But since you're asking me, I'll tell you my opinion: all cornbread is authentic, as long as it's good, hot, and made with love and fresh ingredients.

I had a really good time with Martha Stewart, who also is somebody I really admire a lot. I've learned a lot from her and I think all of America has, about attention to detail and using fresh ingredients and making things beautiful and special.
If You Feed It Good
If you feed it good...
It stays fresh.
It stays the best,
One can get!
Yes.
And,
If you feed it good...
It stays fresh.
It stays the best,
One can get!
Yes,
Feed it good...
And it stays fresh.
It stays the best,
One can get!
I'm not gonna mock you anymore,
'Cause you're good to me.
You don't have to knock,
On that unlocked door.
No more...
I'll rock your needs
When we get it heated! .
Now,
If you feed it good...
It stays fresh.
It stays the best,
One can get!
Yes,
Feed it good...
It stays fresh.
It stays the best,
One can get!
Yes,
Just feed it good...
And it stays fresh.
It stays the best,
One can get!
Don't shout or scream,
To be mean and demean.
I'm not your enemy.
Nor do I owe a thing....
To ya!
You can pout with a frown,
Thinking it will bring me down.
To be around...
For your clown count!
To the ground.
But,
If you feed it good...
It stays fresh.
It stays the best,
One can get!
Yes,
Feed it real good...
It stays fresh.
It stays the best,
One can get!
Just,
Feed it good...
And it stays fresh.
It stays the best,
One can get!
Keep that in your head,
And let it feed real good!
Like it should.
Feed it good.
Keep that in your head,
And let it feed real good!
Like it should.
Feed it good.
Yes,
Feed it real good...
It stays fresh.
It stays the best,
One can get!
And,
Keep that in your head,
And let it feed real good!

Fresh Feeling
You dont have a clue,
What it is like
To be next to you.
Im here to tell you,
That it is good,
That it is true.
Chorus:
Birds singing a song,
Old pain is peeling,
This is that fresh
That fresh feeling.
Words cant be that strong,
My heart is real,
This is that fresh,
That fresh feeling.
Try, try to forget,
Whats in the past,
Tomorrow is here.
Love on the sky above,
Lie in your way,
Theres nothing to fear.
Chorus
Some people are good,
? ? ? the hood,
So pure and so free.
I make a safe bed,
Youre gonna get,
Whatever you need.
Chorus
That fresh feeling.
This is that fresh feeling.

Mr. Grieves
Hope everything is alright hope everything is alright
What's that floating in the water
Oh neptune's only daughter
I believe
In mr. grieves
Pray for a man in the middle
One that talks like doolittle
I believe
In mr. grieves
Do you have another opinion
Do you have another opinion
La la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la
Got bombed got frozen
Got finally off to a finally dozing
I believe
In mr. grieves
Do you have another opinion
Opinion
Do you have another opinion
Do you have another opinion
You can cry you can mope
But can you swing from a good rope
Oh i believe
In mr. grieves
Hope everything is alright
Hope everything is alright

Too Bad Youre No Good
Sittin here thinkin bout you and me
Its a cryin shame cause its plain to see
You made me love you so bad
You made me love you so bad
You made me love you so bad
Too bad youre no good
You smile like an angel, lie like a rug
You wouldnt change if you could
cause its in your blood
You made me love you so bad
You made me love you so bad
You made me love you so bad
Too bad youre no good
Midnight knockin, youre droppin around
Trash talkin, and stalkin me down
Better watch out when you play that game
I got a thirty-eight special on a forty-five frame
Call the preacher, call the police
With a man like you, its famine or feast
You made me love you so bad
You made me love you so bad
You made me love you so bad
Too bad youre no good
Well, I talked to your mother
She knows I tried
I talked to your brother
He was on my side
But the hardest thing to comprehend
Is if I had it to do over
Id do it again
Call the preacher, call the police
With a man like you, its famine or feast
You made me love you so bad
You made me love you so bad
You made me love you so bad
Too bad youre no good
You made me love you so bad, bad, bad
Too bad youre no good

A woman has enough ingredients
To attract a man;
Also she has enough ingredients
To repel a man.
She has all four seasons in her fold.

Please Do Not Bring This to Their Attention
Hmmm,
Authentic?
About as authentic as false smiles will allow.
I guess.
Or one's depiction of those envied,
At best.
Who knows?
One's truth is in the acceptance of one's perception.
And the ability to entertain denial!
Stand where you are,
And observe this!
It's free.
One who embellishes without constraint,
Can damage the quality of a class act.
By going through the motions.
And not a growth shown from that...
Is attempted with or without requests.
Authentic?
Will put replicas to shame.
If recognized!
But those accustomed to mediocrity,
Would never know the difference between
What's genuine or fake.
Since much of their environment,
Is based on substitutes and other things demeaned.
Oh...stop that glaring at me!
Open your eyes and let that be seen.
I'm just your tour guide.
Not the creator of this BS!
However,
Please do not bring this to their attention.
We find their pretentions,
Priceless.
And...
Judging by your reaction,
You do as well.
At least your good tastes have not been wasted.

