatever men want to believe, this is the god, that they can receive,
And no changes are required of them, as their god will never condemn.
They may or not believe in Heaven, a belief tainted with spiritual leaven,
Changing instead, God’s Eternal Truth, so they are heading for reproof,
Also, as far as most men can tell, many of those do not believe in Hell,
As one’s death is final in their eyes, seeing no life at all, after man dies.
Now there’s men who once believed, but by Satan have been deceived,
Teaching all men shall find a place, in Heaven, apart from God’s Grace,
This is all part of man’s falling away, to a generic god we hear of today,
Falling from God’s Solid Ground, to another god, that will not be found.

For Me To Love You Baby, You Simply Have To Tell All The Lies....
so you are the topnotch of my choice
i have many of your kind of my illusions,
but you make it inside my heart and i feel so blessed
having you inside me, like i am a cup filled with honey
and you are not spilled even if i have to run away
fast like a water ski,
i like your form most, i set aside content,
form is more satisfying, with content i really have to wait a little longer, like talking to you, and listening and
appreciating,
and i have no time for all these sweet-nothings,
it is the form of your body, and it is the most important thing to me now, i who is lost in my
hunger-desire, own you love you take you forever whispers.
you know the truth, i never touched you.
when i leave this room and then they ask if i am a brute
a beast, a tiger with sharp killer teeth or a lion with a
sharp lovers claw, or an elephant with an ivory tusk that
amazes a lady hunter rolling in the hills like a top,
....tell them, i am all those metaphors.
for me to love you baby, you simply have to lie.

~ Varied Intimacy ~
Multifarious divine intimacy
Varied shades of love
Born from deeper commitment
Ever growing in loving abidance
Spiritual dimensions of intimacy
Varied degrees of value
Transcending encompassing passion
Permeates being, deep within
Maturing love in intimacy
Varied keys of glory
Cascades, by covenant promise
Desire, drawn by attraction
Passion, the essence of intimacy
Varied vastness of manifold love
Fervent desire to draw closer
Blessed consummation of Spirit, Body and Soul

Each One Needs a Title
Each one needs a title.
It's not enough to call them by their first names.
Or not be introduced,
Without hearing one's résumé.
And they are serious too.
They want people to know they've earned degrees.
They quickly reveal where they live, what they drive.
And where they eat to be fed the best cruisine.
Each one needs a title.
Something that widens eyes a lot.
Some are overheard saying,
Where they vacation and shop.
Who has a nanny!
And which ones do not.
Who employs a housekeeper.
And which services some had to stop.
Each one needs a title.
At least one impressive enough...
For tongues to wag,
And jaws to drop!
