I've chosen to treat my life more like a party than something to stress about.

STRESS (Life Poem)
Stress is living life in a self-inflating balloon
From airless to full is the excitement in life
Increasing pressure is a tension of colour
Stress filled is not stressful in this party of life
With survival a knack of avoiding sharp objects
And where excessive inflation will inevitably
Cause an instant deflation in very small pieces
Of the dreams and goals which are life today
And like Humpty in pieces these cannot
Be easily put back together again.

Party Man
So then, up upon this high wall
Looking at the street lights
All spread out like a banquet
Why is this room so silent?
Only when Im moving
No direction chosen
Rolling over emotion
Guess Im your party man.
P p party man, p p partyman
Im your party man

Where's The Party
Where's the party (party, party)
Where's the party (party, party)
Show me the way, show me the way
It's like a holiday
That happens everyday
I get to celebrate
No matter what you say
When I get real bored
I want something more
I never lose my head
Cause I know the score
Show me the way
Show me the way
C'mon, show me the way
Where's the party?
All I Wanna do is have some fun
Where's the party?
Party all night 'til I can't go on
Where's the party?
All I Wanna do is have some fun
Where's the party?
Show me the way, show me the way
One thing I know
Is when I feel low
I never have to worry
Got a place to party
no one's getting mean
It's so obscene
No matter what goes down
I just get what I need
Show me the way
Show me the way
C'mon, show me the way
Where's the party?
All I Wanna do is have some fun
Where's the party?
Party all night 'til I can't go on
Where's the party?
All I Wanna do is have some fun
Where's the party?
Show me the way, show me the way
Where's the party, where's the party
party, party, party, party, party, party, party, party
p-p-p-party
Show me the way
Show me the way
C'mon, show me the way
Where's the party?
All I Wanna do is have some fun
Where's the party?
Party all night 'til I can't go on
Where's the party?
All I Wanna do is have some fun
Where's the party?
Show me the way, show me the way
Show me the way, if you show me the way
C'mon show me the way
Where's the party?
All I Wanna do is have some fun
Where's the party?
Party all night 'til I can't go on
Where's the party?
All I Wanna do is have some fun
Where's the party?
Show me the way, show me the way
Where's the party, where's the party
Where's the party, where's the party
Show me the way
Show me the way

Stress removes stress
Stress your eyes to stare;
Stress your ears to listen;
Stress your brain to think;
Stress your belly to secrete.
Then they grow out of stress.

Self Examination Is a Process That Must Take Place
I am not one up to addressing stress.
Or the affects of neglecting the effects of it.
But those who defend and protect the obviousness
Of their own unhappiness,
Because they choose to keep their stress kept secret...
Can not be helped.
I've dealt with it myself to know the steps.
People who have already decided to over-medicate themselves...
Have chosen not to face their own reflections.
And self examination is a process that must take place,
If anyone is going to progress beyond their afflictions.

Although... the Chief Magistrate must almost of necessity be chosen by a party and stand pledged to its principles and measures, yet in his official action he should not be the President of a party only, but of the whole people of the United States.

I'm 20 years old. I like to party as much as anyone my age. Going clubbing is my way of relaxing or releasing a lot of stress. I don't feel that I should have to justify that part of my life. I don't know that I'm necessarily an addict.

The Maker Said Take Her
I was taught to believe, and never to doubt
The man up above, knows what he's talking about.
So when I heard that voice, so loud and clear,
Speak to my heart I knew that she must be near.
The maker said take her and love her forever
Take care of her for life
And treat her right
I never was the one for listening very well
I walked my own way and felt what I felt
Further out of touch with the master plan
she was like a flight to the promised land
And
The maker said take her and love her forever
Take care of her for life
Never forsake her, don't be a heartbreaker
The maker said take her and treat her right.
Just treat her right
He placed an angel in the palm of my hands
And for once of my life I obeyed his comands
I'll take her and lover her forever
Take care of her for life
Never forsake her, don't be a heartbreaker
The maker said take her and treat her right.
Just treat her right.
Just treat her right.
The maker said take her and love her forever;
Take care of her for life.
Never forsake her, don't be no heartbreaker
The maker said take her and treat her right.
And treat her right
For life

Party Heart
B. bryant
Youve got a party heart, a gay time party heart
Youre only happy when the partys going on
And it makes me sad because I know that partys have to end
And when this partys over, youll be gone
I love your party heart your playful party heart
But though you make me laugh you also make me cry
Cos I know you only think of me as just a party friend
And when the partys done youll say goodbye
A playtime girl like you plays lots of thrills in life it seems
But oh, what Id ever give to be the playboy of your dreams
Id tame your party heart, your fickle party heart
And someday thats just what some party boy will do
But I love you so, I guess that Ill cry just as much as you
When someone breaks your party heart in two
When someone breaks your party heart in two
When someone breaks your party heart in two....

