Concern for man himself and his fate must always form the chief interest of all technical endeavors, concern for the great unsolved problems of the organization of labor and the distribution of goods--in order that the creations of our mind shall be a blessing and not a curse to mankind. Never forget this in the midst of your diagrams and equations.

Yes, we have to divide up our time like that, between our politics and our equations. But to me our equations are far more important, for politics are only a matter of present concern. A mathematical equation stands forever.

We Have A Technical
We have a random on the westside
Personality malfunction
He says I cant give you anything at all
Just a room with a bad view of you
He sent a letter to a downstat
Saying sorry that I missed you
But I cant think of anything to do
Hes addicted to the time track
We have a technical
We have a technical
Hes in a hotel where they all go
Saying boy, Ive lost my memory
Its so surprising
Just how quickly things can end
Like a hero on a platform of friends
This table is so crowded
With people that I dont know
And I never really turn
My thoughts on you
So the image breaks down again
We have a technical
We have a technical
I suppose its very shady
At least until the lights go out
Advertising posters on the wall
And the young boys singing softly
Do they ever come back
Or is it always at the wrong time
I could crawl around the floor
Just like Im real
And move a hand in front of my eyes
We have a technical
We have a technical

If there are four equations and only three variables, and no one of the equations is derivable from the others by algebraic manipulation then there is another variable missing.

Even if there is only one possible unified theory, it is just a set of rules and equations. What is it that breathes fire into the equations and makes a universe for them to describe?

At the age of 12, I developed an intense interest in mathematics. On exposure to algebra, I was fascinated by simultaneous equations and read ahead of the class to the end of the book.

Having An Interest
Having an interest to understand something,
Makes it easier to comprehend.
And that understanding wanted increases to flourish,
With a nourishing that heals and mends.
And an acknowledgement needing not to be prompted.
Although on the other hand...
If there is no concern expressed shown at all,
After scratching one's head to the obviousness of it.
Those questions asked about why the lack of interest...
Will also quickly fade away eventually.
Leaving that which only has interest directed,
Getting all of the attention without the requesting...
To at least express some.
And when none comes,
Why bother?

The interest which lay behind Federalism was that of well-to-do citizens in a stable political and social order, and this interest aroused them to favor and to seek some form of political organization which was capable of protecting their property and promoting its interest.

But the beauty of Einstein's equations, for example, is just as real to anyone who's experienced it as the beauty of music. We've learned in the 20th century that the equations that work have inner harmony.

Scars May Fade
With an eye to the future, I must accept my past;
Lessons learned tragically will ensure they last,
That I may never forget what now is most prescient;
Though scars may fade, my anguish remains, extant
In a far disparate form than it once had;
Though, in the future, where I was once sad,
I shall surely brim over with jollity-
Yet shan't allow forget of this egregious inequality
That has so permanently altered my world;
As though into the path of a speeding freight train, I was hurled,
Without concern for my right to protection-
So, no, I shall not forget, e'en if correction
Is made, so as to make for proper redress;
This is something that my mind shall always address!

Shall I Miss You?
the port sits there
the waves of the sea begin its travel
you are on the trough
and the ups and downs of the tides
shall take you away from me
you are in the foams
and i am in the mist of the mornings
the fog of my doubts
has given me
what certainties i need to
make me strong
once i wrote you a letter
when letters were the trend of those
lonely day: dear beloved, i miss you
but i guess that letter (which i somehow
regret having written
signed by another foolish pen)
must not have reached your
faithfulness because your
patience has not afforded
it the dignity
or concern of an answer
time is kind
it makes us forget and even forget
and forgo and
teach us to live
with a purpose saying: go on, move forward
that is the only choice
now, i have this pc,
i have your email address
i want to tell you: dear miss sue
i must honestly tell you
that i am happier now
without you.
i did not send it.
coz it does not really matter.
i have my own life now, and i am
this fat, contented cow
grazing on the green fields
of my endeavor.

The technical is not just the machinery. The technical is a disposition to life.
One Interest
Those rambling on about themselves,
Will not be concern about hearing...
Of another losing a close family member,
Or a beloved pet.
Or could they care any less,
About one's giving up eating...
A missed dessert.
That has icecream and bananas...
Assorted toppings and whipped creram on it.
Or the pronouncing of another's last name,
To get that correct.
Those rambling on about themselves,
Have only one interest.
And it will not take a scientist,
To guess what that interest is!

Out Of The Midst
From out of the midst of the fire,
Form out of the midst of the valley,
Written with the fingers of love,
And like the first time.
Just a minute,
Do not lie or justisfy what is wrong!
But acknowledge your mistake and take responsibility for your actions,
And be very thankful when someone corrects you.