Scratched And Muddied
I have often heard it said to me,
I should not base my negative opinion...
On what a few nasty people have said to me,
Or about me and to others who have accepted...
Those comments made intentionally.
Especially those made over the many years,
And at my expense directed.
And usually someone will come along,
With eyes beaming bright unaware of the history...
Who will say,
'People are like that all over the place.
You should not take what people do to you personally.'
And I look down at my feet.
And at the shoes I wear.
With this comment I will make...
'How often have you worn my shoes?
And when was the last time you shined them,
When they became scratched and muddied? '
Then I leave cordially.
I dislike it when someone associates me,
With the killing of their fresh and glowing enthusiasm.
I like to keep my 'veteran' status undetectable.
And for as long as possible.

A Place Called the Matador
They started cooking food
A very long time ago
Creating a recipe because
They loved the Chile relleno so
Perfection the objective
Ingredients fresh and fine
To bring forth a creation
That nowhere they could find
So the spent many hours
Of every single day
Cooking the best product
In their very special way
Chili’s are most important
Ingredient of this food
Dough was mixed as well
Oh, it was extremely good
The Matador still remains
The food still as delicious
Devotion to the craft
That has become infamous
I had a chance to see for myself
Cooks who know the score
A product like no other
A place called the Matador!

A Tribute to Mr J. Graham Henderson, The World's Fair Judge
Thrice welcome home to Hawick, Mr J. Graham Henderson,
For by your Scotch tweeds a great honour you have won;
By exhibiting your beautiful tweeds at the World's Fair
You have been elected judge of Australian and American wools while there.
You had to pass a strict examination on the wool trade,
But you have been victorious, and not the least afraid,
And has been made judge of wools by Sir Henry Truman Good,
And was thanked by Sir Henry where he stood.
You have been asked by Sir Henry to lecture on wools there,
And you have consented to do so, which made your audience stare
When you let them see the difference betwixt good wool and bad;
You'll be sure to gain fresh honours, they will feel so glad.
To think they have found a clever man indeed,
That knows good wool and how to manufacture Scotch tweed,
I wish you success for many a long day,
Because your Scotch tweeds are the best, I venture to say.
May you always be prosperous wherever you go,
Always gaining fresh friends, but never a foe,
Because you are good and a very clever man,
And to gainsay it there's few people can.

With all of the holiday cheer in the air, it's easy to overlook the ingredients in the foods. Ingredients such as salt, sugar, and fat - all of which leads to diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, strokes, heart disease, and cancer.
I Made Love Today
Soulful and tender
Step by step
I drew its outline
With my aura
I made love today
As I spoke my inner-most thoughts
And listened to his
As he-
He cajoled and teased
Until I gave in to his hunger
I made love today
I felt his touch gently
Caress my skin
And his breath warm against my cheek
His heartbeat drummingg
In time with mine
In time with earths' beat
Be Good Be Good
Do Good
I watched him as he slipped into
My dreams
His smile when he twitched at my touch
The joy on his face as he awoke and realised
I'd been watching his every move
Every flicker of his eyelids hearing him snore
Like the promise of long overdue rains thundering in the Western skies
I made love today
And No!
It wasn't all about
our bodies uniting as one-
It was being taken
On a journey
From your comfort zone
through
A maze of your deepest fears
and finally coming to rest
on the alps of your dreams
It was putting away all things pretentious
and just being-You
I made love today -with myself
Only myself was a man
And damn- was he fine
I made love today
With myself
Myself
In you
With you
In me
I made love today
With myself
only myself
was a man-
You- me
Be Good Be good Do good
I made love today
With you and we became one

Your Love Is So Good For Me
(ken peterson)
Your love is so good for me
Your love is so good for me
Every day you're on my mind
Wanna be near you all the time
You made my poem rhyme
And my heart began to sing again
The day your eyes met mine
Your love is so good for me
Your love is so good for me
Two hearts just running free
Like a wind song through the trees
Your love does not possess
It just holds me where i wanna be
With binds of tenderness
Your love is so good for me
Your love is so good for me
Baby, you know your love is so good
It's good
You know it's good
Like a star up in the sky
Burning brightly, you and i
Time will tell if love survives
For we only have today
And today love is alive
Your love is so good for me
Your love is so good for me
It's so good
You know your love is so good,
So good for me...
It's so good
No need to say the words
When you touch me they will be heard
You gave so much to me
And you showed me how to love the way
True love was meant to be
Your love is so good for me
Your love is so good for me
