My philosophy from day one is that I can sleep better at night if I can improve an individual's knowledge about food and wine, and do it on a daily basis.

Overweight with Food

Are you just a tub of lard and
Vastly overweight?
Do you think that when you die you'll
Need a piano crate
To act as coffin for your frame? -
Chosen as you die in shame, with
Only you to take the blame
For years of eating much the same:
A daily calorific fest
Gourmands of your ilk digest!

Is your heart in final fling and
Nearly set to burst?
Are your arteries bunged and clogged and
Feeling now the worst
For wear? - your aneurysm fit to blow
While blood as thick as rising dough
Cries 'Halt! ' to any hope of flow:
A dreadful state to put on show
In front of any nurse!
Best you hail a hearse.

Food

Food food food
All are here for food
All evolve from food
All act for food
All think about food.

All know no food
No existence.

Food come from rain
Rain ensues from sacrifice
Sacrifice rooted
In prescribed action
Prescribed action
Originate from knowledge
Knowledge proceed from you
You my dear not destructible.

So long as you are there
Food is there
You are all pervading
You are infinite
I the finite
Long for you
Through the food
Supplied to me
Only by you
And the food
Itself you.

A basis for philosophy

What is basis for philosophy to usher?
How does it gain ground and prosper?
How other intelligent person can be influenced?
How one’s own self can be forgotten or reduced?

These are unanswered questions and has no solution
You may be right in assertion with quick resolution
I helps to analyze the real situation and help the an kind
New ways are there but you must have vision to find

There is imaginative construction to show superiority
No one has gone deeply into this perception with serenity
There is no logical road which strengthen this belief
Momentarily it provides some solace or relief

Philosophy searches out reality which in fact is basis
There is no lack on knowledge or any special thesis
It is completely independent of our action
It has no bearing on anybody’s reaction

The other thesis has task of giving fine character of their knowledge
It should meet the requirement without cutting any edge
They may be very inferior and seek o penetrate
The philosophy is not newest method to corroborate

The other theories have got power in its science
The philosophy has will power and conscience
It has no mystical way of proving the superiority
It is formidable and dramatic things with fine quality

Each science accepts its own limitations and improves
It will make it self independent of others and disprove
It will never accept hegemony or any jurisdiction
No one may like to go down with similar instructions

Physical phenomenon can never be doubted
Only new theories can be inducted
It demonstrates the nature’s docility to other theories
It has made permanent place in our memories

Philosophy is concern of an individual
He may be performing the role in double
He may have dubious distinction of being unfair
Still it rules over large part and considered fair

It is wise or clever men’s refuge
No one may argue in favor or refuse
It helps to some extent the crisis to defuse
It is device in circuit to serve as fuse

It trips off the moment there is some blockade
The memory may sharpen and not fade
This is not merchandise or commodity for trade
It is right time to call spade a spade

The philosophical concept is to be on right direction
We should be prepared to go in that particular
It can’t be confined to any particular intelligent group
It has to be performed on stage in the form of troupe

Pyramania

Lead vocal: jack harris
There are pyramids in my head
Theres one underneath my bead
And my ladys getting cranky
Every possible location
Has a simple explanation
And it isnt hanky-panky
I had read
Somewhere in a book, they improve all your food and your wine
It said, that everything you grow in your garden would taste pretty fine
Instead, all I ever get is a pain in the neck and a
Yap yap yap yap yap yap yap
Ive consulted all the sages
I could find in the yellow pages
But there arent many of them
And the myan panoramas
On my pyramid pajamas
Havent helped my little problem
Ive been told
Someone in the know can be sure that his luck is as
Good as gold, money in the bank and you dont even pay for it
If you fold, a dollar bill in the shape of the pyramid thats printed on the
Back
Its no lie
You can keep the edge of a razor as sharp as an
Eagles eye, you can grow a hedge that is vertically straight over
Ten feet high, all you really need is a pyramid and just a little luck
I had read, somewhere in a book, they improve all your food and wine
Id been told, someone in the know can be sure of his good luck
Its no lie, all you need is a little bit of pyramidic help

A Food For Everything!

