The only thing that counts is if you know how to prepare your ingredients. Even if with the best and freshest ingredients in the world, if your dish is tasteless or burnt, it's ruined.

A woman has four seasons
A woman has enough ingredients
To attract a man;

To repel a man.

With all of the holiday cheer in the air, it's easy to overlook the ingredients in the foods. Ingredients such as salt, sugar, and fat - all of which leads to diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, strokes, heart disease, and cancer.
Preparing Choice Life Meals
to prepare food properly
is an act of devotion
an act of love respect given
the desire to give
to prepare finest ingredients
to produce a meal of joy bliss

Sorrow, Grief and Sadness
Sorrow, grief and sadness
The ingredients of life in the world of today
Somehow and somewhere, someone is sad and unhappy
Due to the cruelty of this world, due to the proudness of the people
Value of the individual's is measured with the scale of someone's success
Not with the inner beauty of the person, but with the external beauty
Words are important but they shines more when someone knows how to play with them
And forced others to orbit around those words
Until our life stops or we finished it by our self
Sorrow, grief and sadness
The ingredients of life in the world of today..

Coca-Cola
This American life,
This African life,
This Australian life,
And this style of our lives all over the world!
But the bottles of the Coca-Cola will remind us of its roots.
In the name of Coca-Cola,
The number one soft drink in the world!
But the seven unknown secret-ingredients are with the muse of life,
And the source of the Company started from Atlanta.
In the name of Coca-Cola,
It is now produced in over 200 countries! !
But what started as a medicament (sold in the drug stores) ,
Is now the people's number one choice!
And the seven unknown secret-ingredients had made Coca-Cola what it is today;
But John Pemberton founded it.

You Can't Get This From A Seminar
You can't get this,
From a seminar.
Or fit this quick,
In a seminar.
Or manifest,
To digest.
From notes to be tested.
In a seminar...
To piece together.
Or pick apart.
This has to be seasoned.
And marinate in love.
Ingredients must cement,
Intentions meant.
No you can't get this,
From a seminar.
Nor fit this quick,
In a seminar.
To piece together.
Or pick apart.
This has to be seasoned.
And marinate in love.
No you can't get this,
From a seminar.
Nor fit this quick,
In a seminar.
Ingredients must cement...
Intentions meant.
Ingredients must cement...
Intentions meant.
No you can't get this,
From a seminar.

Cauldron
Beneath the cauldron, the fire crackles
while above it and old witch cackles
as she stirs her brew and popping in ingredients.
Web of spider, eyelash of newt,
wart of toad and little boy blue’s flute.
She looked around and cackled some more
as the bubbles in the cauldron multiplied more.
She added even more ingredients;
toenail of bat, stinger of bee,
skin of snake and droppings of mole.
The old witch continued to stir her stew,
as it must be served piping hot.
She then mumbled incantations over the bubbling brew.
The problem was who would eat it.
She turns and looks my way with a big bow in hand.
Shaking my head, no thank you,
get some other mug to have your stew.

Ingredients For Success
Each one of us in this world,
Strives hard for success,
But if we fail, we are left,
Wondering what we did less.
There are some ingredients needed,
Upon which, I would like to stress
Which, if included in our life style,
Can guarantee success.
We first need to learn,
Not to get oppressed.
To avoid those who discourage,
To follow the path of progress.
We have to learn to work hard,
Because this, if we possess,
Will act like a bridge,
And connect us to success.
We must be dedicated to our work,
And do whatever possible to fulfill our dream,
Gradually, in this journey,
We will gain self- esteem.
Another important ingredient-
Never wear a mask,
We should be ourself, build our own path,
Which will satisfactorily complete our task.
Last but never the least,
Try hard to achieve excellence,
For it is excellence which will,
In the end, lead us to success.
Go get these ingredients, my friend,
Only then will you be called,
A successful person in the end.

Names Are Special
My names are special, extra special and more,
The need for food is increased by the age and maturity.
Names laugh and cry like certain cookery ingredients
For a rich dish, or a casserole, or a pudding.
Food is eaten from the day that was the first
To the last and final day of your period on this world.
You must accept those with surnames,
And let no snake interfere, just let no adder crawl.
The devils hide their names,
But do not and do not copy them
For your names are not hidden,
For people need you and their attention is on you.
Names are revered, and their calling is exact,
May you leave us and join the brigade of Life.

Every Little Counts
Every second counts
When I am with you
I think you are a pig
You should be in a zoo
I guess I shouldve known
Id end up on my own
Every second counts when I am with you
Every second counts
Every little counts
When I am with you
You make me feel so good
I never felt so new
I saw you long ago
Though you never let it show
Every little counts when I am with you
Every little counts when I am with you
Every second counts
When I am with you
Even though youre stupid
I still follow you
The smile upon your face,
It always stays in place
Every second counts when I am with you
Every second counts when I am with you
Every second...

We also learn that this country and the Western world have no monopoly of goodness and truth and scholarship, we begin to appreciate the ingredients that are indispensable to making a better world. In a life of learning that is, perhaps, the greatest lesson of all.

Needing Ingredients
Some have a little.
Some have a lot.
And many choose to hide themselves,
Behind boulder and rocks...
With a blocking of their existence,
Nonstop.
Some scribble their riddles.
And some find time to rhyme.
While others disgruntled,
Try to compose their displeasures...
Although they have neither nickle or dime.
And a faking of what one has,
No longer teases the baking of a cake...
To give a taste of what could be great.
And those in the kitchen needing ingredients to mix,
Sit turning off and on the oven...
Hoping someone gets the hint,
They can not prepare to fix for lips...
If supplies are not ther to take advantage of it.

There's a lot of ingredients go into being a good tennis player.
Some things you know about, you know what the ingredients are - maybe not all of them. But it's up to you to put in the amount. It's up to the director to nag you until you get it right.

Life Is
The sky is
a pale blue backdrop
to the setting sun
a rich golden globe
folding
into the sea
of emerald green
for the Master Chef
to work these ingredients
into the cream
and feed the world
with his dream.