Party Down
I know the night is silent Ill be insane
Got to find a new place where I can hide from the rain
Ill wait for the weekend to get wasted and then
Gonna get on up so I can fall down again
Party down...party down....party down
This world is crazy, everybody party down
You bring the bottle baby Ill bring the glass
Ill be the animal, you can be the class
I know that memory that can shed us some light
This kind of magic keeps me flyin all night
Party down....party down....party down
This world is crazy, lets all party down
Im just tryin to feel better
I just wanna feel better
Dont waste your life away
Eeverybody party down
Gonna shimmer my shoes on down to the red dog saloon
Just waitin for the sunset to give way to the moon
Been sleepin all day so I can party all night
Hallucinating at the northern lights
Party down....party down....party down

With What the Stress Has Taught
Though I have not a reason for my stress
The world begins to test me once again...
I love my life but now I must confess
That I would not mind if it were to end.
The mental tension has my life confined
And there is no nepenthe for my strain,
But still the life I love does ask my mind
To burn and blacken out in daily pain.
Why must the burden be too large to bear?
Why does it snap the spirit like a twig?
Why does the mind commit to such affairs
That give us but another grave to dig?
Though stress ignites the hell within my thoughts,
My life improves with what the stress has taught.
Stress
When stress gets me, I’m not alone;
It strikes almost everyone;
Be they my kith or kin or spouse,
Relatives, neighbors near my house.
When stress attacks, I’m not alone,
It affects all known / unknown;
Be they friends or strangers or foes,
In office, class-room or indoors.
When stress hooks me, I transmit it
To those around by habit;
It spares no one, however great,
Almost everyone is its bait!
When stress gets me, I avoid it
And train my mind to remain fit;
Worrying, hurrying will not suffice;
Stress is a leading, lethal vice!
When stress gets me, I ignore it,
Expecting things to ease a bit;
A certain stress is good for health;
Ov’rstress is bad as excess wealth!
When stress gets me, I’m angry;
My house-hold pets too go hungry;
My garden plants get no water;
My world gets shrunk- it does matter!
When stress gets me, I can’t sleep;
Engulfed’s my heart in sadness deep;
I must relax/ do exercise;
This is the distressing device!

They Want A New Announcer
He did not decide the party was coming to a close.
He agreed and was chosen to make the announcement,
That the party would soon be over.
And many accepted that.
Now they reject that fact presented.
They want a new announcer,
That is not so quick...
To end their delusions.
Preferrably someone other than...'that' one!
However...
Whoever comes to turn on bright lights,
After they have been dimmed...
Will come to declare,
What was there...
Is over for them!
And still,
They will not believe or accept the message.

Love Is Not Blind
How can such a beautiful earth
Look so ugly up close
We treat the earth with such disgrace
That we have forced love to hide its face
Now all you hear people say is Love Is Blind
I feel like love has chosen to be blind
Due to the way we treat its breeding grounds
Love wants to only see beauty
But would prefer to be blind
Then to see all this ugly we put around it
But love is all around us
But with so much hate love has to sneak around
That’s why a lot of times when you find love
You never saw it coming
But back to the point is
Love really blind, well I say no
Love has just chosen to close its eyes
To avoid seeing all this hate that love despise

Party
Dont delay
Today
Youve got to join the party
Theres no choice
Your voice
Will join the sound sound sound sound
Light the flame
Our aim
Lets get the whole thing started
Tell your friends
Attend
Look what weve found
And if youre scared
Or unaware
Theres no-one here
Wholl put you down
Dont be afraid
You make the grade
Dont hesitate
Come into town
Come on
Everyone is going to
Party, party
Everyone is going to
Party - yeah
Thats the place
Our base
Will make the whole world welcome
No-one cares
What you wear
Just come on down
Youll be there
And you will share
With people
All around
And youll be strong
cause you belong
To everyone
Youve found
I said come on
I said
Everyone is going to
Party, party
Everyone is going to
Party - yeah
Everyone is going to
Party, party
Everyone is going to
Party - yeah
And I say yeah
Come on
Everyone is going to
Party, party
Everyone is going to
Party - yeah
Come on
Everyone is going to
Party, party
Come on
Everyone is going to
Party - yeah