Meals are the food for the body;
Knowledge is the food for the mind;
Meditation is the food for the spirit;
Music is the food for the love of heart;
Dreams are the food for the consciousness;
Prayer is the food for the Almighty;
Love is the food for the living heart;
Thoughts are the food for the brain;
Colourful ink is the food for the pen;
Ideas are the food for the stories;
Truth is the food for the will;
Sun’s energy is the food for the plants;
Plants are the food for the living beings;
But one man’s food is another man’s poison!

Startled

People are such mysterious creatures to observe.
When it's believed
Someone seen on a daily basis,
Has no worth they can detect.
That person becomes like them...
Driven by bad luck and circumstance.
They are comfortable with not taking chances.
And 'good luck' is what they express in doubt!
However...
When it is discovered someone seen on a daily basis,
Has, in fact...
Achieved accomplishments,
In front of them and not behind their backs!
They become quite startled that someone like that...
Could care less about the methods used,
Or who determines how success is measured to reflect
One's influence!

Sex and After.

She knows one day
Sex will be a memory,
A nightly séance with
Her dead self. Hardwick
Will still be just one of
Her many lovers, pissing
His pants in some old folks
Home, dribbling over his
Shirt, forgetting her as he
Turns to go numbly to sleep.

She inhales her cigarette,
Watches the smoke rise,
Sees in the corner of her
Room, a spider hanging.

Hardwick is due at seven.

He will bring white wine,
Foreign food, the hot sexy
Movie they both want to
See, then to bed, sex, sleep.

She exhales the smoke, holds
The cigarette to one side, her
Naked body sensing warm
The sheets. Suzie he'll say,
Putting the wine and food in
The fridge, placing the movie
On, can we try that position on
Page 35? Last time it was page
32, the position not much fun,
Too much work, quite hard to do.

Mother'd turn in her grave to
See her thus. Naked at four in
The afternoon, smoking French
Cigarettes, thinking of hot sex,
Wanting old age to stay away.

She sits up, stubs out the cigarette.

Mother died of cancer, too soon,
Too much, no answer. Hardwick
Will bring and expect the same:
The wine, the food, the sex after
The movie, the sleep after in her
Double bed, and all the time that
Humming of her mother in her head.

Self Motivation

Life is not boring
Work is not meaningless
Relationships are not worthless

But self motivation is something
You should do on a regular basis and on a daily basis
with or without the assistance of others.

Because motivation is not permanent
Only Self Motivation is
Here to stay

Who sweated for our food

We eat food daily not giving a thought
how grown in fields, who have sweated.
Get in kitchen simply think, have bought;
we eat food daily not giving a thought.

Farmers grow things by working so hard
just give everything to us, self bear fret.
We eat food daily not giving a thought
how grown in fields, who have sweated.

A Challenging Undertaking To Maintain

Those urges come to surge deep within me,
As if I am to serve with a purpose on a mission...
That desires a need to sacrifice myself to improve.
'On what? '
That's the question I find myself asking.

And I wonder what it is I keep closely monitored,
That must meet with my approval?
Since no one believes my eccentricities,
Are difficult for me to keep sustained at all.
Few perceive my uniqueness has been a strategy.

Deviating from that which is considered by others,
As normal...
Is a challenging undertaking to maintain,
On a daily basis.
Trust me.

Especially if it is associated with 'reputation'.
And keeping all disappointments at a minimum,
Requires the kind of discipline few would suspect.
Yes!
Every step sometimes becomes premeditated.

Taste Or Life?

They say honey is sweeter than wine;

Many say kiss is sweeter than wine!

Some are fond of sweet taste in all;

Many like hot taste in food we eat ever.

Taste is just a flavour of coffee we take;

Tasteless food nobody likes at first ever;

But food for living life cannot be ignored.

Sugar coated pill makes us take medicine;

Just like that taste makes food delicious!

Taste various from person to person ever;

Hence one man's food is another's poison!

So also taste for poetry, novel and articles

Say about one's mind, heart and soul ever;

More than taste food for living is fine ever!

Syrup Sponge

Pour a pint of cream
Upon my spongy bulge!

Scoop me with a
Hefty spoon;

Taste my essence -
Do you swoon?

Feed your self-esteem; indulge
In me until you burst -

Death by syrup sponge - you're cursed!

And as the count in inches gain
Upon your weary waist, the strain
Will tell, but you'll not care -
Steeped in sponge, you're unaware!
