The world is like that: one gives a melon, the other gets the stomach cramps.

The End
I can't believe this is the end.
Through my mind it slowly bends.
My stomach cramps as my heart decends.
All I see is blackness to the end.
I welcome deaths creeping hand.
A welcome escape from this dead end.

Whether the knife falls on the melon or the melon on the knife, the melon suffers.
A Subconscious Vision
I dreamt I was an orphan boy
who lived in a far off land.
I had no shoes or socks to wear
and my pillow was a bag of sand.
My breakfast was a dug up root
my lunch was just the same.
Water was over two miles away,
and I lived with stomach pain.
Sometimes through constipation,
sometimes from nothing to eat,
sometimes from dirty water,
and sometimes from the heat.
I endured flies and mosquitoes,
and suffered from their disease.
Often I became sick with fever,
which brought me to my knees.
When stomach cramps visited my body,
and the pain wouldn't let me be,
I thought about the other children
far less fortunate than me.

Another Poetic Sigh
how can
slicing a melon
be a poem?
but the two faces
of that melon
are poems
one face was
a haiku
the other is a
sonnet
and the monk
who lives alone
on the top of the
tree
laughs

When ego is fed…
Someone would remember me:
My stomach goes full.
Someone would be grateful to me:
My stomach goes full.
Someone would broadcast of me:
My stomach goes full.
Someone would long for me:
My stomach goes full.
Whenever ego gets food,
The stomach is fed without food.

Symbolism
the black wings of
a butterfly
are on top of the
red slice of
melon
she fabricates
some stories
from there
she says i cannot
say i am not
part of the black wings
the slice of the red melon
fears are embedded
on the red blood and
... finally i resign, she
never knew what a poem
means, to me it is my universe.

I heard thy verses
I heard thy verses amidst thine aubergine,
text lines thank thine Italian fettuccini,
tho' slightly thy melon guiled my arccosine.
Thy bare feet on grapes dance for wine,
Bound to thee my greed for baked panini,
I heard thy verses amidst thine aubergine.
Thy radish desire - in veins is flow malign,
dance fayre amid spud and fresh zucchini,
tho' slightly thy melon guiled my arccosine.
Thy casseroles enjoy thee, as I be on line,
dare to kisse thy big toe- al dente linguini,
I heard thy verses amidst thine aubergine.
Oh, fayre maiden thy kisse doe not decline,
Thy coles 'n' lettuce I love, wear a beanie,
tho' slightly thy melon guiled my arccosine.
Thou doe not cook bacon wearing a bikini,
thy squash embrac'd art, e'er to enshrine.
I heard thy verses amidst thine aubergine.
tho' slightly thy melon guiled my arccosine

Outside
They took away
my money and bag
took away my
house and land
lay me on the sand.
I am here
near ganga
and in empty stomach.
I am here
near mahodadhi
and in empty stomach.
I am here
looking Nilachakra
alldays always
in empty stomach.
They snatch away
may language
They thrown me out
from the sky
they are my nearby.
who is there
outside my house
where is my earth
where is my worth.

A contented stomach, a forgiving heart; but an empty stomach pardons nothing.
Step On
Hes gonna step on you again, hes gonna step on you
Hes gonna step on you again, hes gonna step on you
Youre twistin my melon man, you know you talk so hip man
Youre twistin my melon man
Hey rainmaker, come away from that man
You know hes gonna take away your promised land
Hey good lady he just wants what you got you know
Hell never stop until hes taken the lot
(hey hey he hey hey)
Gonna stamp out your fire, he can change your desire
Dont you know he can make you forget youre a man
Gonna stamp out your fire, he can change your desire
Dont you know he can make you forget youre the man
Youre a man
Youre twistin my melon man, you speak so hip
Hey rainmaker he got golden plans I tell you
Youll make a stranger in your own land
Hey good lady hes got God on his side he got a double
Tongue you never think he would lie
(oh he lied, oooh hes twistin my melon man
(oh he lied, oooh hes twistin my melon man)
Gonna stamp out your fire, he can change your desire
Dont you know he can make you forget youre a man
Gonna stamp out your fire, he can change your desire
Dont you know he can make you forget youre the man
Youre the man
Hes gonna step on you again, hes gonna step on you
Hes gonna step on you again, hes gonna step on you
Hey rainmaker, come away from that man
You know hes gonna take away your promised land
Hey good lady hes got God on his side he got a double
Tongue you never think he would lie
Gonna stamp out your fire, he can change your desire
Dont you know he can make you forget youre a man
Gonna stamp out your fire, he can change your desire
Dont you know he can make you forget youre the man
Youre the man
Youre twistin my melon man, you know you talk so hip man
Youre twistin my melon man
(hey hey he hey hey)
Hes gonna step on you again, hes gonna step on you again
Hes gonna step on you again, hes gonna step on you again

The Head is a Sun
the sun is a melon
bright enough to
light up the world
the head is a sun
large enough to
spawn a universe
the day we reach
its optimal shine
we could see universes
jump and dance
sun, moon, stars
out of fingers
- all in a space
of half sq metre

In the case of the stomach, however, the nerves of the glandular cells were always severed when constructing an artificially isolated pouch and this, naturally, affected the normal work of the stomach.

I Am More a Ripened Melon
Squeeze,
Easy sexy.
When assessing me.
I am more a ripened melon.
Than a young grape,
Dangling from a vine.
Squeeze me easy sexy.
Like an avacado you do appeal.
With two tomatos I could taste your hold.
To feel as if chipped in dipped guacamole.
Squeeze,
Easy sexy.
Gently and not to crush.
Think of me as lemonade,
You prefer to sip and not gulp to rush.
Squeeze,
Easy sexy.
When assessing me.
I am more a ripened melon.
Than a young grape,
Dangling from a vine.
You would rather see picked...
To mash quick into fine wine!

When I see you
When I see you, I love you
I saw you with your friends
But you never saw me.
When I see you, the world ain't there
I only see you and me
That smile of yours makes me melt.
When I see you, I feel special
Because you looked my way
And I felt noticed.
When I see you, it's just you and me
You make my world light up
I would do anything for you.
When I see you, I have a smile like no other
I get butterflies in my stomach
And the world knows I'm happy
And it's all because of
When I see you