Many Are Called
Many are called, dear heart, to happiness,
But few are chosen, even for a wild short year.
Love calls us from our sleep, and we make stress
To rise and greet him in a world austere
With a sweet dawn, while blithe as chanticleer
He carols his brave message, and we loosen
The shutters of our grief to find him near.
Many are called by Love, but few are chosen.
Love's voice is truth. He speaks his messages
In tones we dare not doubt, and we give ear
As to a prophet of our wilderness,
The glorious lord of a new hemisphere.
And we run, we too, glorious, without fear,
Like children on bright ice too thinly frozen,
Gay to our doom. Ah me! The plunge was sheer.
Many are called by Love, but few are chosen.
Love chooses whom he will to ban or bless.
My fate was a wild shepherd's on the drear
Plains of wan hope, whose one--time shepherdess
Was lost even in the winning, and whose cheer
Has since been of the yellow leaf and sere,
(Scorned is the rose--tree Time finds no last rose on)
And silence claims him and the end is near.
Many are called by Love, but few are chosen.
Queen of my life! I do not love you less
Because you choose not me to cast your woes on.
It is enough for me you once said ``Yes.''
Many are called by Love, but few are chosen.

Life 'O' The Party
This is the life o' the party
We gonna do it right
So Ur havin' a party?
Goody 4 U
All the beautiful people gonna b there?
Yeah, that's cool
U know Ur gonna have a good time cause U got the news
That the life o' the party is gonna party with U
We're doing our own thing
Until the sun'll come up
Sweet Candy gonna b there
Yeah, it's gonna b rough
She ain't got no off switch
And neither do eye
When U read it in the paper 2morrow
U gonna hang Ur head and cry
[Chorus]
We gonna have us a party
All r welcome 2
We ain't down with nobody
That don't party like we do
Once we get it started
We got 2 go all night
This is the life of the party
We gonna do it right
Why party in your own yard
When U can party in mine?
All the beautiful people gonna b there
Puttin' the "I" in fine
Throw the records out my window
CD's out the door
Might as well give it 2 the milkman
We don't want it no more
Everybody can smell this funk y'all
Down in Altanta GA
Everybody, even Dre and Em, know it's OK
Hey, we don't need any trippin' y'all on this special day
We just callin' 2 let U know
U better not come if U can't stay
[Chorus]
What's it gonna take 2 get Ur booty soakin' wet?
U and me closer baby, that's a bet
Eye'm the life of the party
As long as eye got your body
Shakin like a leaf on a tree
Cutie come dance with me
U and me, we got mad chemistry
Don't it make U wanna holler?
Come with the life of the party, y'all
We're still makin dollars
25 years 2 life
The judge sentenced me 2 hard labor with a knife
Making cuts 4 y'all
Keeping the party packed and wall 2 wall
Eye don't care what they say
"He don't play the hits no more
plus eye thought he was gay"
But it ain't nothing if it ain't fun
My voice is getting higher
and Eye ain't never had my nose done
That's the other guy
All the purple hippies bang your head on the 1
[Chorus]

Basically, my problem was attributed to stress more than anything. I don't know what that does and I guess doctors can tell you that there's chemicals that build up in your system when you go through a lot of stress and constant stress.

Party
Well you know I dont get off on workin day after day
I wanna have some fun while Im here
I play the game when its goin my way
And theres nothin like a party when its kickin into gear
Im gettin ready for a party tonight
Yes Im gettin ready to cruise
And if youve got somethin for me
Ive got somethin for you
Baby
Its a party and nobody cares
What were doin there
Baby, its a party as long as youre there
Its a party, party, party!
I cant believe it when some people say
That its a sin that way we live to die
You know, theres never been a more natural thing
Yea theres a brand new story, but its the same old lie
So come on
Get ready for the time of your life
cause Im gettin right in the groove
And if youve got somethin for me
Ive got somethin for you
Baby
Its a party and nobody cares
What were doin there
Baby, its a party as long as youre there
Its a party, party, party!
Yea yea yea yea get down and party if you need a cue
Youre sure to find one in the crowd
Just meet some friends and have a toke or two
In a place where they can never play the music too loud
Get ready for a party tonight
cause Im gettin right in the groove
And if youve got somethin for me
Ive got somethin for you
Baby
Its a party and nobody cares
What were doin there
Baby, its a party as long as youre there
Its a party, party, party!
You know a man doesnt live on bread alone
Hes got to have some lovin each and every night
And a womans got to have it if the truth be known
Lets get together honey, its alright
